My 3rd stay at Arizona oasis. It’s a little slice of heaven. Beautiful beach and great amenities. The office staff is SO nice!!! Be prepared for more of a glamping experience, but we love it and will continue to come back!

We had a great stay at this place. Very clean and everything was orderly. Great views from the back. Boat ramp is just a couple houses down. Plenty of parking for a truck and trailer. Look forward to coming again for sure. Thank you!

AZ Oasis was recommended to us by friends and I am glad it was! After having experienced some not so great stays in the area’s hotels it was so refreshing to have a wonderful experience with Arizona Oasis. From the reservations to our departure everything was perfect, above and beyond honestly! Whenever we are in that area again they will be my ONLY call. The unit was so clean and well stocked, the grounds are well kept and we felt very safe.

This is a modular home and a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. I appreciated the local store for odds and ends. It is on the low end of the river and there are a few public outlets to get to the river inside the community. It was so nice to have two bathrooms and my roommate and I actually appreciated the lack of central heat because I was able to use the space heaters to warm my space while she was using the air conditioner to cool hers! The little extras were so nice… the bikes, the fact that there was wood for the fire pit, the grill was really clean, coffee, tea, oil, and seasonings… laundry detergent. Our stay was very comfortable. My only recommendation would have been thicker mattresses and having a blender.

We loved staying at villa 12! We normally stay at villa 4 but this year wanted the extra bedroom and it was wonderful. Such an easy walk to the beach and the outdoor kitchen was amazing! This was our 3rd year staying at the villas and will be back for years to come. The kids had a blast and made some amazing core memories. Thank you Darcy! ❤️

Brant’s place was great. The instructions were a little hard to understand with having a separate contract to sign and another app to download. The text letting us know how to get into the gate never came so we sat at the gate getting yelled at by neighbors for not knowing the code. Other than the initial getting through the front gate, the place was amazing, spotless and a great location. Very fun beach vibe, our parents loved the place.

This home was very nice and had everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking and fishing in the Bill Williams Refuge. The scenery is beautiful and the area has many types of outdoor activities to enjoy.

Rita was a super host! She had the place all ready when I got there with the AC on to a comfortable temperature. Parker is a fun town and this was a great place to stay. She was very quick to respond to questions and was helpful. The check-in/check-out procedures were very easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again when back in Parker.

Our Dock Holiday was perfect! We really enjoyed the location of the property on the river. There is a lot of dock space!The ping pong table & fire pit was a big hit with the kids. I would definitely recommend staying here. Lots of Fun!

We enjoyed this rental so much. Very clean and organized, while also being kid friendly. The view was beautiful as well. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Very comfortable home plenty of room large master bedroom with private bath plenty of closet space I would highly recommend staying if you have a large family even though we were only three it would comfortably fit 10 plenty of seating, boat dock was excellent easy access, Tina the host gave very clear instructions and simple. The place was beautiful and clean!

This is the 3rd time that I and my guests have stayed at Lisa's beautiful/spacious house. It has everything that you will need in the kitchen. As always it was spotless. Despite 114 degree temperatures the 3 air conditioners kept the house at a constant, comfortable temperature. Located just steps from the Colorado River, you can take your choice of swimming, tubing, boating, or fishing. There is a wonderful dock and boat ramp. My son always catches bass and catfish from the dock. If you just want to relax and enjoy the river, you can sit out on the large, screened in patio and use the grill. Lisa is very cordial and quick to reply to any of your requests. If Lisa will have me again, I will be back next year. George Wetmore

Hosts were great even though the stay was short. Very responsive with directions and made sure to leave the light on when she knew we’d be late. Even let us know right away when an item was left behind so we could come back and retrieve it.

The house was as described, clean and inviting. Mandy left us a nice welcome basket. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks !
