Nancy was an extremely nice host, responsive, and kind. The property is within a walking distance to Westfiled mall, shops, and restuarants. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and beautiful. We had everything we needed at Nancy's place. I have no complaints, but only compliments. We will be back to stay here with Nancy again.

Trish was a Gem! She was so helpful and concerned about our comfort and rest. She provided a great place to relax and walk to the beach! Her gardens and patio were so comfortable and exciting we didn't need to go anywhere! Hope to see her again some day!

We were here for a week and have already booked our next stay! Perfect spot for sailing from Milford Cruising Club. Really lovely home, very quiet with everything we needed to cook, work and relax. A walk down Milford Beach was a beautiful start to the morning and shops are close by. Sharon is one of the best hosts I've ever had on Air BnB. Thanks for having us.

A perfect stay in Auckland. The property is in Castor Bay which is lovely and peaceful. There are lots of great restaurants nearby too. The property is very spacious, the amenities are modern and even has views of the sea from one of the bedrooms, living room/kitchen. Michaela and Andrew left milk, coffee pods, bread, eggs, jam and even Whittaker’s chocolate to have which was a lovely surprise!

Great location close to hiking , Mt Manaia , and great swimming as there is no surf out front . Well equipped kitchen but the best was the quality bed . So many places here and in Canada have beds that should be recycled but not at Lil's .Thanks so much . Tom and Barbara

The house was perfect for the five of us. It has lots of space, the hosts were very generous with the condiments and the space was light, comfortable and really clean and tidy. The wi fi was also brilliant!. While the house is nice and peaceful it is a short drive to the shops and about 10 minutes from the beach. We didn’t find this a problem and Leone and Mark were awesome to deal with.

Just minutes from the beach this property was perfect for our family over Christmas. Though are children are substantially taller these days they still made use of the board games and connect four. Loved the way the house opened up fully to create great access and air. Very well equipped kitchen and clean linen. Highly recommend.

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles hat gepasst: schöne K0che, die komplett ausgestattet ist, bequeme Lounge, sehr grosses TV, bequeme Betten, tolle Handtücher... Und last but not least: Sam, der liebe Kater. wir hätten ihn am liebsten mitgenommen, er hat uns erobert. Das einzige, was etwas unbequem ist, ist die steile Zufahrt, aber das schafft man auch locker. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder buchen. Jacqueline war auch immer erreichbar und war sehr freundlich.

The house is everything you would wish for in a holiday -let. Tranquil surroundings, great view across the water from the living room, comprehensively equipped kitchen , and all the accessories you would expect in a comfortable home. You do run into what seems to be Auckland’s little publicised gridlock on the motorways ( at least where I come from) if you want to drive into the city centre or back , during the morning or evening rush hours respectively, but you should be able to work around that on a holiday. I would recommend the property without reservation.

A wonderful place to stay for a 3-generational family get together. Having 3 bathrooms was so comfortable and convenient. The house was so spacious, extremely clean and well designed for families. Couldn't have asked for more. The location and view was absolutely amazing. We decided not to go out for dinners but to eat in as the view was so great, we wanted to make the most of it. Jessica was very communicative and certainly provided a wonderful venue to enjoy time and make memories with our 2 sons, one of them visiting from USA and our grandsons. Thank you Jessica x

This is our last stop in New Zealand, and we are very happy to have found such a comfortable place to stay. It is very private and quiet, yet not far from the shopping mall. The host is very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended!

You couldn’t ask for a better place to stay - your own resort in Stanmore Bay. We loved being here - everything you need plus a pool and so relaxing. A few mins to the gorgeous beach and friendly hosts. Can’t recommend highly enough - thank you!

This was all we had hoped for and more. Everything about it was just right, everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped. Our resident neighbour at No.2 was most helpful and altogether we were delighted and grateful to be able to stay the extra days there that were needed when one of our party was unwell. Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Loved how child friendly the accomodation was with all the things you’d need for a baby. So grateful to use the car charger too. Crystal was a great host as well!

Our second stay in this property. We love it so much that we have decided to come back here again. Once again, lovely and quiet location with everything u need at ur doorsteps. Next to a beach and playground. The kids love it here too. Will definitely book here again if I were to return to Auckland.
