Private room in GlastonburySt Edmunds Cottages is a short walk from the town centre and a healthy one up to the famous Glastonbury Tor. The name St. Edmunds features in a number of Glastonbury addresses, so we strongly recommend that you give us a call on arrival in town. Part of the charm of our place is it is a little out of the way and hard to find, but once you are here you will enjoy the beautiful garden and views over the Somerset countryside. Do not follow the AirB&B map, it is inaccurate.
Family Ensuite in a Magical Place by the TorThere are beautiful views of Glastonbury Tor as you drive to us and although we don't have view of it from the house, it is a short walk away, through our back gate in the garden and it is less than a 10 minute walk into Glastonbury town. The room has a king size double bed next to a triple bunk bed (single above, double futon below) so can accommodate a family of 4 or 5, or groups of 4 adults and it has a bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath and shower.
“The Magdalene Well House” @ The Hare on the Hill.We look forward to welcoming you to The Magdalene Well House, @ The Hare on the Hill. (Formally known as Shambhala healing retreat). Sitting in the lee of Glastonbury Tor the Well House enjoys views across the somerset levels, with a view of the Tor from the garden. It is beautifully positioned to access the Tor, Chalice Well, The historic Abby and town centre with its vibrant high street, all within reasonable walking distance.
