We have absolutely zero complaints. Beaand peaceful. Our dogs fit in immediately.

Felt right at home nice and cozy spot. 5 minutes away from the London bridge. Easy to park and catch a ride on in the Ferry to Havasu Landing. Good size pool and the front yard you get a glimpse of the water. I would highly recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying at Ruben’s place. It has lots of room with a nice pool and outdoor space. Ruben was very responsive and helpful.

Great place to stay. Good neighborhood, good views, the house and area was spotless. I hope to be a return customer. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Patricia was an amazing host from the beginning, any questions or concerns I had before/during our trip I knew I could contact her and within minutes I would have a response. I was a bit concerned because sometimes when you reserve a place to stay online the pictures tell a different story. However, with Patricia's Listing what you see is what you got, everything was AMAZING!!! The house was perfect for our mini getaway, the lounging area in the back yard was perfect to watch the sunrise and set. That VIEW was just breathtaking!!! I cannot wait until our next stay here. The beds and even the couch was super comfortable. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I HAD TO LEAVE!! :( LOL Thank you for opening your home to us and for sharing that view!!!

Kory's place was clean easy to get to and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Parking was spot on for boats and close to launch ramp. It was a great stay as always, we love Kory's properties.

The Chavez Group listing was a very nice, clean and well appointed big 3 bedroom home with fully equipped kitchen and luxurious linens. We came in November and paid extra for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated. But the temperature never got warm enough to really enjoy. One needs a car to get to most amenities in Lake Havasu City.

Great place for us during our stay, host was super flexible with us when it came to extending and needing more time. Will definitely stay here again! 10/10 for me!

Debbie was a great host! Her place was perfect for us. Played on the water all day and came back to a clean home for the family. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was excellent.. Looked like the pictures. neat. lots of space . friendly service and lots of shampoo..

We loved it there! The outside features were great, such as the barbecue and pool area. The house was very clean with everything we needed, such as plenty of towels and even a speaker. John was also very kind and welcoming to us when we got there, and told us to let him know if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend booking your stay in lake havasu here!

Everything you see in pics is as is and better! Will definitely recommend and also book again. Patti was super helpful. We forgot a set of keys and she immediately offered to mail them out to us. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Kristi was very responsive and quick to help us with any questions. Back patio furniture as a bit more worn than pictures - Kristi acted quickly and replaced the couch in just a couple days. We rented for two months and had frequent guests of 1-2 relatives; the space was great for cooking and outdoor meals. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and provided for a walk or short drive to all restaurants, bridge, social occasions in LH. Would recommend to anyone and will look to book with Kristi again!

This is the perfect lake getaway!! Front row location with beautiful lake and sunset views. Pleanty of room for all and everything we needed was there. Also if you are bringing your own boat to Havasu this is the perfect spot. Great launch ramp and the wet slip is right in front of the house. Great parking for 2 vehicles one of which was a full size truck. Plenty of room for the trailer either right across the street or right outside the park. The Sams staff is wonderful and friendly. This place is the perfect balance of fun and alive during the day and quiet and relaxing in the evening. We will stay here again !!!!!

Paul’s Place was great. Nice quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way, but that was never an issue. Beds were so comfortable and the towels were insanely soft!! The kitchen was well stocked with nice Keurig coffee maker and plenty of pods on hand. Pots, pans, serving items and nice silverware. We stayed for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our stay!!!!

This is our second stay in five years at Douglas' house. It is so clean, warm and inviting when you enter. The guides for the home are well posted and the user manual is concise and breaks down each room. We are so amazed that a house could be so clean and fresh!. Nice updates to the exterior and such a quiet location! We have stayed at other homes in the area but always try to secure Douglas' location because the rest are just second for our needs. Thank you!!!

We were blown away by the size and condition of the house. Everything was so well done from the layout to the decorations to the amenities. The property can easily and comfortably host 14 people. We especially loved how dog friendly the host and property was with a fenced in backyard and walkable local streets.

We were seven adults and we had privacy and ample space for each of us. Perfect layout, all the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the outside living space everyday. Residence was situated to easily get to stores and restaurants and attractions we wanted. Good value for what we got. Our hosts were great, always responsive and friendly.

Our stay was great! We throughly enjoyed our time, the home was very cozy, only a 15 minute drive into town, far away enough for peaceful nights in the pool! We would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved this house! It is located in a great neighborhood and I had lots of privacy. The house was clean and comfortable. It was a little too cold to use the pool, but I loved sitting by it in the morning and watching the sun rise. Will definitely be renting this home again in the future!

Larry’s place was amazing. Check in process was clear and easy. Located close to everything you need plus marinas/launch. Clean property with the added bonus of a beautiful pool to use once back home. Everything you need in Havasu area

Amazing, we go to Havasu often and it’s now one of our preferred places to stay! It is in a great location, is clean, and Cheryl was very responsive when we had a question. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable weekend. Will book again!
