This was a new experience for us as we have never stayed in a beachside airbnb. Staying at this place made us feel so comfortable and at home with all the included amenities and easy access to the beach. Would definitely love to come back or check out more properties by Euphoria Vacations! Would also highly recommend visiting this place!

Great place to stay near the historic district. 10 minute walk to anything you would wanna do. Very clean and quiet

He made our visit very delightful. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and we will definitely choose to visit this location again. You will be happy with this choice.

Carley was a perfect host. Checked in with us on arrival and also throughout our stay. The location can't be beat. We travel with our dog and the neighborhood is great for walking her. Also an easy walk to the beach and several restaurants. We went to Zaba's, Beachcomber and Coneheads this trip. The St. Augustine Historic district is only a 10 minute drive and The Nights of Lights is always worth the drive.

I can’t recommend this property enough. It’s clean, spacious, and has absolutely gorgeous views of the beach. The community pool was clean and relaxing. The neighbors we met were all lovely. The unit is a short walk to the beach. There were several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Great location, exactly as pictured and described. Host was proactive and highly responsive. Restaurants that were doors away were exceptional.

The location was perfect for our needs, just down the block from the Renaissance so we were able to walk to the restaurants in the historic district of St Augustine.. There is parking for one car. The unit is over a 2 car garage so no noise below. Internet was pretty quick and stable. The space is great for 1-2 people who will be mostly on the go. The sofa needs more cushioning but we put pillows down when sitting there. With the excellent location, parking for 1 car, and that we could bring our small dog we were more than satisfied with our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our long-weekend stay at Cary's beautiful home. From fresh and clean towels and bed sheets to kitchen items, Cary had everything we needed and quickly answered any questions that came up. We certainly will consider staying here when we visit St. Augustine Beach again?

This place was absolutely adorable and so cozy! The host was super responsive and really flexible with our check-in, which was a huge help. I loved the blue and white decor – it was so fresh and clean. The private garden was a perfect spot to relax. Plus, it's an easy walk to the beach and Publix. We'd definitely love to come back!

This was an incredibly clean and comfortable Air BnB.. My husband and I brought my 90 year old mother here to see Willie Nelson for her birthday. Two of us are vegetarians so we brought a lot of groceries…there was great storage place in the kitchen. Bathroom was also so well appointed with nice large drawers for 3 of us. Location so convenient! Sandra was awesome! We will be back!

We enjoyed our quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and being so close to the ocean! The beach walk every morning was beautiful! The restaurants were wonderful as well. And Charlotte made a great recommendation for us in Old Town, the Floridian. Our upstairs outdoor deck was great in the morning to enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to the bird song. The sunshine and warmth was really great. And the shaded lanai off the dining room downstairs was perfect for when the afternoon warmed up. Historical Old Town is fun! And there’s a good farmers market/craft show on Wednesdays at St. John’s pier that’s worth a visit too!

Lovely studio walking distance to a beautiful beach! Easy parking and 15-20 minutes to historic downtown with lots to do. Cozy and functional inside; we were able to cook a few meals. Would stay again, great price for what you get!

This place is great, will totally stay here again when I come back into the area. The host are extremely polite, helpful and timely with any questions you may have. The place is clean and comfy! The amenities are 10/10! Thanks for the great stay:)

Our recent stay at Emmily’s Isla Antigua 1 bedroom villa served as an excellent winter getaway. From the location to the furnishings to the amenities it offered everything that we were looking for in an extended stay. Great pool and gym and just a few miles from St Augustine beaches and attractions. Walking distance from Black Molly Restaurant which in our opinion was one of the best in St Augustine. Emmily responded with great sense of urgency to our questions and requests. Completely satisfied!

Very cool spot about 15 mins from everything (downtown st Augustine,Anastasia Park,st Augustine beach) Great location if you’re looking for something chill and out of the way. We loved how spacious it was and would recommend it to anyone visiting.

Condo was as pictured. Unit was clean & kitchen has lots of glasses, dishes etc. Great view of pool and can see ocean in background. Beach chairs (4) and umbrellas (2) provided, no beach towels. Easy, short walk across boardwalk to beach. Conveniently located with a short drive to many delicious restaurants and shopping and short distance to downtown area. Brian was very quick to respond & proactive with checking in throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

As expected- consistent with the post. Only issue was the beach code provided had expired, so it was an adventure getting back on the property. Other than that, the condo was as described. The entire property is older but the unit was updated. Would recommend for convenience and affordable larger space.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were able to explore the beautiful old town in St. Augustine and my kids loved the beach and pool. Beach is about a 3 minute walk. I would recommend booking here!

Villa Tizoc is a hidden gem in St. Augustine. From the landscaping to the decor inside this suite, Edward and Glenna were sure to create an unforgettable ambiance and experience. Everything was absolutely perfect—the bed and pillows were super comfortable, the place was pristine, and you cannot beat the location which is only a bike ride away from all the attractions. Edward and Glenna provide almost everything you need at their home, including bikes and beach chairs. We cannot wait to be back with more time on our hands. Thank you all for sharing your home with us. P.S. We left behind our souvenirs at the Villa, and Edward found them and said he’d mail them to us. Thank you for going out of your way!

Clean and quiet with everything we needed for this trip. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Beautiful surroundings and close to food and grocery. The drive into St. Augustine was easy and quick. Natalia is a great host, very clear instructions, very responsive, and helpful. We look forward to staying again!

Wonderful stay!! The beach condo is spacious, immaculately clean & comfortable. The ocean patio makes for a beautiful view and we loved having the windows open to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Basic kitchen items supplied, including lots of coffee!! Yay! The beach is gorgeous & truly just a step outside. It felt secluded, calm and private. Very safe!! Gorgeous sunrise & sunset. Seashells galore in the beautiful sand!!! Historic downtown St. Augustine is about a 30 min drive. Very easy!! Nice to be away from all busy downtown. Highly recommend!!!! If you have littles, be sure to bring beach towels and sand toys. We also loved the Alligator farm, which is only about 12 min away towards the historic downtown. Would 100% stay here again!!! Beautiful all around and the beach is truly amazing - feels like your own private beach and stretches for miles. Very easy parking! We didn’t use the pools, but it’s just a few steps away and looks perfect! Thank you so so much!!!!

We had a wonderful week, the condo was amazing, the heated pool was so comfortable, the view from our balcony was breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed and some stuff we didn’t know we wanted. After a busy day on the beach or St. Augustine we were so happy and comfortable to return to our unit. We will definitely return!
