Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Amberley Coach House, nr Stroud

Cosy self-contained room with comfy kingsize bed, double sofabed and en-suite shower on the upper floor of a separate building across the garden from the house. Beautiful Cotswolds village setting high on a hill between the towns of Nailsworth (2 miles) and Stroud (3 miles). Wifi. No kitchen facilities but there's a kettle and big coolbox. Moments from gorgeous National Trust common land. Three pubs, a hotel and a shop/café in the church within 5-20 minutes' walk. Step-free access via garden.

We are delighted to reopen the dovecote after some essential improvements. We can now offer availability from this spring. A completely unique experience. Secluded Lodge with private garden & new Hot Tub

Hawthorn Lodge is close to some of the most beautiful walks in Wiltshire, with access direct from the door, as it is situated at the foot of historic Roundway Hill. The lodge has recently been fitted out, and all fittings are new, and of a high quality. Perfect for pets, as the lodge is set in it's own secure garden. New large hot tub, which is accessed direct from the bedroom, and is emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated before arrival of every guest. Very quiet private rural setting.

The Cotswolds Couples' Getaway

In the centre of beautiful Minchinhampton, this detached cosy cottage is open plan in design and tastefully renovated throughout with plenty of modern conveniences. Set in our quiet pretty garden, and with on-site parking + Type 2 EV charger, a perfect getaway. Views from the garden across open farmland enjoy spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped kitchen, large sitting room, pretty bedroom and spacious shower room. Lovely rural walks and stunning bike rides straight from the front door.

We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful one-bedroom, barn in the centre of the rural hamlet of North Wraxall, 10 miles North of the Heritage City of Bath. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Originally, a working storage barn which has recently undergone sympathetic restoration to create a high class holiday home, while retaining original features. There is an open plan downstairs room with doors to the outside and an upstairs en-suite bedroom.
