An absolutely stunning accommodation with luxurious amenities (towels, robes, linens, etc.) in a quiet, newly developed neighborhood. Private balcony with jaw-dropping views, including night time star gazing. Outstanding appliances, including deluxe LG washer/dryer and Samsung TV. Plenty of closet storage for two folks. The pantry was stocked as well as one’s permanent, full-time residence. It’s easy to see that the hosts take a lot of thought and care into the property. This was our favorite Air BnB property of all the ones we have enjoyed (and we’ve stayed at some wonderful places). If you’re a couple and this property is available for your trip dates, you win! We had a great stay at Cody's place. The unit was just as described, clean and functional. We loved that the pantry was well stocked and there were even some condiments in the refrigerator too. Having the washer and dryer available in unit was so convenient. We also liked that the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap. We would definitely return again.

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne chez Thomas. Je suis un amateur de plein air et encore cette année, j'y ai découvert de superbes endroits autour du logement pour pratiquer la randonnée et le ski backcountry avec de magnifiques points de vue. Aussi, à 40 minutes de route du logement, le long de la route 40, on trouve des stationnements nous donnant accès au ski backcountry. Je suis également allé faire du kite ski en haut de la trail Butler Gulch (35 minutes de route) avec des paysages magnifiques. Le logement est propre et possède tout ce qu'on a besoin pour un long séjour. Thomas est un hôte accommodant et sensible à tous nos besoins. Afin de profiter à plein des activités de plein air au Colorado, c'est certain que je choisirais encore de demeurer dans le logement de Thomas.

Awesome, and would return! Three of us stayed at Katie's place for a 4-day ski trip to Winter Park. The location was great -- 15-minute drive to the mountain, a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is wonderful. The kitchen is well stocked, the living room has a large couch and a big TV, and the dining area had a table plenty large enough for our needs. The two bedrooms are large enough and the beds comfortable. We didn't use the triple bunk bed in the hallway, but it looked cool. The bathrooms were clean. The hot tub on the balcony is a great amenity! The apartment is lightly furnished/decorated, though without anything major missing; it felt homey enough. It was easy to get into the apartment and into the private garage (which saved our car from getting snowed in). Katie was responsive and helpful. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely return.

My family and I loved our stay in Winter Park! Cozy condo. Katy had thought of so many little things, that made things very easy. My kids LOVED the river and pool.

Great location in Iron horse. Being on the first floor was nice as we had access to the hot tub right from our back door, and access to the elevators were right down the hall. This unit has all kitchen amenities to cook meals which very convenient. Good size for 2 people, I'd say 3 people max.

Nice two bedroom apartment with generous living and kitchen. Nothing fancy, but very comfortable. The bus to Winter Park picks up in the parking lot. So easy.

We loved this beautiful, cozy condo! The ski in/out access was very easy (although it’s worth noting that if you have a beginner skier in your group you won’t be able to access ski-in because it requires intermediate skill, but beginners will be able to ski out at least!) and SO convenient. We loved being able to go back to the condo to take a ski break in our own cozy surroundings. The place is small but still feels spacious, with a really big bathroom and plenty of closet space. I loved having the tiny kitchen so we didn’t have to eat out for every single meal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Devon's condo is in the Zephr Mountain Lodge, only a few steps from ski rentals and lifts! The location made our ski weekend so perfect. The home is very comfortable and has all the little things you could need. Beds are comfy! Devon is super responsive and helpful host as well. We hope to be back next year!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The owners were so kind that they even left us a bottle of wine as a gift! It’s a perfect mountain getaway!

Great place to stay even with two kids had plenty of room for family.

We had a great stay while visiting the Winter Park area. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup was perfect, offering plenty of space and all the essentials we needed. We especially appreciated the abundance of towels and toiletries, which made our stay even more convenient. The location was also a major plus—relatively close to both the grocery store and Winter Park Ski Resort, making it easy to grab supplies and hit the slopes without much hassle. The only small challenge was the dark and icy parking area when we arrived in the evening. While the stairs themselves were fine, the parking lot was very slick, and since there wasn’t any salt down, it made carrying luggage a bit tricky—especially with little kids. This is probably to be expected in a mountain town, but worth noting for future guests arriving after sun down in winter conditions.

We loved the location and everything is brand new. Great location for skiing with easy access to the slopes. The 2nd bedroom is more of a nook, but the kids loved it. Overall everything was great!

We enjoyed our stay in at Jennifer’s place in Grandy! Jennifer was responsive and her place was perfect for our stay.

We flew in from Florida for a family reunion & ski weekend. Our original rental couldn’t accommodate our group so we added this rental in the neighborhood over. Super pleased with convenient location near the Orange bus line to EVERYTHING. The host allowed us to check in a little early and even offered to let us store our bags until our train home. Overall it was perfect for our extra family. Definitely recommend.

Cozy place in a great location. Just down the road from the shuttle stop and the rec center. Hiking/mtbing trail access practically out the front door! Easy walking distance to the store, shops and restaurants.

This condo was located in just the perfect spot for all of our Winter Park activities! It was just a 10 minute drive from the base, and less than a 10 minute drive to great restaurants and grocery stores. The condo itself was clean and had everything (plus more) we could think to need! Check in and check out were easy, too. I wish I would’ve planned a longer trip so we could stay for more than just one night! The only thing to note that I couldn’t find anywhere on the listing is that the pool/hot tub area closes at 10 pm. Overall, great stay and great experience with Cenee and Brett!

We decided to pack our bags and head to Colorado for Spring Break! As a family of 4 this spot was perfect! Allison was incredibly helpful and so responsive. The condo was just perfect, clean, had everything needed to cook and relax. My girls loved playing outside in the snow by the stream! I can always appreciate an Airbnb that has those small extra touches as well ( a jar of hair ties goes a long way!) We had such great weather and snow my husband wanted to sneak one last ride in and Allison gave us a late check out before our next stop, Steamboat Springs! Thanks again for sharing your home. We will definitely book this spot again!

What a find! 10 to 15 minutes away from Winter Park Ski Resort. Close to the grocery store and fine dining. The place was cozy and we felt right at home. Looking forward to staying again.

We’ve stayed at many airbnbs in Winter Park but this one was by far our favorite! The location is ideal with such easy public transportation (bus stop right in front runs to the ski resort and downtown- even late night!!) we were so impressed with how well stocked this place is! Laura has thought of EVERYTHING to make it feel like home. And, let’s talk about how clean it was. Seriously, how do you get the shower SO clean? Nicer than any hotel I’ve stayed at… no shade against hotels but it was just that sparkling! Ideal location, such a comfy bed, loaded with amenities. You don’t want to miss an opportunity to stay at this home away from home condo. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Laura!

Sheri's place was great! Clean, convenient, and affordable. I'd definitely stay there again. One thing to note is the shuttle stop across the street only operates on weekends during off-season. I just did some spring snowboarding in April and realized it didn't run on Monday.
