Beautiful cabin located just up the mountain from the town. Close to great coffee and a few local restaurants. We came into town for a 40th Birthday and were able to accommodate everyone with a comfortable place to sleep and eat. Sauna, hot tub, pool table, darts and ping pong keep us entertained throughout the weekend.

Great place to stay up in Northeast PA while visiting some family for the holidays while traveling from Maine. The apartment was clean, open, very comfortable and super warm even on the zero-degree night we spent there. Shower nice and steamy too!Host was very responsive. Place was easy to get access into upon arrival. Front deck and access to docks/kayaks in summer would be pretty awesome I would imagine. Grotto Pizza is right next door. Dallas highway right around corner. Myself, my wife, our 5 year old son and our baby girl were all quite comfy there for 3 nights and we even entertained a few family members as well. I can’t recommend this place enough .

We had a great time at Betsy Lee's. She was very friendly and helpful. She also gave us a few gifts to take home with us. I never had anyone do that before. We plan to go back later this year. Great place to stay and Betsy is the best.

My fiance & I have stayed at upwards of 100 AirBnbs, & this place is in our top 5!!!! If you're scrolling, reading reviews, looking for a place to stay in the area, stop right now & book this place. As far as bang for your buck goes, it doesn't get any better than this, & as far as amenities go, what else could you want? Hot tub, 4 beds, 3 baths, beautiful TV and amazing living room furniture, fire pit in the yard, fire table on the back deck with an amazing view, set in a peaceful & quiet field, pool table, the works! We read some negative reviews about the hot tub & a lack of products in the bathrooms, no idea where those came from. Hot tub was clean and hot when we got there, bathrooms were stocked with everything you could need in a short term rental. Book. This. House. You won't regret it!!!!

We had a great stay at Stacy and Tim’s beautiful cabin. It is very spacious, homely and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The fireplace was very cozy and lake views were amazing. It snowed when we were there and the driveway was cleared straight away. Stacey was very responsive and great with local recommendations. I would definitely stay again !

I love coming here in mid-March with my pup. We prefer the empty trails and roads, the weather is usually transitioning into spring and it’s a very quiet cottage to work or rest. This was my third visit since 2020. I enjoyed Worlds End Park for the first time. About 40 minute drive. Lake Jean was frozen over with snow. Ricketts Glen had trail restrictions when we arrived (3/08) but by weeks end we were hiking up to the fourth falls without ice concerns. Weather shifted into the 50/60s through the weeks stay. Best value and truly comfortable even if you walk around the back yards ponds and visit the geese and ducks and lounge in the cottage . My favorite restaurant is the Old Filling Station in historic Benton. Only a 15 minute drive. Very rural, Benton is only a population of 824. I’ve always felt welcomed wherever I turned up. Lynn is quick to respond to any questions and address anything needing attention. House is adequately stocked and the kitchen has many amenities to cook

Always a pleasure finding this available when we go into Old Forge. Stayed here many times and highly recommend. Heather is quick to respond but never had any concerns or problems. Looking forward again for any future stays as we go and visit relatives so place is always a great treat for us. Andrea

Cozy Chic Lakeside Cottage

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful cozy cottage right on the water! The fall foliage was beautiful! Our family enjoyed kayaking, fire and s’mores by the water, feeding the fish, building puzzles, listening to the church bells, walks down the road... Quaker lake was a great lake nearby to walk around. Russell Farms was a great place to go apple picking and pick up groceries for the week. Cider donuts were delicious!! 🤤 Julie was quick to reply and gave great recommendations!

I had a wonderful stay at LaceyVilla! The place was very cozy and beautifully decorated. My room was clean and the bed was super comfy, so I slept really well. the living area was great for relaxing. I loved the outdoor space too—perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning. The location was very quiet and peaceful . Cindy was friendly and was very helpful. I highly recommend LaceyVilla! I was looking for a place that felt like home and this was exactly it. It was so spacious and honestly had everything I needed. I think the bathroom was definitely my fave area in the house; it was beautifully lit and nicely remodeled. Bernard was so easy to contact and would resolve any issues I had immediately. I definitely highly recommend!

This was litetally the cutest airbnb I've ever come across in Scranton! It was absolutely adorably decorated, and is super clean on the inside! The beds are comfortable, and everything was very well kept. I will be back to this location during my next visit to PA!

Lakefront Life!

Tracy’s property is stunning. You can simply sit out and enjoy the views but we took advantage of the lake and spent almost the whole day out on kayaks. It was beautiful. We enjoyed the grill and the huge tv in the living room. Tracy was helpful and attentive. We can’t wait to visit again!

If you’re looking for peace and quiet, look no further. Sharon was easy to communicate with and extremely responsive. The home is very tranquil and located right on the Susquehanna River. Although it rained the few days we were there, she has a covered deck which allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the propane fire-pit. We loved having a washer and dryer in the home as well as 2 full bathrooms. Cell coverage isn’t a thing so having access to WiFi helps with those who need to stay connected. Be sure to follow ALL instructions for the heat and know it will take a little bit for the main area to get warm. I would highly recommend a stay at this home if you’re looking to unwind and chill.

Lauren and Ed's place was very conformtable and had everything we needed. The hosts were accomodating and easy to get along with. Beautiful atmosphere with many outside accessories for a great week at the lake. We experienced many days of rain, but had a basement full of entertainment. Thanks so much, can't wait to return.

Esther was a lovely hostess, who was communicative and efficient. Check-in was a breeze and we were given our privacy while there. The place was as advertised and it has a lot of character. It's a well-kept, older home and that is what you should expect. Our toddler boys loved exploring and finding new rooms. It is surprisingly spacious for only occupying one floor of the house. There were other guests staying on the floor above us while we were there, but other than seeing them one time as we went out the front door, we wouldn't have even known they were there. Tip: the air conditioners are window units and they were not in the windows. We were there in March and it was cold out, so it wasn't a bother for us. But, if it was a warmer weekend we would have wanted them to be operational. So, I'd suggest if you're spoiled with ac like we are, then just be aware of this and maybe just make sure they're installed when you go. It's a charming house and we'd definitely go back if in the area.

Ruth’s place was so beautiful inside and out. Great views of the mountains and very peaceful. Ruth is very helpful she had a lot of good flyers for local places. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

David and Liane's lake house was exceptional, my family thoroughly appreciated the scenic views of the lake. The beds were extremely comfortable and I admired the tasteful decoration. The fireplace greatly enhanced our dinner experience, maintaining a warm and cozy atmosphere. David was very helpful prior to our stay, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. They provided an abundance of kayaks for use during warmer weather. My sons particularly enjoyed the included board games. The sunroom offered the most spectacular view in the house.

Perfect little winter retreat. If you are looking for beautiful surroundings ( inside and out) and serenity... this is the place. We were passing through on a drive to spend the holiday with family so our stay was short but very sweet! Loved it here and it's even more fabulous than in the pictures. Also... Leslie was the best Airbnb host I've ever encountered!! We will be back!!!
