The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in Montenegro und Jas und Rosa haben es zu einer unvergesslichen Erinnerung gemacht . Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben es uns einfach gemacht das wir uns schnell wie zu Hause fühlten . Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön . Jas hat uns viele Tips gegeben und war immer erreichbar für Fragen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch an die liebe Rosa . Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Markos Vater empfangen. Ein sehr lieber und netter Mann. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Umgebung und dennoch ist alles (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Kotor) super zu erreichen (wenige Minuten). Für einen Kurztrip ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

Jelena and her family were incredible hosts, the house was spotlessly clean, the pool and view were magnificent. Definitely a house to be preferred on every trip. The location is great, all the historical cities are at your feet.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

A lovely clean place with a great view. Host and cleaners were very helpful and friendly. We rented a car however travelling to the nearest towns of Tivat, Kotor and Budva then taxi’s were easy to get. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful home and stunning view. We had a fabulous week here and were very lucky with the weather. Andrea was a fantastic host and her communication and support was excellent. You will definitely need a car staying here - there are so many beautiful spots to visit and it’s slightly off the beaten track (which we much prefer). Wish we had planned to stay longer :-(. We did not try out the local restaurants in Krasici but Luštica bay is very close and has lots of seafront restaurants to choose from. We would highly recommend a stay at this property.

Our time in Risan was fantastic! Risan is at a great spot in the bay of Kotor. Not too crowded, but well situated to visit the must-go-to places. The Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed and nothing more, don't expect a TV or anything too fancy. It was perfect for us, we spent a great family time. Just outside there is a great private terrace directly at the water with ample space to sit, spend time and have a swim. There where 2 kayaks free to use, which we took advantage of (went to the island with the church on, called our lady on the rock). A near mussels farm was great to have really fresh sea food and fish, other restaurants/shops nearby. Marko was a fantastic host, who made us feel welcome from minute 1 on. He and his father gave us all the inside tips and information we needed. Thanks for that if you are reading this Marko! We very much recommend this great place in Risan! This will certainly not have been the last time we where in Montenegro.

We got very lucky booking this place as a last minute planned trip. It was our first time in Kotor region and this apartment is really well located overall. Walkable to closest beach in 5 minutes. In 10 min you have a beach right next to a market with ice cold drinks! The apartment is really comfortable and clean. Oven was great to have. The A/C is super good. Bed and furniture really comfortable. Mladen is very communicative and generous. Hope to return, had an amazing stay!

Beautiful place! We LOVED the dock and view of the water! We went swimming in the evening and the morning and it was absolutely stunning!! Incredible location. Loved the apartment - very comfortable and clean. The washing machine was and drying rack were also very helpful. The host was very responsive - we had a little trouble finding the Airbnb - but she was super helpful and kind about it! Highly recommend!

This place was better than the pictures showed. We loved having laundry in the apartment as well. This place is really close to the bus stop which was great for our stay! Highly recommend

Petar el anfitrión nos ha cuidado mucho y ha sido muy atento ya que nos hemos sorprendido porque nos ha hecho sentir como en casa. Cuando llegamos el primer día, solo llegar ya nos explicó cosas de Kotor, nos dio mapas de la zona y nos organizó una actividad en barco económica y espectacular. Además tuvimos un pequeño accidente y él nos dio unas muletas que necesitábamos y fue un detalle. Estuvimos muy a gusto y estamos muy agradecidos por todo el trato y la estancia. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a esta casa!

Delightful time with Zorin and Stojanka. Great location within easy walking distance to the old fortress City of Kotor and great view of the Bay of Kotor from the unit's patio. And the hosts were so responsive to any questions I had and helpful in giving suggestions to make my stay a great one. They were great hosts.

Плюсы: Интересная планировка, просторные комнаты, есть свой фронт ярд с потрясающим видом на конторскую бухту и горы! Минусы: Жилье не просто Найти, заезжая в тупик, ведущий к дому, попадаешь в типовую застройку и нам потребовалось достаточно времени, чтобы найти нужное жилье! К сожалению, фото у хозяина с синей лестницей, которую на местности уже не найти. Она перекрашена в другой цвет. Было бы здорово чтобы были какие-то подсказки и как найти апарты ночью. Кстати, было бы здорово, чтобы в квартире появился чайник! Кофеварка есть, но не все пьют кофе. В остальном, это отличный вариант с кофмортным расположением, и парковкой для машины

An amazing host, and apartment, in a beautiful location ideally situated between Tivat and Kotor. Dusan and his mother, Mika, were so lovely, generous and exceptionally welcoming. We would not hesitate to come again!

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone. For a small town it has the BEST seafood i have ever had in my entire life. The village is quiet with beautiful scenery and a spectacular beach. This was a true vacation if you like peace and quiet. The center city is 30 min away which was perfect. The hosts were phenomenal and accommodated us when we were a day late due to car troubles. Cannot say enough about them! The house was beautiful, clean and most important had air conditioning !!! The people in the village were so nice and went above and beyond for visitors. Please make a trip here because you’ll be glad you did <3

Charming old property within the Old Town. Quiet but within minutes walk of restaurants/ shops etc. Comfortably and tastefully furnished. Enchanting outside space. The hosts were extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

First of all, it is a very peaceful place. The entire place was immaculately tidy. Most significantly, it is very close to the sea. There is a shower in the garden, it is a good idea to take a shower after swimming in the sea. There is also a small market very close to the house. Most things are available. There is a borek shop on the other side. Definitely try it. Jelena and her mother promptly answered all our questions. It was especially nice to have a conversation with her mother.

Ron's place was lovely. Stunning views and the pool was nice for the kids. Very private. The interior living area is spacious and the private patio is very nice. 2 of the Bedrooms are smaller and kitchen missing a few things. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

Merci à Darko son épouse. Ce sont des personnes très sympathiques, très serviables. Ils sont toujours de bons conseils. Leur maison est authentique. Tout comme Dobrota. La baie de Kotor et les bouches de Kotor sont splendides. De nombreuses cités voisines sont à découvrir. Comme la vieille ville de Kotor, Perast… Seul bémol la circulation. Nous avons tout fait en taxi, et avec Darko (merci ) donc ça a été. Mais les panneaux, les rues sont mal indiquées et très étroites. Cela fait partie de l aventure. Nous étions une famille de 5. Le logement est parfait !! Équipements suffisants. Climatisation. Extérieurs très appréciables malgré les moustiques. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Quinze jours très agréable. Maison fonctionnelle propre et bien entretenue. Les hôtes sont agréables, bien vaillants, très très bon accueil par Zeljko et son épouse, réactifs et très très honnête. Equipement de la maison très bien, beaucoup d'ustensile pour cuisiner (lave vaisselle en panne). Le jardin est très agréable et l'espace devant la maison pour manger au top (abrité et à l'ombre). Parking facile. Access à la maison rapide la route principale passe juste en contre bas. (un peu bruyant). Plage et bord de mer à 10mn à pied. Quartier autours de la maison en grand travaux ! pendant que nous y étions. un peu de bruit par moment. Un super séjour super Merci Zeljko
