We had a wonderful stay. The condo was as shown in the pictures and description. Very clean and updated. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Very accessible to both Hilo and Kailua Kona. A market and restaurants close by. Very nice!

we had such a great stay and Paul was the perfect host! he gladly shared tips about great things to do. The place is perfectly located if you have a car. Everything you need within a short distanse. And best of all, Kahalu beach is just a short walk away with its great snorkeling and surfing possibilities. I would highly recommend to stay here!

It is a great place to stay in the condo. Almost have everything that for daily life. it is very convenient.

Everything was perfect with our stay. The local community at this resort is really special. Warm, inviting, and fun for everyone. We especially love sunset and the salt ocean side pool.

Other than the issue of it not being cleaned when we arrived, which was quickly rectified, the apartment was lovely. The views from the lanai were amazing and we are missing it already.

We stayed 4 nights at Ronissa's place on our trip to Kona. The place was as described and very nice to have a dedicated parking spot. There were plenty of towels, decent snorkel gear, and the AC worked great. Very nice to have beach chairs available!! It is up a bit of a hill, so be warry if you are trying to walk a ton of places. Definitely do-able, just keep in mind for kids and older adults, walking may not be the best idea. There is a free parking lot at the bottom of the hill that we were always able to find parking at to walk around the downtown area. Ronissa was very communicative and answered any questions we had promptly, and provided excellent check-in instructions ahead of time so we had no issue getting inside and settled. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would stay here again.

I stayed here with my family of 5 and there was plenty of room for us. The space is beautiful with high ceilings and it looks even better in person than in the pictures. High end appliances, spacious master bath, dual patios, and plenty of natural light. We ran into one issue early on, and Micah quickly addressed our concerns and remedied the situation. Walking distance to the beach and Waikoloa Village turtle lagoon. I’d highly recommend staying here, and would certainly stay again. Thank you, Micah!

A slice of heaven! Everything you want when you come to Hawaii. A quiet, private beach, a nice swimming pool and tennis area. Kind, friendly neighbors. Public beach next door with lots of surfing and snorkeling activities. Restaurants only a few miles down. Our family loved this place....hurry up and book!

Hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Great location with many walkable restaurants. Close to ocean, but not really a swimmable beach but beautiful. Very quiet location.

Absolutely LOVED the unit! Will come back! AC was perfect & unit was very clean and big! We even got a late check out! Amazing place great host. Read this review if any one before mine may have discouraged you! BOOK IT

condo was everything we needed for our stay in Kona, good views, everything was fully stocked to the kitchen, linen closet, washer and dryer bedroom and beach accessories. really enjoyed our stay. hope the next time we make it to kona this place will be available to stay in.

It’s very convenient that this property had free AC. It was also nice that we were able to cook full breakfast every day. That helps save a lot of money. Also great location!

Jason’s place was completely amazing in all aspects! Jason was responsive when needed and he provided great amenities for snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, and things needed in the condo. I would highly recommend his place to stay!

The accommodations were great, the pool and hot tub awesome, the location could not have been better. it was an oasis in the middle of Kona. We had a great time and really appreciate the hosts. If we forgot something, the hosts had it available. From extra coffee to lawn chairs to soap and razors. Thank you for being so kind and let us use your home away from home. it was truly amazing.

Great place, as described, very clean, all amenities you could need. Host was very flexible and responsive. Having a grocery store and some basic restaurants so close was great. We went snorkeling on a boat charter out of the nearby bay which was very convenient. Having a community pool and hot tub right next door was also very nice, and only a little noisy with kids using the pool on occasion. Would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Nicholas!! We loved our stay! This place was perfect for us, great location, near all the shops and restaurants and to the beach!! You have thought of everything that someone might need when they rent from you!! And what’s great about it, there is ample supply of everything. Some places give enough deterrent for 1 wash, etc.. the condo is slightly outdated, such as the closets don’t open easily, slide off track and back screen door also was a little difficult to open, but this is a home away from home and it was perfect!! Not one complaint!! I will mention that if you plan on parking in the spot available for you, get a smaller suv, I ended up renting the biggest SUV ever and the parking area is tight! There is a great public parking area close by if your car is too big! We will definitely stay there again next time we head to Kona!!

This condo came highly recommended by friends and it did not disappoint! The condo is well equipped and very clean. It is completely updated and has a spa like master bathroom. The beds were so comfortable!! The unit has central air-conditioning which was greatly appreciated! Excellent location…an easy walk to a convenience store and several markets. Great snorkelling is also available close by. Brenda is lovely! She provided helpful information to ensure a comfortable stay and a great island experience. The private balcony with an ocean view was amazing. We were able to walk across the street to see the sunset every night! The ocean waves also allowed us to watch surfers throughout the day. We would stay at this specific condo again when we return to the island!

We loved our stay at Bobbi’s place! The kitchen had everything we needed, and our kids LOVED the pool to hang out at in the evenings after our beach excursions. Highly recommend!

This place is 10 min walk to the beach. It is also walkable to restaurants and stores. You get a car parking, snorkeling gear, chairs, boogie boards for the family to enjoy. All in all, great space so the family doesn’t have to go look around for parking

It is worth renting from an owner that is available and responsive! Tiffany was very great to deal with and very helpful. The place is very clean and very close to downtown. There are bikes for rent across the street. The seaside pool is amazing and relaxing with the waves crashing into the rocks just feet away. Thank you for the last minute stay!
