Descubre cafeterías de Sapporo con un fotógrafo
See the craft coffee of Sapporo through the eyes of a photographer!
Many people say that good coffee is hard to find in Japan, but I'm here to prove them wrong! If you know where to look (and I’ve spent a lot of time looking!), there are so many cool spots to be found in Sapporo!
We will explore some of my favorite coffee shops in Sapporo (and possibly stop for a treat or two along the way). I’ll introduce you to some of the friends that I’ve made during my time here in Japan, including some locals and coffee shop owners.
Depending on your caffeine tolerance, we can visit up to three coffee shops as we explore the city together. Let me know your favorite kinds of coffees and preferences, and I can curate a personalized route to match your tastes!
I’ll bring my camera with me as well, to capture our coffee drinking adventures together. I’ll send you guys home with an awesome collection of photos that you can use to brag to your friends about your time in Japan as well as to prove to them that good coffee exists in Japan!
** If you cannot find an available date, please contact me! I may be able to open up a time for you! **
*** This used to be a coffee tour I used to do in Kyoto, hence the reviews mentioning coffee shops and areas around Kyoto. I've since moved to Sapporo, where I'm doing the same thing! ***

Don't let hair touch onsen water (tie up). Get out if you feel dizzy. If in doubt, do what the locals do.

Sapporo Bar Hopping Food Tour
So why don't you go outside and explore Sapporo at night? Sapporo local guides are here to share with you the best ways of making the most out of Sapporo nightlife: bar hopping at local izakayas!
Izakaya is an unique aspect of our culture! It is a combination of a diner and a pub, where people enjoy drinking with well-paired small dishes. A traditional izakaya is usually cozy, which naturally makes people start communicating with one another.
At first, we'll stroll the streets of Susukino area (the downtown of Sapporo) and stop by the first place, where you'll sample fresh seafoods from Hokkaido and recommended drinks, like cold draft beer, Japanese sake, or shochu.
For the second and third place, a guide will recommend a group some izakayas from the Magical Trip Bar Hopping Map, based on your preferences.
This map lists some of the best local izayakayas around, varying from typical standing izakayas, to some unique ones.
Why don't we do bar hopping in Susukino, Sapporo with us?
I'm surely confident that you will like it.
