Come experience the wonderful world of the honeybee where we encourage you to take pictures. We begin our 1 1/2 hour experience near Tampa, Florida. I have several different locations to choose from ranging from Farm to urban areas. The address showing will not necessarily be the place that you will have your experience. I can be flexible as to location. We will begin with a demonstration of the equipment utilized in beekeeping as well as dressing up in our full bee suits and then immediately start the hands-on experience. At this point you will be able to see, feel, hear and touch apis mellifera (the European honey bee!) as I guide you to a better understanding of these amazing creatures. During our time together you will manipulate equipment, ask questions and get a practical appreciation of the bees. After, you will enjoy a refreshment while we discuss your recent experiences. Upon completion, we provide a 5 oz honey jar and honey dipper to say thank you and as a memento of being a beekeper for a day! Things to note: PLEASE BRING BOOTS or Tennis shoes. There is always a chance of getting stung, So if you are allergic to bees please come with your epi-pen or choose a different experience. We want you to come away from this feeling alive and in tune with the natural world. You will be wearing a full bee suit.

We'll meet everyone at the launch, do intros, give waterproof bags,& get prepped for kayaking. No experience needed; we'll give everyone a paddling overview! Average water depth 2ft) After that we'll get launched into Shell Key Preserve, a beautiful shallow environment with tons of wildlife & a very interesting ecosystem which we'll discuss+the history of the Preserve! Including traveling through some mangrove tunnels (tides permitting, mainly Mar-Oct) We'll also look for+talk about some of our incredible wildlife in the Preserve including dolphins, manatees, & other fish/birds! Take a clear kayaking adventure through Shell Key Preserve, a tropical paradise with unique marine habitats. Your knowledgeable ecotour guide will welcome you and provide brief paddling and safety instructions. Then, you’ll be loaded into your tandem clear kayak and off on a 2-hour adventure! Your tour guide leads the way around the mangrove islands, through the shallows, and to the beach. If the tide is high, your guide will show you a hidden mangrove tunnel. You’ll also take a break at Shell Key Beach, where you can collect shells, take in the views, and be surrounded by nature. Your guide will be happy to take plenty of photos, provide awesome unique facts, and make sure you have fun along the way! While in the preserve, be on the lookout for a Manatee or the beautiful pink Roseate Spoonbills in the summer months. White Pelicans call the sandbars of Shell Key Preserve their home during the winter months! Dolphins frolic in crystal-clear waters throughout the year, and cormorants love to swim alongside your kayak. Don’t forget to look through your clear kayak for a unique view of the ecosystems that are underwater! Chances are that you’ll see a variety of wildlife, but sightings are random and not guaranteed.

We will take you on a delicious Brunch adventure in beautiful St Petersburg. We will meet outside of the Historic Detroit Hotel and make our way toward the first tasting venue. Take in the history and iconic buildings in between a total of 4 delicious food stops. Each food venue will have a unique Brunch tasting and you will get to know the local gems of the city. Two of our venues will also be serving brunch-style drinks. If you would like to eat, drink and explore like a local this is a great start! We are excited to host guests from all over the world! Our experience is meant to be social and we create small groups for this purpose. Our food stops will vary as we partner with many eateries in the St Pete districts Other things to note Let us know if you have a food allergy, we can cater for most if you let us know before the tour. Walking is at an easy pace and around 1 mile on flat paving.

You will meet your guides at Ted Sperling Park, the launch site for the famous Lido Mangrove Tunnels. After a short explanation of the equipment and the paddle, we will launch and practice our skills in a beautiful, shallow bay. Depending on weather conditions, we may paddle to the channel with a goal of paddling with manatees and dolphins. If we do come across them, we will keep our distance and watch them play and frolic. Occasionally, manatees will be curious and will swim up to us. It is such a special experience. Next up, we will head to the mangrove tunnels. We may take a short break at a private beach to stretch our legs before we head into the maze of mangrove tunnels. Your guides will help you navigate the tunnels, pointing out exotic wildlife as you pass. Everyone loves when finding giant hermit crabs and seastars along the way. After paddling though the tunnels and to the hidden lagoon, we will head back to the launch. Your hosts will text photos of your adventure for you to share with friends and family. Capt Yak is a Veteran owned business. We will explore through and around Mangrove Islands, Beds of Sea Grasses and Sand Bars on Comfortable and Easy Paddling Kayaks. Our Sit-On-Top Kayaks are outfitted with adjustable seats with back support that add comfort and paddling ease to your trip. The seat position also allows you to see the abundant sea life below much better than the old style Sit-In Kayaks. Birds, stingrays, horseshoe crabs, shells, manatees and dolphins are some of the wildlife you may see. Greg, "Capt Yak", will immerse you in this vital eco-system and provide you with information on the abundant wildlife and plant life you will encounter on this 3 hour tour. Your route will be based on the tide and wind to make the paddle as easy and enjoyable as possible. Mid way through the tour we will stop at Shell Key where you can Search for shells, take a stroll, swim or just sit an relax. Shell Key is the largest undeveloped barrier Island in the county and vital to the preserve's ecosystem. You, your family and friends will be sailing on Afternoon Delight, a classic Beneteau 38' sailboat. We'll start in Madeira Beach and sail in Boca Ciega Bay. We'll make our way to John's Pass along the quaint waterfront village. If conditions allow we'll go under the John's Pass bridge and sail in the wide open Gulf of Mexico where you'll get to experience the exhilaration of sailing to it's best potential. Wildlife can make the experience extra special when dolphin play in our bow wake. There's simply nothing like it! Sunset sails are a spectacular time for photos and creating memories that will last a lifetime. We conclude back at the Madeira Beach dock.

