Thank you for having us, Riwaz! This has been our favourite stay in Nepal so far and we kept saying how easily we could stay here long term.

Ranju et Uttam ont été d'une grande hospitalité. Ils nous ont mis à l'aise très rapidement. Le logement est agréable et chaleureux, on s'y est senti comme chez nous. Même si nous avons été de court passage, ils se sont montrés généreux en nous proposant leur aide pour notre voyage et pour découvrir Kathmandu et ses environs. My son and I stayed at Rabin's unit for two weeks in February because my son was playing a tennis tournament nearby. About the place: We stayed at the unit with the attached kitchen and bathroom - the unit is exactly as in the photographs, clean, roomy and has a small kitchenette. Rooms were cleaned once a week, and fresh linen and towels were provided. What struck me the most is that Rabin is the most genuinely nice and helpful person I've met. For example, when my son's shoes gave way in the midst of the second week, Rabin personally assisted me in getting them repaired. Rabin, his lovely wife, and his wonderful parents made us feel at ease and safe - they took excellent care of us! added bonus: Rabin is a good cook!

Extraordinary home with unique historic restoration filled with intriguing books, paintings, photos, Nepali furniture and rugs, gorgeous quilts. Ben was out of town but consistently available & Chechee who lives within the garden/compound was friendly & available & took great care of us & the home. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Ideal location.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by its modern elegance and spacious layout. The location is also perfect, within walking distance to the famous Boudhanath stupa and restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in the heart of the city.

Le logement est parfait, il ne manque d'aucun équipement et les hôtes sont supers, ils répondu à tous nos besoins (machine à laver, poubelles etc.. pris en charge) et nous ont apporté des fruits tous les jours. Logement plus que recommandé.

This place is absolutely amazing! It's like a little oasis of calm and luxury right in the heart of Banepa! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a beautiful courtyard, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea in the sun (bonus: there’s a spare bathroom down there too). Upstairs, the apartment is stunning! There’s a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, and a dining table. Then, up in the loft, you’ll find a super cozy bedroom with two comfortable beds, plus a chill-out space with a spare bed, perfect for reading, unwinding, yoga session etc. My friend and I were here for research, and we honestly felt like we could have stayed for months. Hands down the best place to stay in Banepa! On top of that, Rashil is an incredible host! He's super attentive, easy to reach, and full of great recommendations. He went out of his way to help us with anything we needed and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. What a find! Thanks Rashil!

Amazing location right near the Stupa with a wonderful view. That alone is worth the price. Everything was so smooth and easy in the chaos that is Kathmandu. Very quite and tranquil. Will definitely stay here again.

It looks neat and clean, is located in a side street and therefore quite quiet at night. The hostess is easy to reach in case of problems and is very friendly. The roof terrace is also very idyllic and freely accessible.

I recommend all looking for a place to live in Kathmandu, Nepal, to choose Raju’s place coz it’s the best one and the host is super-friendly. The place is both peaceful and near to the hub of the city. Strongly recommended to all the Airbnb guests from all corners of the world.

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

The airbnb was very spacious and easily accommodated all 8 of us. Anu the caretaker was extremely patient and helpful, always just a phone call away. Riya was very responsive as well. Great value for money at this airbnb!
