It's a beautiful drive 10 miles to downtown Chattanooga; riverfront; TN Aquarium; Coolidge Park; lots of great restaurants, outdoor sights & activities. The Roost the 2nd floor that can sleep two adults& 1 child. Convenient to: Iron Man Course, Riverbend Festival, Fall Foliage, & near LOTS of wedding & music venues.

Tired of staying in hotel's try our Airbnb located in historic Ringgold Ga, just 3 minutes from I-75 we are located just minutes from Downtown Dalton Ga and 15 minutes from Chattanooga Tenn. Our Condo is a 2 Bedroom 1- 1/2 bath we have tried to make it allergy free as possible there is no carpet, the living room has leather furniture, and each bed has fully incased dust protectors. There is, tile and Luxury Plank throughout. We thoroughly clean and disinfect this home above and beyond normal.

Welcome to Nothin' Fancy! If you are looking for a basic place to rest, this is an option. Think about this place as one step up from camping. It is behind our main house. We have a full bed, kitchen, and bathroom in a 400-foot space. We’re about 20 minutes away from Chatt. We are animal friendly for a small pet fee. We also have dogs/cats; you may hear them outside. The house has no internet or tv, but we do have cell service. AC window unit only. Only book if old and basic works for you.

Hosts live upstairs and are available for any assistance you may need. Apartment has its own carport so you can park your car under cover. Washer and dryer in the apartment.
