This unit is stunning and pictures do not do it justice. It’s massive and the location is very thing. You have quick access to metros or stay local and walk to everything. Nothing is really more than 25min walk. We loved exploring Barcelona and the unit’s location made that easy. The building does come with a great elevator to help with groceries or luggage. Though the stairs is nice if you don’t have any of that. My next visit will be in this unit again.

A great spot in central Barcelona and within walking distance (or quick metro) to great spots around the city. The apartment was bigger than I imagined and great for our two families who were staying together. Cristina en Josep were very communicative, helpful and friendly. Very much recommend staying here.

The purpose of our visit to Barcelona was based around activities at Parc de Forum. We chose Regina's place as it was within walking distance to the Parc. However, during our free time, we still wanted to explore the city. There is a tram right outside Regina's place which takes you to most of the famous sites. The tram is easy to hop in and off and really reasonably priced. The neighbourhood is peaceful. We did not hear any loud noises/ traffic etc. We were also able to walk to the beach (about 15-20mins). However you could catch a tram and get off after 1 or 2 stops. There is a small supermarket around the corner, which had everything we needed. The apartment was fully equipped. The balcony was lovely. There is a shopping mall, close by (2 tram stops-we walked most of the time), which has many shops, restaurants, and cinema. The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt very homely. The lift was out of order, but Regina had pre warned us. It was no problem for us.

It is a good choice to accommodate 6 people - there is enough space for sleeping. 2 toilets are a bit short for 6 people, but we coped with it. The host communicates very effectively and quickly. I would recommend the place.

Located in a very convenient location in Barcelona. Access to the train and metro. Walkable distance to iconic locations such as Sagrada Família. Great coffee and gelato in the area too.

Localização incrível, fizemos tudo caminhando… Barcelona é lindo, o apartamento é muito limpo e equipado. Se você não quiser gastar muito para jantar ou tomar café na rua, existe um mercado bem abaixo do prédio. O anfitrião Jordi é extremamente atencioso e está sempre disponível para te dar dicas e sugestões! Um querido!

Enorm mooi verblijf! Mooie ligging van de boot naast het W hotel. Nathalia heeft ons fijn geholpen en alles was naar verwachting. Zou zeker een keer terugkomen!

Laura's apartment is located in a great part of Barcelona, just around the corner from the park in front of Sagrada Familia. It is so close but away from the main stream of tourists, so it has a more local feel and there was not much street noise when we were there. Many nice restaurants and bakeries in the neighborhood, and also several supermarkets and shops. The 2-bedroom apartment was great to stay in with kids. It was just as advertised, clean, and with everything we needed. Laura communicated very efficiently and provided a lot of helpful information. Would highly recommend staying here during your visit to Barcelona!

The house is very nice. Big, clean, many facilities including swimming pool, internal elevator, gym. In the house, electric grill, coffee maker, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, everything you need is there. It’s so convenient. It’s so nice that out of my expectation! Moreover, it is conveniently located, 5-10 minutes walking distance to Lesseps metro station. All major tourist attractions are within 30 minutes ride. The house owner is responsive and responded quickly. I recommend this house without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay in this bright, minimalist attic in Barcelona’s Poble Sec. The natural light, cozy bed, and sunny terrace made it so relaxing—definitely worth the climb up to the fourth floor! The location is perfect: just a minute to the Paral·lel metro, which takes you downtown or to the beach in about ten minutes. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, our host was incredibly helpful—her father arrived quickly and let us in right away. All in all, a wonderful experience we’d happily repeat!

A 10-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. Excellent location on Gaudi Avenue with excellent restaurants and everyday necessities. The space is right next to the door to the terrace. The space is excellent and had everything I needed for my stay. Both check in and check out were smooth.

Silvia is an excellent host and was super kind and helpful, with lots of recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the wonderful Gracia neighborhood and beyond. She checked in with us again after the first night just to make sure we had everything we needed and let us know she was available if we had any questions or concerns. She even left some much-appreciated refreshments for us in the apartment's fridge, which is not something I've come to expect with Airbnb bookings, so it was certainly a nice touch. As you can see from the listing's pictures, which are accurate, her place is adorable and has a very charming vintage vibe to it. The patio is bright, lovely and full of gorgeous plants. My family and I had everything we needed during our week-long stay and were very comfortable at Silvia's place. I would not hesitate to book Silvia's apartment again during future visits to Barcelona.

La casa di Maria Silvia è situata in una strada molto vivace ma allo stesso tempo lontana dal caos della città Molto vicina alla metro ma con una passeggiata di mezz’ora circa si raggiungono vari luoghi d’interesse Nei dintorni ci sono tanti ristoranti molto carini che offrono una vasta scelta di cucina catalana e non solo L’host Andrea…molto gentile…vi saprà consigliare al meglio sulla scelta Molto pulita e ordinata ideale per una dei max 4 persone…

Nous avons passé un très bon moment à Barcelone entre amies, et notamment grâce à l'appartement de Roger qui est bien équipé, confortable et très accessible. Nous n'avons pas vu Roger mais il nous a donné toutes les infos utiles, de bonnes recommandations pour sortir et est resté disponible en cas de besoin. Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour un appartement avec beaucoup de charme, dans un quartier sympa de Barcelone, excentré mais qui comporte de très bonnes adresses!

A peaceful location with a beautiful view. Closer to transportation and easy reach to city center. Definitely will reserve this wonderful place again.

Mario’s accommodation has a stunning outdoor area. The photos do not do justice to reality about this beautiful garden! We were overwhelmed by the beautifully landscaped paradise. In the room you have everything you need. If you travel by train, it is best to take the bus CF1 - with it the arrival was no problem. Thank you, Mario!

El piso está a 20/30 minutos del centro de Barcelona en una zona tranquila y agradable. Fuimos en año nuevo y la calefacción funciona perfectamente. El piso es tal cual las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estancia perfecta. Supermercado y farmacia a 150 metros. Natalia es una excelente anfitriona que te explicará todo lo necesario al ingresar. Muy recomendable 💯

Our flight landed at 11pm. Two other places on Airbnb would not wait for us. Alex and Ana told us they would, and they did! Alex even helped my daughter carry her luggage (heavier than mine) up three floors to the apartment. The place may be a bit old but is very well maintained and very clean. Definitely a great stay. Too bad this was a business trip, we didn't have time to walk to the beach at all. Uber'ed in and out everyday. The city pass the show gave us cannot be used on the bus that leaves from here.

Buen apartamento, edificio tranquilo, bien ubicado!

We had a 3 night stay here in March for 10 people. The house had more than enough space for us with 5 bedrooms. We asked for the twin rooms to be made into separate beds and the host was very helpful to prepare that. The house sits on a lot of land which is a great little walk if you are fit and able, there is also a huge pergola which we has bbq, music, and firepit which we used late into the night. Many thanks to the host Chee who was very helpful throughout, we had the pleasure of his company around the fire plus Nova his pet dog was very well behaved. A very special property, a hidden gem, if you are lucky to stay!
