When you arrive at Fina Vista Farm you will have a chance to walk around, stretch your legs, use the facilities and meet the resident animals, horses, dogs, cats, chickens and Pepper the pig. After that it's time to select the horses, groom and saddle up for a tour of the beautiful rolling Oak Hills on horseback. A mini intro lesson will be provided on riding basics, along with some history of the breed and description of their gait and 'how-to' on getting the best gaiting experience from your horse. The ride will cover various terrain with meadows, hills, wooded areas and tranquil trails in mixed forest. Contact host to customise dates or times to suit your needs. Sorry, we can only accommodate riders up to 220 pounds at this time and at least 10 years old. Great adventure for riders and nature lovers! Using real sterling silver, tiny saws, hammers, and fire, you'll create your very own ring. I'll teach you how to measure, cut, solder, bend, file, and polish your custom creation. You can also texturize or letter stamp it to make it truly one of a kind. You'll leave wearing your new ring with a sense of great accomplishment and the perfect souvenir. Other things to note: This experience runs between 2.5-3.5 hours long depending on your design choices and work ethic. Average class time is 3 hours. Safety is important in the studio! Please wear closed-toed shoes and avoid wearing long or flowing clothing. Bring eyeglasses if you need them.

Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, an iconic Canadian cafe chain and an award winning winery. During short walks along tee lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by a stop at a coffee shop chain that has become part of the Canadian identity. Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries. After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to take the optional, self led, Niagara Boat Cruise. Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto. If you do not see a preferred date on the calendar please request a date that is suitable. A small apartment in the heart of leslieville, one is welcome to come by with their dining partner/ partners (max 6 people) and as I walk you down a gastronomic tour of my culinary experieces from learning how to make a simple bisque from my father in a miniscule kitchen in Calcutta, therein working at michelin starred kitchen, Le Gavroche, London at a tender age etc. The evening dishes are mostly driven through the dogma of being aware of seasonality and produce and above all technical skills. Every menu is created the morning of the dining experience. Moreover for the curious of hearts, I would be cooking and baking dishes such as Beef wellington and dover sole bonne femme six feet away from your seats, giving you a true peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. All this is in an evening's worth of time spent leisurely drinking and eating delcious meal in great company and hopefully the best story to tell in the forseeable future. The experience is a 16 course gelato tasting with a visit to the gelato lab where all the creative flavours are tested & produced. During the tour I will explain the differences between Icecream & gelato , the science behind gelato, production of gelato and the history behind the company. My unique back ground of being a chemical engineer and a chef will give you a unique perspective of the art of gelato. We have flavours that are seasonal and creative. With guided, professional instruction, you'll have a fun and creative time making an item out of clay on a pottery wheel. I will show you how to work with the clay, get it ready for the wheel, center it, and eventually start shaping. Usually students can make either a small bowl, plate, mug or vase on their first try. You will get up to 30 minutes of time on the wheel which is plenty to create one item, and then you can add accents to your piece i.e. handle and you'll get to handbuild for the remainder of the time (add accents to your piece). You can take the pottery home with you the same day you make them, or—if you'd like—I can fire your work, glaze it, and ship it to you for a small fee. I also offer other experiences: canvas painting, glass fusing, hand building with clay, mosaics, glow in the dark painting, pottery painting, silkscreening. ***Drop me a note if you'd like alternate time for your appointment.****

We will meet at a dance studio in Yonge - Eglinton neighborhood in Toronto. This experience is for individuals, kids, or couples/dance partners, and we will relearn the art of Salsa or Bachata (your choice. or both!) in leading and following. NOTE: If you don't see a booking date/time available, please just direct message me, and I will try to accommodate! I love dancing Salsa/Bachata because of the passionate music and sensuality. We'll practice the basic steps with a fusion into casual social dance with a partner. You will learn about timing, rhythm, turn patterns, body waves, hand holds, and sensing your partner. We'll have fun and you'll learn to dance with confidence. This lesson is for EVERYONE - from beginners with little or no dance experience to experienced salsa/bachata dancers. The class will last 1 hour. The goal is to give the male leader new leading skills and to teach the female follower to be present in the moment. It's a relatively foreign dance style, but it’s entertaining for sure! Btw, Salsa/Bachata is a fantastic way to connect with your partner on a romantic date night!!! Other things to note: Please wear comfy clothes such as jeans, slacks, yoga wear, or a dress. Comfy, casual shoes that can slide or socks are fine to wear on your feet. Socks usually work best.

You’ll be greeted with some freshly made ricotta cheese donuts, and drinks. Then you’ll be welcomed to my kitchen and learn to bake and cook special dishes by me making a demo then you get to taste and cook the same at your own convenience. I will be taking you through the beautiful architecture of Old Toronto and some hidden spots to take some beautiful pictures of you. It can be a fashion, lifestyle or urban photoshoot. During this entire experience, I will be showing you the spots mentioned above while also taking pictures of you or your group. Most of these are great architecture, monuments and other tourist attractions. The entire experience will be around 60 mins long but depends on the weather conditions that we can talk about :) As can be seen, there are few spots for every experience session but if you have a group bigger than that, write to me and I can arrange a private group session for you! If you want it all alone for you, you can book both spots. You will be getting 50+ colour-corrected and high-resolution pictures of your choice with an option to buy extra in a personalized online gallery within 3 days after you are done selecting your favourites. Often referred to as “Dolphins of the Pasture”, Alpacas are sensitive, curious, and of course super cute. They have an incredible ability to bring balance and calm to us through the connection created on our hike through the fields in the beautiful rolling hills of Northumberland County. Although they can be very shy, once you earn their trust you will be able to knuffle (cuddle) them. This experience provides visitors the ability to truly get to know these gentle creatures. We will spend some time learning about the alpacas. These very unusual animals are so different than other mammals, and yet completely efficiently evolved. You will then meet each of our alpacas, hear about their personalities and choose which ‘alpaca partner’ you feel at home with and learn to walk them on a lead. Get some understanding of what makes these animals so unique. Rediscover a connection with nature while hiking with your Alpaca through our fields. At the end of the hike, there will be ample time to take photographs with all of the Alpacas. Please make sure to wear appropriate clothes for the weather and if possible boots or at least closed-toe shoes. We will be walking for about 30 minutes and it's a relatively easy walk with some inclines. Children under 16 yrs old must be accompanied by an adult. This activity is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Two people share one Alpaca

Jump right into the holiday season with a hot apple cider and a little traditional Christmas music! My wife or I will greet you in the lobby of our building and welcome you into our suite where you can enjoy stunning views of the Toronto city skyline while you sip on your beverage and listen to some holiday tunes while getting to know the other guests. Next it’s time to gather around the table for a festive feast. We’ll enjoy good food and good stories as we learn about each other‘s experiences and what brought us to this table. Also a great opportunity to share the recipe you brought (or the name of your favourite takeout!!) After dinner we’ll engage in a fun little gift exchange, recycling/reusing previously loved items! Time permitting we’ll also play a board game or two. Need a ride home? No worries, we’ll call you a cab, or maybe even drop you off at the subway ourselves. New friendships will be formed as we build some delightful and authentic holiday memories together.
