Die Unterkunft ist einfach nur perfekt, alles neu, alles gepfelgt, besser gehts eigentlich gar nicht. Die Familie ist total Gastfreundlich, wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder !!!

La casa è splendida ed in centro in modo da potersi spostare solo a piedi. L'host è estremamente chiaro nelle indicazioni di check in e molto gentile e disponibile per tutto il resto. Soggiorno ottimo!

Wir entscheiden uns spontan für ein paar Tage an den Gardasee zu fahren und hatten das große Glück, dass in diesem Zeitraum das Appartement von Chiara und Andrea frei war. Wir durften Chiara persönlich kennenlernen und sie ist eine unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat alles, um es sich gemütlich zu machen, vor allem ein bequemes Bett und alles war super sauber. Wir genossen außerdem die Lage inmitten schöner Grünanlagen, den kleinen Weg zum Restaurant am Swimmingpool mit herrlichem Blick auf den Gardasee, den Fußweg am Wasser nach Garda und auch den Parkplatz am Gelände. Wir können dieses Appartement wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für diesen schönen Ort und eure Gastfreundschaft!

The house was beyond our expectations. Francesco was very friendly amd helpful. Explained everything in detail. We were in our 50s and 60s firat time in Italy! He made us feel so welcomed and right at home! Thank you! Will not heaitate to book again if we ever come back..

Posso solo dire che Gianfranco si e’ sempre reso disponibile . Abbiamo trovato appartamento super arredato con ogni confort , pulizia .. El departamento de Federica es hermoso, está ubicado en un complejo muy bello, en una zona hermosa para caminar. Tiene un garage privado cubierto, en el subsuelo, ideal cuando uno llega con auto. Tanto el complejo y el departamento son muy elegantes, con detalles de categoría. Es muy silencioso y acogedor. Tiene un balcón muy lindo para desayunar, que da hacia el jardín interno del complejo. Los ambientes son espaciosos y cómodos. Las instrucciones para el checkin y el ckeckout son claras y precisas. Federica es una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta a nuestros mensajes y muy cálida en la comunicación. Parecía que nos conocíamos de hacía tiempo. Muy recomendable

Villa Daniela was perfect for our trip . The house was great well equipped and all the fittings were high quality. Pool and terraces were ideal . The view across the lake was stunning . Highly recommended

Неймовірне помешкання! Як у кіно. Відчувається любов в кожній деталі. Господар подбав про дизайн дуже ретельно, кожен аксесуар, від постільної білизни і до меблів в інтерʼєрі доповнюють картину. Дуже чисто, і є все необхідне на кухні ( електронна техніка, прибори, посуд, навіть чай/цукор/спеціі/оліі) Господар завжди на звʼязку і відповідає дуже швидко і завжди готовий надати рекомендації, або підказки. Дуже тихе і атмосферне містечко зі смачними ресторанами. Ми відпочивали двома родинами з дітьми ( і ще одна родина наших друзів поряд у готелі) І чудово провели час! Рекомендую це помешкання на 100%

the house was much more beautiful than we expected !! very nice and big kitchenette. The locaties near the brigde and the view on Borghetto is outstanding. the swimmingpool was perfect and the host very nice and helpfull. We were even invited for pizza with his friends. We had really a very nice stay !!

The place was spacious, authentic and as described. It is a good fit for large groups. The kitchen is well equipped. The place was clean overall but bits could have been cleaner eg kitchen shelves, blender and the shower which had the steam room. I liked that they provided slippers etc. It was extremely helpful for them to arrange to meet us at the station and take our stuff to the house while we went to Lake Garda and really helpful that we got a ride back to the station on final day. The house is outside of Verona so you need a car or have to take cabs. Overall it was a good experience. Thank you.

Perfect apartment, fresh and clean, has all you need, grocery store next door, close to center. Andrea is very helpful and nice. This was our second time in Andrea’s apartment.

Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti presso l'abitazione di Carmen. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'appartamento è molto curato e pulito, la veranda spettacolare, peccato non averne potuto usufruire per il tempo non bellissimo. Carmen e suo marito sono due persone squisite e affabili e da loro abbiamo ricevuto consigli per le nostre visite e cene. Consigliamo senza indugio questa struttura!! Our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was so friendly and responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we need. Cannot recommend this listing enough. We stayed as a family of four with a toddler and young child, and it was everything we needed.

Great place to stay in Desenzano. Right in the center and all facilities within walking distance.

This is the PERFECT location for exploring Parma and the surrounding area. It is close enough to the Parma train station that we ended up using this as our home base for exploring Parma, Bologna, and Modena. There's even a car rental place a couple blocks away if you decide to rent a car for a day to hit a few places outside of the city centers. The place is clean, comfortable, and Laura was great at communicating everything with us. I definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Kompakte, für zwei Personen völlig ausreichende Wohnung in einem architektonisch ansprechenden Neubaublock. Bei der Anfahrt mit dem Auto leicht zu finden, durch die Lage am Nordrand der Innenstadt ist man für Tagesausflüge schnell auf der Autobahn. Die Tiefgarage war aus meiner Sicht ein dicker Pluspunkt. Fußläufig zur Altstadt und nah am Bahnhof, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in der Nachbarschaft. Michela war sehr flexibel beim Ein- und Aus-Checken, ganz schnell bei allen Fragen, präsent und freundlich. Ein perfekter Aufenthalt!

Place is located very closely to the center and is very convenient to get to the stores and restaurants. Metro is approx 10 min away and train station 20 min. Only concern with the apartment is that it's located in an Indian/Bangladeshi neighbourhood and there are plenty of their stores. We felt uncomfortable as we kept getting stares whenever we were walking there.

appartamento ben curato, non manca nulla. Zona comoda per raggiungere praticamente ogni zona di Parma in poco tempo. Marcello è stato fin da subito estremamente disponibile. Lo consigliamo sicuramente!

S Giovanna byla příjemná a hladká komunikace. Apartmán byl mimořádně komplexně zařízen, byl nám skvělým zázemím při naší dovolené. Obzvlášť jsme ocenili 2 koupelny a dvě sady klíčů. Také kuchyně byla plně zařízena. Velmi pohodlné postele. Dům je situován v klidné ulici a hist. centrum je snadno dostupné busem č. 24. Vše nej! Děkujeme!
