Along the way we will stop at several picturesque waterfalls, an iconic Canadian cafe chain and an award winning winery. During short walks along tee lined paths at these smaller falls, you’ll learn about the geology of the area followed by a stop at a coffee shop chain that has become part of the Canadian identity. Then, we’ll hop in the car and continue to Niagara's wine region, where we will stop for a tasting (including ICE wine) at one of Niagara Regions most award winning wineries. After a delicious sit down lunch, we’ll go to the world-famous Niagara Falls where you will bathe in the mist from the Falls as we walk along the rim of the Niagara Gorge. We will have more than enough time for guests to participate in these optional self led activities: the historic Niagara Boat Cruise (in season May to December) OR The Journey Behind the Falls. Following our visit to the upper edge of the mighty Horseshoe Falls we will return direct to Toronto. If you do not see a preferred date on the calendar please request a date that is suitable. Every menu is created the morning of the dining experience. Moreover for the curious of hearts, I would be cooking and baking dishes, giving you a true peek into the world of fine dining in top kitchens. All this is in an evening's worth of time spent leisurely drinking and eating delcious meal in great company and hopefully the best story to tell in the forseeable future. The experience is a 16 course gelato tasting with a visit to the gelato lab where all the creative flavours are tested & produced. During the tour I will explain the differences between Icecream & gelato , the science behind gelato, production of gelato and the history behind the company. My unique back ground of being a chemical engineer and a chef will give you a unique perspective of the art of gelato. We have flavours that are seasonal and creative. We will meet at a dance studio in Yonge - Eglinton neighborhood in Toronto. This experience is for individuals, kids, or couples/dance partners, and we will relearn the art of Salsa or Bachata (your choice. or both!) in leading and following. NOTE: If you don't see a booking date/time available, please just direct message me, and I will try to accommodate! I love dancing Salsa/Bachata because of the passionate music and sensuality. We'll practice the basic steps with a fusion into casual social dance with a partner. You will learn about timing, rhythm, turn patterns, body waves, hand holds, and sensing your partner. We'll have fun and you'll learn to dance with confidence. This lesson is for EVERYONE - from beginners with little or no dance experience to experienced salsa/bachata dancers. The class will last 1 hour. The goal is to give the male leader new leading skills and to teach the female follower to be present in the moment. It's a relatively foreign dance style, but it’s entertaining for sure! Btw, Salsa/Bachata is a fantastic way to connect with your partner on a romantic date night!!! Other things to note: Please wear comfy clothes such as jeans, slacks, yoga wear, or a dress. Comfy, casual shoes that can slide or socks are fine to wear on your feet. Socks usually work best.

Coaching with Horses is a unique personal developement experience that allows you to connect with a horse, learn about its personality and needs and in return learn about yourself. Horse have helped people better understand their feelings for years. They mirror what is going on inside you and demonstrate your emotions on the outside. That gives you a chance for introspective reflection on what is working in your life and what isn't. By changing your thoughts you will see an immediate change in the horse's behaviour. This experience is great forcouples wanting to build communication skills and learn empathy and understanding for each other. You will come away from the experience feeling a sense of peace and healing as you start to change what is no longer working for you in your life.

We will meet and greet all of the horses and learn a little about each of them. Throughout the visit guests will work with several horses in a group setting. Participants will learn what "Natural Horsemanship" means as they observe the herd dynamics and learn how horses think and talk to each other through non-verbal communication. As you become immersed in the horse's world of communication you will begin to understand how that relates to our own human experience of non-verbal communication. Participants will engage in various activities with the horses giving them a chance to learn life lessons in communication, assertiveness, boundaries, building relationship & more. Horses are honest and non-judgmental and invite us to be as well. Participants will take away a new knowledge of the intelligence and ability of these great animals to read our thoughts and feelings and mirror them back to us. This time with the horses is as unique as each guest. No one will go away untouched by their beauty. There is no riding. All activities are on the ground. Liability releases must be signed before participating. The length of this experience may vary according to the group size.

With guided, professional instruction, you'll have a fun and creative time making an item out of clay on a pottery wheel. I will show you how to work with the clay, get it ready for the wheel, center it, and eventually start shaping. Usually students can make either a small bowl, plate, mug or vase on their first try. You will get up to 30 minutes of time on the wheel which is plenty to create one item, and then you can add accents to your piece i.e. handle and you'll get to handbuild for the remainder of the time (add accents to your piece). You can take the pottery home with you the same day you make them, or—if you'd like—I can fire your work, glaze it, and ship it to you for a small fee. I also offer other experiences: canvas painting, glass fusing, hand building with clay, mosaics, glow in the dark painting, pottery painting, silkscreening. ***Drop me a note if you'd like alternate time for your appointment.****

Farmer Jim will greet you when you arrive at the farm. They will provide treats for you to feed to the animals. This is a self guided tour of the 100 acre family farm. Meet and feed our horses, cows, goats, sheep, pigs and alpacas moving at your own pace. Walk our trails though the forest and enjoy the farmland. Dogs are not allowed.
