We love Bianka’s place, both The Studio and the Sweet Pea Suite. Comfortable and cozy. Bianka is a great host. We look forward to staying there when in Little Falls.

Bianka was responsive, place was clean and met all expectations. No surprises! Spacious and comfortable.

Juan made my stay very welcoming and homely the location has plenty of restaurants nearby theirs a Walmart and planet fitness 15 minutes away. Being that it snows pretty frequently Juan had someone snow plow, shovel and salt the driveway and stairs which made it very convenient to leave early mornings thank you Juan.

The place was well maintained and the hot tub was what made the location for us. We had a pretty crazy snow storm but the snow removal was great. Friendly communication as well when we made a mistake with the heating.

We went to Illion for my mother's 80th birthday. This place was a block away. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed with how clean and inviting it was. Everything was exactly as pictured. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed; towels, utensils, etc ... Every time we had a question, the host was quick to respond. Plus, we had parking. We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the upstate NY area!

Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

Elise was always helpful and responsive. Riding snowmobile for the first time in Old Forge was great and finding the trail from this location was a breeze. The apartment was perfect for what I wanted; clean, new, private, even tall ceilings for a very open feel. So glad I chose this place over a motel.

Ver cute & cozy apartment. Conveniently located on Rt 28 across the street from Keys Restaurant in Old Forge. Perfect for a weekend for 2 people.

Jamie has a wonderful Airbnb. I loved the private parking spot associated with Airbnb. The bed was very comfortable as well as the living room couch and la-z-boy. (Pictures need to be updated because the couch shown isn’t current). Jamie is a very responsive host.

Chloe was very attentive and made sure we were able to check in with ease! The space was quaint and clean.

Jon had a wonderful little place on the water. The surrounding places that he rents out looked just as beautiful. The Boathouse we stayed in was very fun and had amazing views of the lake. Our son had a great time sitting on the dock and looking out the windows at the birds and the lake. We appreciated the comfort the Boathouse offered as well as the room and the warmth. The kitchen small but effective was nice to work in and he has several things to use for your cooking needs.
