This place is exactly as it is in the photos. Squeaky clean and pristine. Darshan is a great host who proactively helped us and made our stay there very easy. We felt at home throughout our stay. Big shoutout to the Chef and the caretaker, Mr. Sampath for cooking some really delicious meals for us and also helping us settle in easily with a smooth check in. Shoutout to the house-help for being very friendly and accomodating, not disturbing our privacy. Definitely a 10/10 recommendation.

One of the best stays I ever had, the place is comfortable, private and has all the amenities required to have a good time with family and friends. The host and the caretaker were really responsive all the time and helpful in every way possible with the food, providing local transport support, site seeing guides etc. Rooms were clean, the pool was fantastic and the place just felt like home. Also both host and caretaker were helpful right from the checkin throughout the stay and also post checkout. I strongly recommend to opt for this villa stay with your family and friends.

We wanted a peaceful and private weekend and that's exactly what we got. The host clearly understood our requirements and made things easy and smooth for us. The ambiance and view from the balcony alone are enough to give this place a 10/10. Highly recommended.

The inhouse team prepares delicious meals and super clean villa, and the surrounding neighborhood is my dream come true, with plenty of organic shops and cafes that cater to refined tastes. This property truly has it all.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at the Rikshaw Villa! Shahul was very attentive and communicative, making sure everything was perfect. The space was clean, cozy, spacious and had a welcoming vibe. We felt right at hone. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away and the terrace has a cute sitour area Shahul also made the check-in process super flexible, which was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Very good price for family stay ! 6 guests ( stayed with Parents and Uncles) very clean and having a bedroom in ground floor is very helpful for senior citizens. Will definitely pick this place again! Host communicated very well and is friendly. Definitely recommend this place for friends!

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

Mudra Manor was absolutely beautiful. Amazing property, very chic. My dog loved running around the lawn and the trail walking. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. The barbecue was delicious, so was all the meals . The heated pool was a good addition in the rainy cold weather. Partha and the caretaker Ram and chef Das did a great job and were very responsive throughout our stay. Definite recommend this place if you’re looking to have a staycation in a luxurious property.

Location is awesome, it’s a nice big bungalow- slightly old , can use a touch of paint here n there and bathroom fittings are a bit rusty…. but, rooms were clean, bedding was nice n fresh , the rooms smelled gorgeous, pool was well maintained, brace yourself for mosquitoes but, otherwise everything was perfect! Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Superb location. Completely private and peaceful. Excellent valley views from the pool. Pool is not temperature controlled. But it was clean and maintained well. Reaching the place is only through their 4x4 jeep. Normal cars cant go there. It is totally off road for 15 mins drive. Cook and caretakers are present in the property. Breakfast is complimentary. But dinner is served on request. The food tasted so good. Fire place, Badminton court, and barbecue available. Reaching the uppatty village was challenging. Google maps showed wrong and dangerous off road routes. So ask locals and reach the village to park your vehicle in the owners place. From there they will take us to the property in jeep. Overall worth for money of we go in groups.

Very kind caretakers. Suja was there to guide us throughout the stay. The accommodation was very neat. It was very comfortable enough to accommodate 10-12 guest

This is a private mansion for large group. It’s family frendly place, the host Jiyo who is a ex service man took really good care of us. Nice place , clean, clean pool. I would highly recommend for people with large groups.

This property was beautiful and our stay was extremely comfortable. The caretaker was prompt, friendly and was eager to help us in any way we required. His inputs on food and places to visit were spot on. The swimming pool was cleaned everyday which made it a very enjoyable experience. Looking forward to visiting the property again in the near future.

it's a unique experience there, the property was completely private and that a great peaceful stay..the caretaker was available on call anytime. The host was very responsive. food provided was good. over all value for money and a great stay .
