Easy walk to Sutton station which provides easy access to the city. Elphin Bar easy walk. A few supermarkets an easy walk. quiet suburban location near the water.. very friendly locals. water pressure in Ireland is not like Australia. Be aware suitcases have to be carried upstairs to bedrooms and heating is timed.

Highly recommend staying at Declan's if you get the chance! The property is a lovely clean spacious house close to a beautiful beach and a short drive to all the amenities you could want, as well as lots of places to visit and things to do in the south east of Ireland. The fireplace in the living area is a real focal point of the property, and makes the space so cosy. We particularly appreciated the well-stocked kitchen: we had all the pots and pans needed to cook as if we were at home. Declan himself is a fantastic host - super responsive, friendly and helpful. Everything was so easy and it was a joy to stay there. Thank you, Declan!

Gerard was great host, giving great tips on things to explore in the area. The sea is very close to the property and we went for a dip every day. Kelly's hotel is in walking distance for bite to eat. The house itself was clean and very homely, the decor is lovely. Would love to stay again. Thanks Gerard

We booked Miriam's place for a wedding in Aherlow House Hotel and it was absolutely perfect! Our bridesmaids stayed in the house and my wife got ready for our wedding there! The views were beautiful and Miriam allowed us to check in early so that my wife would have plenty of time to get ready. it made our day so much less stressful! thank you so much!

Une nuit en famille avec nos 2 enfants dans la ferme de Lorna et Peter. Lorna a été formidable avec nous en prenant de son temps pour nous faire visiter sa ferme et ses animaux. Les enfants ont adoré. La location était exactement comme annoncée, propre avec tout ce qu'il faut pour notre confort. La salle de jeux est géniale, on y a beaucoup joué. Merci beaucoup aussi pour les petites attentions à notre arrivée (scones, lait). Thank you against Lorna, you're an amazing host! A great address.

We were staying in this house 4th times and every time we are happy to come back. In the apartment everything as on the photos, always cleaned, beautiful view to the mountains, the owner doesn’t disturb you. You could relax and enjoy your trip. Thanks, Carolina

The 3 days our family of 6 had at Steve’s was absolutely fantastic! First thing, is a special mention of Steve. He helped me plan our first Dublin adventure weeks before we travelled. Steve met us as we arrived and made sure everything was perfect for us, including welcome snacks! He’s definitely one of the best hosts I’ve met over my years with Airbnb, and all his reviews are spot on. The apartment itself was perfect, had everything we needed. Well furnished, clean, and was well stocked too. Great location at The Liberties, and everything was within walking distance too. Friendly grocers and bakeries, and many restaurants. If I really had to nitpick, was that the apartment building doesn’t have an elevator, so you’d have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the unit (worth it for the huge roof patio!). The best thing, the amazing gladiator Steve helped us carry our very heavy bags up and down the unit with ease! We will be back at Steve’s if Irish luck brings us back to Ireland!

A lovely place to stay. We only stayed in Mike's place for 1 night so we didn't get to use all of the facilities. The entire place was spotlessly clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds, including the sofa bed were very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mike's place.

Our family of four was very happy with our stay at Geoff and Therese’s apartment. The sleeping spaces were comfortable, and though the kitchenette and bathroom were small, they had what we needed for a comfortable stay. The yard area was also appreciated- we ate several meals outside at the picnic table. The hosts were highly responsive and thoughtfully had food items waiting for us when we arrived. Overall a great stay and location! Thank you

Adam and Clare's accommodation was beautiful, set in the most gorgeous countryside surroundings, it was so peaceful, just what we needed. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Clare and Adam had went to the bother of leaving us a beautiful welcome basket with home made scones, it was such a lovely touch. They had also left essential supplies which was great. We really had the most wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it. We will be sure to stay again. Thank you to Clare and Adam for being such great hosts.

Great spot about 10 minutes outside of cobh! The space is small, but very well organized to feel more spacious than it is. Well supplied kitchen, but the oven did take a bit to cook items (could have been user error). The hosts were so friendly and had travel infant items available. Would stay again!

Unusual location in semi wooded raised slightly away and above the owners home, can't see from the airbnb. Outside seating to two sides, plenty of space inside, well appointed and warm, we didn't need the wood burner. Very relaxing stay. Met both hosts and their lovely dog, very welcoming and helpful. Great allocated parking space, would highly recommend this home from home.

Lovely apartment to rest and relax. It is located on the edge of town but only a few mins drive away. The apartment is surrounded by green fields, woodland and nature. The terrace is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. The apartment is well equipped and homely. Tom and his wife are friendly and welcoming. It was the perfect place for what I needed!

We had a nice stay in Marianne's house I cannot fault the accommodation. It was a lovely apartment with beautiful furnishings. The house is well equiped and wouldnt want for anything for your stay. Marianne was lovely to deal with and responsive. We were very unfortunate that a corporate group booked out the entire hotel and facilities so we could not get any food or drink on site during a large portion of our stay. Marianne does to be fair warn about times where it could be members only but I didnt realise all areas could be booked for exclusive use. I went to use the swimming pool on the last evening with my son and we were really disappointed that it was €50 for a family day pass to go for a swim. I understand a fee but find it hard to justify a price that high. There are lovely walks and grounds to enjoy while staying there. My son enjoyed the playground and exploring the grounds.

The place was absolutely amazing, lovely cozy home that had amazing views from every angle, the surrounding area was really nice as well with lots of friendly and pleasant locals. Will definitely be saving this place for the future.

Just north of the Liffey apartment is near Epic Ireland, restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the harbor view and the outdoor terrace. Kitchen had everything we needed and location is secure which was important to us particularly as this was a mother/daughter trip. Host was responsive and helpful.