Come snuggle with baby goats and more. We will meet at the picnic tables at Sweet Berry Barn where we will discuss safely handling animals. Then we will bring out baby goats, bunnies, horses and a Kunekune pig. They are cuddle bugs ready to play. You may hold them, feed and take lots of pictures.

We invite you to experience an apiary adventure. We'll start with some basic Beekeeping 101. Next a walk through the farm passing chickens, turkeys, goats and ponies on your path to the bees. Then we will suit up and light our smokers. You may observe or dive right into a hands on exploration of live working Bee hives. Here you will see honey ,nectar, brood, worker bees, drones and maybe even the queen herself. Should you feel overwhelmed at any time you may head back to the barn and hang out with animals while we finish the tour. We will wrap it up by cooling down with some complimentary ice cold honey lemonade ...FYI we can not open the bee hives in the rain, if the weather is bad you will have the option to still have the class, do a honey tasting and view live bees through an observation hive or to cancel or reschedule.

As a photographer, The entire city is filled with colors, eclectic people, and let's not forget about the beat of the city that vibrates through your body. It easily translates through the lens, making it the perfect backdrop for my style of photography. I have decided to create an experience for travelers who would like to document their fashion and feelings in the city with a professional view. I can blend my vice for fashion and photography to give you images you won't believe. Shoots are typically 45 minutes-1hr. In this experience: - you will meet me at the agreed area. - I'll direct you during your shoot for great angles and lighting. - you will receive 10 edited photos through a digital link! - styling, hair, and makeup are NOT included... Book the premier private dolphin and island tour in St. Petersburg. The boat is a high end 700HP 33ft Everglades Center Console with tower. There is plenty of plush comfortable seating all around the boat. We depart Boca Ciega Bay, and pass through numerous protected islands that are only accessible by boat like Bunces Pass, Shell Key, and Irma Pass. I am offering a unique dining experience unlike any other you’ve ever had! The experience includes a basic introduction to preparing handmade pasta and a two course meal. The first course is typically a cold appetizer and the main course consists of pasta, protein, and vegetables. The menu can be customized to suit most allergies and dietary restrictions. I can accommodate vegan, vegetarian, and other specialty diets (there is typically an up charge for doing so) but please contact me before booking. I work with guests to develop a menu that is suitable for their group. However, there are limitations if I have to choose food that will hold up in a hot box without compromising its quality or becoming unpalatable. The experience takes place in your home or indoor location of your choosing; if you are outside Tampa city limits please contact me before booking. Welcome to SOUL Haven Ranch... where Sharing Of Unconditional Love between horses and humans is our passion! When you arrive....stroll out to the barn or gaze into the pasture - it's time to choose a miniature horse that you'll be spending the next hour with one on one... Your experience will begin in the barn connecting with and grooming - head to toe - your miniature horse. You'll be brushing the mane, tail and body. You’ll also learn how to clean their hooves. "A healthy horse has healthy feet" We will share some fun facts about horses.... are you aware of their two blind spots? What does ear position tell you about your horse? You'll learn three basic commands - walk, whoa, and around and then choose to further explore the West Orange Trail and enjoy a beautiful scenic walk, side by side with your highly trained miniature horse or stay on property and challenge yourself with our obstacles in our Training Center. Immerse yourself in a partnership with this new little friend surrounded by nature, the warmth of the sun and the cool breaks in the shade. I will give a short overview of the farm and we will get to know each other the first 10 minutes. Our walking tour starts with the ducks (they are up front) and continue through emus, chickens, geese and more ducks. It is a working farm so the farm will be in action around you from feeding to cleaning duties. We will continue to the barn area where we will first visit with our dry stock (non-milking) and bucks. Here is where the guests will be allowed to pet the animals and feed animal cookies we supply. I will explain the different breeds of goats, what they eat, how their digestion work and show the difference between our dry goats and our milking line. From time to time there are babies of all species from goats, to ducks, to chicks, to bunnies. We cannot plan what we will have at any one time but most always something with feathers in a brooder. We are also a cat foster so most of the time there are kittens to see. If we have baby goats at the time, the guests will have the opportunity to pet, snuggle and love on the goats. They will view the milking parlor The tour will conclude with a sampling of dairy products made here on the farm. Approx 2 hour tour depending on interest with the last 20-30 minutes spent sampling our various goat cheeses and products. We usually run over 1/2 hour.
