Katherine went above and beyond accommodating my wife and I while our condo was under repair. We loved the full kitchen, cleanliness, parking and privacy at the property as well as the responsive communication from Katherine!

Overall a great stay and home base for exploring the area. We stayed with our toddler and the bin of books and toys was awesome and kept him pretty occupied. I also appreciated the easy checkout and not having to do a billion things before leaving because its hard enough to get a 2 year old out the door! The host was responsive and let us check in a little early.

An absolutely great place, great location, beautiful neighborhood. Close to the Chandler biking/walking path. Convenient access to so many fun areas. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Loved our stay here! Was coming out to the LA area to visit a friend and my brother. I traveled with my two little kids (3 and 5 years old) and it was perfect for us. Very conveniently located - lots of food options, two different Starbucks within 5 min drive, and a great park for the kids right down the street. I even came prepared with a bunch of toys for the kids, but didn't even need them! They were fully entertained with all of the stuff at the Airbnb. The space consisted of essentially only rooms - open kitchen with little dining table on the first floor and then one big room upstairs (with the 3 beds and Tv). It worked perfectly fine for us but might be too cramped for a larger family. Slight hassle to have the bathroom downstairs, but overall it was fine. Warning for those with kids though: the sliding door next to the kitchen gives a wonderful view of a huge pool and a trampoline (an area that is restricted to guests) so it maybe torturous for little ones.

This was a clean, extremely comfortable, and tastefully decorated apartment (full of original art!) with wonderful light and beautiful surroundings. Debbie was responsive and so friendly. Not fancy but far from shoddy! Entrance does require going up a fairly steep flight of stairs.

Gorgeous place, great location, amazing value, and such kind hosts. Would absolutely stay here again. Pablo and Jenna were incredibly communicative and helpful. I will miss walking to the amazing coffee shop nearby (Little Ripper) in the morning. This place really felt like home!

I had such an amazing stay at Alina’s place! The views, the privacy, the amazing aroma from the flowers, all combined into an excellent place for my first trip to LA! Couldn’t recommend this place more :) You’ll be getting 5 star views in a gorgeous & peaceful neighborhood with an amazing balcony and beautiful garden!

Great location for Hollywood area attractions, Paramount Studios, LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, Academy Museum, Rodeo Drive, Cedar Sinai and surrounding MDs and Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Much shopping nearby (10 minute walk) . Locations above were within 10-15 minutes driving (1.5 - 3 miles). Off-street parking is a definite plus. Clean, quiet and as advertised. Dogs can be kept inside if that is an issue for you - they are very friendly, though.

Philip’s Zenbnb guest house has been THEE best stay I’ve ever had on Airbnb. First of all, I arrived to his place very late in the evening due to some airline issues. Philip waited for me, escorted me and my daughter to the guest house personally, and even helped carry our luggage. It was BLISS from there. He answered all of my questions promptly, was kind, accommodating and over all a beautiful human being. He provided some additional items we needed in a timely manner and even approved a particular “favor” my family and I really needed. If you’re ever in the LA area and need a “dream stay,” you MUST book with Philip and be thoroughly pleased!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

We loved our stay in Atwater Village. The suite is close to restaurants and shops and very secure. We knew exactly how to find and get into the entry, everything was clean and the supplies were just what we needed. Camille was very responsive!

I had stayed the weekend with a friend for a concert and it exceeded our expectations! The place was super clean and the outdoor hangout area was adorable. The instructions for finding the airbnb and everything else were very easy to understand. Even the drive up there was beautiful!

I had an amazing time staying here! The guesthouse truly has everything you could possibly need, from food to all the essentials in the kitchen and bathroom. Faisal was so kind and shared some fascinating stories about the neighborhood and LA. After a busy day exploring the streets of LA, it was really nice to return to such a quiet and comfortable guesthouse that felt like home, all in a safe and peaceful setting. + The bed was so comfortable!! 6日間とても快適に使わせてもらいました！特に日本人客の我々にとっては、まず地域自体の治安が良く安心して過ごせました。建物や内装も日本人が想像する「アメリカスタイル」という感じで、ワクワクして楽しく過ごせました。オーナーのFrancoさんはとても親切で、近くのレストランやスーパーなど教えてくれたり、トラブルにも臨機応変に対応してくれました。アーリーチェックインや、チェックアウト後の荷物の預けも対応してくれて、滞在期間をフルで有効に使うことができました。 僕が1番気に入ってたところは、庭にあるビーチイスで太陽浴びられるチルな時間でした。ここに泊まったおかげで、こんかいの旅を最大限に楽しめました、ありがとうございました！

This place was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. It was easy to find, clean, and well-organized. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend booking here.

For being so close to the airport, you barely notice which I thought was great. Very quiet location and easy to get to highways. Super comfortable bed!

House was clean, well maintained and charming. Walk in closet, modern bathroom with great water pressure, washer/dryer and comfy bed. Uncluttered, basic kitchen supplies, spices, it met all our needs. The outdoor space was beautiful and fully surrounded by very tall wood fence. We felt very safe, a fortress in the middle of a busy city. Close to good hikes in the Hollywood hills. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Bertha has thought of everything to make the stay smooth snd efficient! Comfy mattress. SPOTLESSLY clean. Small but it’s all there!

We had a nice time at Lu's guest house! The location of the home was so convenient right on the Expo line, and we barely noticed the sounds of the train running. It's spacious, clean, and has everything you might find yourself needing.
