Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.
