First time introduction to pottery throwing with the pottery wheel and clay. Learn to use the pottery wheel, center clay and make a bowl, cup or plate. Students will be given two hours to play with clay. We will learn how to use a pottery wheel to make a bowl and cup. BYOB. Call or Msg for last minute bookings, it is possible... We can do morning class at 10:00am, and afternoon class.

Tickets are $30 at the door after you’ve purchased your $3 RSVP. Ask about large parties of more than 10. At Everything Artzy paint parties we usually start with high energy jams from the DJ. Once people arrive, You’ll start preparing by pumping the paint colors of your choice. After everyone is seated I quickly start with the background instructions. This is the easiest part and will need time to dry! During dry breaks we eat, drink, laugh. The this event is byob. Then back to finish up the painting step by step. After it’s done we usually take group pictures. People feel so accomplished the positive energy gets them to connect. Great place to meet new people with similar interests! That’s not the only thing that makes this event special. Most other paint parties aren’t instructed by professional artist like myself. You’ll learn much more about color mixing, blending and brushes than you would at one of the chain paint and sip locations.

At the Candle Bar, you will have the opportunity to learn a new skill and create 2 unique one-of-a-kind candles. Come pull up a chair and we'll serve you a drink of your choice (red or white wine, or a local beer). Take in the beautiful aesthetics of the store and make something special for someone special...or simply just yourself. Here you can take a piece of Houston back home with you. We'll start off by teaching you the process behind making your own personal candle and the science behind building a fragrance. Then we'll walk you through building your own fragrance. Once we've completed that, we will guide you through making and pouring your own candle. While the candle is drying, feel free to shop at Forth & Nomad, or relax on our beautiful, wooden patio under our historic oak trees. Please allow up to 3 hours for your candles to dry before taking them home. You can also pick up your candles at another time. We can host up to 8 people per class. Each ticket buys 1 person one seat. We cannot split candles between two people. Must be 16 years or older to join the class. children are not allowed in the space even if in a stroller or baby carrier. We hope to see you soon!

We will meet in downtown Houston to get eye-catching photos for your social media accounts and photo books . This will be a group session unless you book a private. private session will be a one on one session catered to you and will give you the most photos. Group sessions are cheaper but you will share time taking photos. You will be able to take photos by yourself but other travelers will also attend to take photos as well. Book group if you want to meet others and share time or book private if you want on on one time. Only private sessions are able to choose locations. Group session will be only at the graffti buildings and discovery green if requested. Once we meet I will setup my professional Canon DSLR and we will begin to take pictures at the graffiti murals. I will edit up to 60+ images for FREE !!!!!. It will be fun and energetic all while capturing beautiful moments.

I will provide you with 15-25 professionally edited digital images and a Polaroid. This experience will last 1-2.5 hours. This tour is offered in groups so that you may be able to meet and be able to experience it with others! That way you can build relationships with people interested in Houston just like you. Although you have the option to book a private session with you and up to 10 guests. You are more than welcome to bring a pet or anything to add your unique personality to your photos. Also remember to have your phone charged and keep in mind we will be walking around the location if you’d like to bring and extra pair of comfy shoes!

I am the President of Texas Wolfdog Project and Shelter, we host small group tours with many of our rescued Wolfdogs , people learn about the animals & their stories along with proper care of these types of dogs. We do allow interaction with some of our animals if the animals want to interact with the visitors . Guests get a fun outdoor encounter and come away with a completely new understanding of Wolfdogs and greatly enjoy interacting with the dogs. Normally the tour lasts about an hour and we of course have age limits when interacting with the animals. We are a 501c3 charity & licensed animal shelter in the state of Texas.
