Cozy 55m2 flat close to Spessart in Johannesberg

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Moderne Studiowohnung mit Küche, Bad und großem Balkon in ruhiger Lage. Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich ein ausziehbares Bett mit Matratze und ein ausziehbares Sofa. Auf beiden können je 2 Personen bequem schlafen. Küche und Bad sind neu renoviert und voll ausgestattet. Ca. 500 Meter von der Wohnung befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Von dort fährt man etwa 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt. Aldi, Lidl, sowie eine Tankstelle, die 24 Stunden geöffnet ist sind in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Sonnige Wohnung, Schlosspark, Waechtersbach

Wir vermieten eine schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Küche und Bad in der Innenstadt von Waechtersbach. Die Dachgeschosswohnung wurde vor wenigen Jahren saniert und besticht durch ein harmonisches Nebeneinander von alten Holzbalken und moderner Gestaltung mit tiefen Fenstern und Blick ins Grüne. Der Schlossgarten mit dem restaurierten Schloss liegt gegenüber. Die Bahnanbindung ist hervorragend (alle 30 Minuten nach Frankfurt). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fusslaufig zu erreichen.

The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Alte Dorfkirche

Die ehemalige Dorfkirche liegt in einem 1.600 Quadratmeter großen Grundstück mitten im Dorf Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Von allen Seiten umschlossen ist es ein idealer Rückzugsort, ohne „aus der Welt zu sein“. In der Morgensonne vor der Sakristei, auf der Kirchenmauer am Nachmittag oder abends unter Obstbäumen. Im unteren Turmzimmer auf der Couch, im oberen Turmzimmer – dem ehemaligen Glockenraum – beim Beobachten der Vögel. Es findet sich immer ein nettes Plätzchen.

The apartment is situated in a partially renovated water castle from 1565 in the small village of Hollrich, Germany It consists of 2 lovingly decorated bedrooms with a kitchen and a bathroom. You will stay in one room with cross vaults, beautifully decorated stone columns and a newly installed solid oak floor which gives the room a pleasantly warm flair. The view is out to the court yard and the moat . A closet is installed in the 51 inch thick wall .

Hinweis: Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 €.
