I take being a host on Airbnb very seriously and I’m all about offering the HIGHEST quality. When you choose my experience over others, you will have this super small and personal experience with a true local. I don’t have a HUGE operation with dozens of guides, where you never know who you are going with. This is why I have much smaller groups.
Please note that due to how expensive it is to run the tour I can not take only one person on the tour. Please contact me if you are booking for just one person and I will see what I can do to make it happen.
We will meet at Þingvellir national park, where the two tectonic plates, the north american and eurasian, are drifting apart from each other. Silfra is a fissure in between the two plates and has the clearest water on the planet. This makes Silfra one of the top dive sites in the world.
I will help you get suited up in the drysuit and explain how to use the snorkeling equipment. Followed by a small briefing about Silfra fissure and how everything regarding the snorkel works. The activity in the water is about 25-30 minutes. After we get out of the water we walk back to the car and enjoy a warm drink and some snacks.
Other things to note
You must send all participants Height (cm), Weight (kg) and Shoe size (EU).
This is very important so I can pick the right size of drysuit for you.
Please meet me 10 minutes before the start time.
If you arrive 15 min after the start time of the tour, you can not participate.

Andri will lead you into a very unique approach to breathwork. The Wim Hof Breathing method. This group session will start with a short explanation of the benefits. You will then lay down for the led breathwork and deep relaxation at the end.
Why breathwork?
With chronic stress, anxiety, burnouts, and other stress-related conditions on the rise worldwide, it is time to go back to the basics and make fundamental changes for good.
The good news is that breathing is now mainstream. People are becoming conscious of the power of breathwork for optimal performance and better health.
Breathwork has been around for centuries. There are countless methods and techniques available today. From esoteric approaches to evidence-based protocols. Yet, all of them have in essence the same core principles. The goal is to bring you back into a state of balance. To your center. One breath at a time. Here and now.
Breathwork has shown to:
Decrease inflammation
Enhance the immune system
Improve mood and well-being
Reduce stress and anxiety
Pain suppression
Speed up metabolism
Improve sleep
Note: You will be joining an experience with other local participants. Private groups can be requested at different times. Great for team building.
Important to come early as the session will start sharp on time.
In a one hour drive from Reykjavik, next to the village of Hella, there is a mystery to be discovered.
Four man-made caves, and a still unknown story behind them.
Were the caves made by the Vikings? Or during a Christian Irish settlement, before the Viking settlement?
On the tour we’ll be exploring the mysterious caves, ancient and recent carvings on the walls - such as beautiful crosses and names! - while telling our forefathers stories about Iceland’s ancient history.
In 2020, four out of twelve caves were opened to the public, and I’m restoring the caves to their former glory, having them all open to the public and keeping their history alive.
The caves are located on my family’s farm. And the family has been taken care of the caves for nearly 200 years!
Other things to note:
'The surroundings remind you of the movie sets of Indiana Jones or The Lord of the Rings. Amazing in every way.'
Júlía Margrét Einarsdóttir, cultural attaché, The Icelandic National Broadcsting Service, 2019.
'Definitely an amazing place to go while in Iceland.'
Eduardo Lobo, visitor
