Spent a Girl's weekend Here! Had plenty of space, clean, and private! Bed are all comfy, house was very clean, and had plenty of space to spread out! love the patio area, in the morning its so quiet except the birds chirping! This. house is close enough to town, but far enough to get away from all the hustle and bustle! Can't wait to spend more weekends HERE!

The house was so beautiful and so spacious - way more spacious than the pictures even made it appear! We had 16 people in our group (including young kids) and everyone so enjoyed being at the house together for a short weekend that we didn’t even venture out to hot springs! The hot tub was a highlight, the game room was a popular spot, so much seating everywhere (even out on the patio around the pool - it wasn’t hot enough to swim but we loved lounging outside in the beautiful 75 degree weather!). Highly recommend this house!

Wow!! This place was spacious and clean!! Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed this AirBnB! Because of prior experiences with AirBnBs, we brough extra toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags. We didn't need any of those extras; everything we needed or wanted (and more) was there! The beds and pillows were very comfortable; plenty of linens were provided for each of us and we were all so pleased with the "over and above" aspect of this place... we didn't want or need a thing... we had everything we needed for a great weekend! Being the planner/organizer for a group of 15, I was a bit anxious and hoped everyone would be pleased with the accommodations and enjoy their stay. I didn't have one single thing to worry about and communciation was excellent! Several of our group said they would keep this place in mind for future stays! 10/10 recommend 100%!!!

We loved our stay!! The house and amenities were terrific! It was spacious and super clean and the beds were so comfortable! Loved the hot tub on the deck and views of the lake!! Would definitely book again!

It was a great place to stay. My kids enjoyed the game room. It was comfortable and welcoming.

Family stayed over a long weekend and we loved the space. Everything was clean and as described. The kiddos enjoyed the pool and having TVs in all the rooms. We enjoyed the scenic views from the balconies and watching the awesome sunset. It's only about a 12-15 min ride to downtown Hot Springs, which really isn't bad and quite scenic. My only small complaint is regarding the wifi, which wasn't as reliable as I hoped. Luckily, the cell signal here is quite good anyway. I would come and stay here again with friends or family, thanks!

We love staying here when we need somewhere private but not too far from town! Beautiful scenery on the water!

Home as just perfect for me and my husband. If you bring another guest with you has a beautiful big spare room. Everything was perfect. Close to to downtown hot springs.

We had rented this place and it was one of the best location to spend a quality time with family. The view was amazing and most importantly Russ was very responsive when i had some questions. I have already recommended to some of my friends and would recommend for anyone. Might even plan to reserve again.

Absolutely lovely place with community pool and super comfy beds. Quick drive to downtown. Couldn’t ask for better!

Nice place, clean, easy communication with the host. Great lake views, close proximity to Kroger and the restaurants. WIFI is good enough to check emails, weather, etc. Kitchen equipped properly if you need to cook. AC and appliances are in a great shape.

Great cozy place with a beautiful view. Perfect for 2 w/ or w/o dog. Right at the lake. Parking directly in front of the condo. Close to shopping, restaurants and about 10 min from downtown Hot Springs. Danny was helpful and responded immediately. Great place to have a nice trip. We'll be back

David’s place was wonderful! It met my expectations to the fullest, I will definitely return. It was so peaceful and exactly what I needed!

This is the 2nd time we stayed in this unit. We came back because of how clean the place is. I am a cleaning lady so a house I stay in needs to be clean, this place most certainly is. The deck off the back is absolutely beautiful with it being lake front, perfect for morning coffee or an evening adult beverage watching the boats go up and down. It is very centrally located for shopping and dining. I can not say 1 bad thing about the place. Juan was amazing to deal with, if I sent a message he always quickly responded. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be going to Hot Springs again next year and will likely be looking at booking for our 3rd time.
