This was our 4th time staying at Wendy and Sean's place. They are the best hosts ever! The house is conveniently located so that we can visit all of our favorite places. The house is well stocked and we never lack for anything. It is easy to get into downtown Providence, Federal Hill, Narragansett, and all our relatives that still live in RI! We will be back for sure!

Simply the best. Just what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful setting and home. We loved it. Can't wait to return.

When my hotel canceled last minute, I suddenly found myself without accommodations for my long weekend getaway. As a last-ditch effort, I reached out to Jason and Cynthia, hoping they could host me on such short notice—and they responded immediately with kindness and generosity. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful, and their charming, beautifully designed home made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ocean, and the parking instructions were clear and convenient (especially since we had two vehicles). The neighborhood was peaceful, with quiet and respectful neighbors, making for a truly relaxing stay. We’ll definitely be back in the summer! A well-deserved 5-star review!

The house was very comfortable and clean. The view was very beautiful! There’s a large beautiful deck with comfortable furniture. The house has a certain ambiance to it, and the history of it must be interesting.

House and amenities were as described and more. I especially appreciated that the whole house was exceptionally clean and tidy. It was easy to find everything we needed. We felt right at home. The views off the decks are beautiful!! It’s a great neighborhood for walking or biking. And it’s only a few minutes walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property and look forward to future visits.

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

I was there with my daughters and granddaughter. We felt so at home and it was warm and welcoming. We could walk to the shore right in front of the house and enjoy the view and the breakers up close and personal! It is close the Mansions, which we could also see right across the water. We were able to drive to the Breakers and the cliff walk within minutes! It was a lovely time. Thank you Kathleen!

Everything was great! Fridge was new!! Kitchen was well stocked. Pool was crystal clear and beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for 10 women using a few air mattresses. Walk to beach. Not really. We dropped our stuff off at Kelly beach. And got and Uber back to the beach! That wasn’t so bad. Beach is really rocky but beautiful and full of shells. All and all we loved the yard and the open space. Very responsive. We had a broken chair was replaced the next day with 4 new ones. From a really nice macitence guy! Thank you

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

This was the perfect house for our two families (7 of us) to meet and celebrate our son's commissioning from Navy OCS. It was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the yard with the pool. It was in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach, navy base, and downtown. Highly recommend!

I hones cannot say enough wonderful things about Laura and her place. So often one arrives at an airbnb and it's cheap sheets, no decor, weird lighting, and poor kitchen equipment. Not Laura's place! It truly felt like a home. As an interior designer myself, I appreciate good lighting (it really creates the vibe!) and I can tell Laura just knows how to make a comfortable and cozy home based on her decor and how her home is set up. It was our first time in Jamestown, and we couldn't have fallen more in love Her place is walkable to Mackerel Cove, the Main St. restaurants and shops, and just a short drive or long jog to Beavertail or Ft. Wetherell. Laura as a host as so lovely and hospitable. We traveled with two small kids and I could just tell she wanted us to be as comfortable as possible. Her cleaner was hands down one of the best I've seen (we saw her in action)- the place was spotless. The home has all the vintage charm but with all the modern touches that make living comfortable.

We had a great time. The house was nicely located to what we wanted to do during our stay. The place was clean and well stocked. We did not find a baking sheet, but after a text to Leonard, he quickly brought one to us. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the garden. The lighting along the path and at the door was great considering we got back after dark, it was nice to be able to see where we were going. All in all a great stay. I would stay here again.

We had a lovely girls weekend at Sara’s house! It was an absolutely perfect location, easy to get to Newport and the beach/cliff walk. The house comfortably slept our larger party. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a MOSTLY wonderful stay at this property! The location couldn’t be better—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The home itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals, which we appreciated. A fun bonus was the Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom! The owner was also fantastic—super responsive and easy to communicate with. A couple of notes:     1.    You’ll need to bring your own linens (sheets and towels), so make sure to plan for that.     2.    The toilet paper provided is thin, so you might want to bring your own if that’s important to you. Linens not being provided detracted from this otherwise perfect Airbnb. As someone that has stayed in over 50 Airbnbs - this was a first for me. It was stressful sourcing winter-appropriate linens 4 days before Christmas. So, just a heads up! Otherwise, we had a great experience!

My main search was for a pet friendly rental so I could invite friends with a senior golden retriever. And secondly I wanted to be near the ocean. Having lived on Cape Cod for 25 years, I moved back to Connecticut a year ago after the passing of my wife. But the call of the ocean never fades and this rental was steps from East Beach. My stay was in February and the weather wasn't the best, but beach walks are always best when the only footsteps in the sand are your own. The rental was very accommodating with 3 bedrooms, a spacious living area and large, fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of outdoor seating is also included. Melissa was very attentive and always responded quickly when needed. I definitely recommend this rental for a peaceful adult retreat or for a full family vacation. Kids will love it with the big yard and kayaks available. Enjoy, John

We enjoyed our stay. The place was cozy and warm considering the freezing temperatures outside. She left plenty of towels, toiletries, and basic supplies in the house. Also, there was plenty of coffee and a few snacks which was a nice touch. The home was very comfortable and the street was quiet. I would love to come back in warmer temps next time.

We are a group of women who get together for a weekend of food, wine, friendship and laughter in a safe and peaceful location. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Ciara’s home. The kitchen is perfect for our meal preparations, the beds are comfortable, the house is clean, and the location is so peaceful and beautiful. We usually see deer on pathway into the forest and were not disappointed. Ciara is always responsive to our requests and is always helpful. We are planning for our next weekend at this wonderful location. You won’t be disappointed!

This will be our go to stay whenever we’re visiting Newport! Felt like home away from home. Conveniently located, quiet neighborhood and excellent communication with the host.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

Extremely clean & bright home perfect for a weekend away. Appreciated how host is conscious with what products are used & took the right steps to make a difference as someone who cares and pays attention to what they use for products around the house. Annie was extremely responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend this stay and my other half and I contemplated booking it again!

The location was great. The beach was just a mile and a nice walk. The house was spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time at the house and never cooked a meal but it seemed to be well stocked with supplies. Although there were no lobster crackers so we had to go out for lobster!
