Thomas’s listening was beautiful. It was a short trip but very peaceful. The family enjoyed the pool, s’more by the fire pit, the game room and the short walks to the lake. The tall trees and view were amazing to wake up to. Definitely great place to stay with family.

We used this house for a family wedding vacation and it was great!! Very beautiful and very peaceful out on the patios. Perfect for all of us. Would rent this house again.

Belle Terre Chateau was only minutes from downtown Helen and was great for a large group; in our case, we had 7 adults and 3 children. We used this place as our base in Helen, fixing food in the kitchen or getting take out from the restaurants in Helen, which were expectedly overrun in the days between Christmas and New Year's Day. Bedrooms were as advertised; one connects oddly between the master and the front hallway. Four-person hot tub was great for morning coffee wake-up. A few other nits typical of AirBnB rentals during the holidays: - Cleaning was not complete before 3:00 PM. (Late cleaning was non-issue as we arrived after cleaning finished.) - Previous guests left garbage disposal jammed and indicated non-existent problem with Keurig coffee maker. (Kathryn arranged fix to disposal. We determined coffee maker was fine.) - The lock box on the door to the basement confused us. (We ignored it.) Would return if visiting Helen again.

This lake house is probably the nicest Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed in! The hot tub and pool overlooking the lake was breathtaking! I’ve never seen an Airbnb so stocked with everything we needed from towels to face wash and toothbrushes we didn’t go without anything. The games were our absolute favorite and there were too many activities to count! Some activities include, pool, air hockey, ping pong and basketball! There are so many board games so even if it rained you’d be entertained here for days. The house has plenty of room for everyone to be together or in our own separate spaces— every room had a tv! Overall, I am very impressed and would love to book again for next year! Worth every penny!

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. The property is absolutely beautiful. It was very peaceful and relaxing, just what we needed. The home is very well maintained, clean and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay.

We celebrated our 20th anniversary of our book club with a stay here. There were enough beds for everyone and enough room for us to have group gatherings, but also find alone quiet time if necessary since the house is so spacious. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also took a tour on the boat with Captain Steve. If you need a large private venue, we would highly suggest this location. Missy and Steve are very gracious hosts!

the entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. home was very clean and very well maintained. from the hot tub to the pool table to the spacious rooms, it was fantastic. the host was very easy to contact and immediately responsive to any question or inquiries, without being overbearing. he is the type of host i strongly recommend. if u are in the dahlonega area with family i am really not sure why you would want to stay anywhere else. close proximity to anything u need in terms of food, stores, restaurants, things to do, etc.. we will be back for sure

We had a wonderful family Christmas at Baby Bear. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. My mom and husband, who have mobility issues loved the middle floor, my oldest daughter and her husband enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs room and their 15 year old twins had the top floor. The playroom was a delightful surprise and was well used and the fireplace was thoroughly enjoyed. The house was beautiful and the Christmas tree was such a sweet treat. We loved the kitchen and used it a lot, since the crowds in town were such that a party of 8 was nearly impossible to get seated. I can’t say enough about the house and location. It was beautiful, peaceful and just what we were looking for.

Mordecai was a wonderful and proactive host! The home we stayed at was beautiful, spacious, and had some games for us to stay entertained. Would highly recommend staying with Mordecai!

The Lodge is beautiful, picturesque, and in a great location. It is large and well-appointed – and it comes with an interesting history. Tim and Leigh are great hosts. They are very responsive and do everything to make one's stay memorable. We have rented homes in several states through Airbnb as well as through other services, including realty companies, and this was the best place we've rented. On a side note, we also rented the nearby event venue from Tim for our son's wedding, and the lodge was highly convenient – we could walk over to the venue from the lodge, if we wished. If one is looking for a relaxing stay along a river with all the comforts one could wish for, then this is the place.

We loved this home! It was spacious yet cozy. My baby loved to sit on our laps and rock on the rocking chairs on the front porch! We were in the area for a wedding so we didn't get to do much in the house but there was a pool table upstairs and a great basement! Kelley was so friendly and accommodating. We were bringing our 3 month old and she let us check in early to get settled and said we could leave late as well. She really had everything you could need at the house. She even let us know that she has a pack and play that we could use. We highly recommend!!

This was a fabulous garden home that made us feel comfortable right away. My daughter and I loved that there were 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms! It is conveniently located minutes from town, but just far enough away for it to be peaceful at night.

This cabin in Cleveland, GA, was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peaceful setting. The spacious deck with a hot tub was a dream, especially with the soothing sound of the creek flowing behind the cabin. It made for the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. Inside, everything was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was great—close enough to Helen, Tallulah Gorge, and Anna Ruby Falls, but still tucked away for a quiet, private getaway. If you're looking for a cabin that offers both adventure and relaxation, this is the spot. We can’t recommend it enough and would love to come back!

Definitely recommend if you’re a family with small kids! We have 3- and the bunk beds were a hit with my older two. We had a great time and holly was a wonderful host! Check in was easy and she replied fast to any questions we had. 😊

We have stayed in many rentals and Lane’s place was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed for the week. All we had to bring was our meals for breakfast for the week and then we ate out every other meal. Every morning we looked forward to waking up so we could look out on the beautiful mountains to see the Wagyu cattle and also to see if we could see any wildlife coming down the mountain. It was too cold to sit on the porch but we could see everything out the front door. We never seen any wildlife on the mountain but everyday we would go into a different town about an hour away and we seen at least 75 deer along the drive. We have never seen so many in one area. Lane was very nice and answered all the questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would recommend staying there.

Cozy living room /dining room space. It was nice to sit out on the back deck and hear the birds. We even saw some deer. Convenient location to go into town and venture out for hiking. Having the washer and dryer is a plus. A breaker had to be reset once. Not giving 5 stars for cleanliness. We did have a great stay and would stay again if we return to this area.

We had a great stay at Michael’s STUNNING home in Dahlonega! We were so lucky to book this home on such a short notice and Michael was very communicative and accommodating! The home was absolutely beautiful. We found ourselves wanting to pick up take out and stay in the house all cozied up watching football because of how nice it was!! Additionally, we didn’t even have to worry about parking for the Gold Rush Festival since the home was just a short walk from downtown. Overall, really great stay and easily the best home in town.

I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs and I can say this is easily my favorite one thus far. Beautiful spacious house with everything we needed, in a peaceful neighborhood, and only 5 minutes out of town!
