With double bed, microwave, fridge, all in one cooker, shower room, log burner, electric heating, gas bbq, verandah and rural outside space, the Cwt at Ty Cefn is a perfect base for serious walking or simply a very quiet break in a rural hideaway. Five miles from Monmouth, with breathtaking views and dark skies, it is set within the orchard of a private house, just an easy stroll to the village of Penallt.

Escape back to nature in our idyllic, custom-built shepherd’s hut. Nestled on the hillside of a beautiful Welsh farm, the hut boasts stunning countryside views in all directions with an outlook on the Skirrid mountain. Situated on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, a mile from Offa’s Dyke Path, the hut is perfectly located for walking, cycling, horse-riding and more. Fully-equipped with a cosy wood stove and outdoor fire pit, our hut is a magical place to sit back and unwind.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

A beautifully restored Victorian railway carriage hand-crafted by Graham from local hillside timber with star gazing clear roof above the bed. Spring Farm’s authentic railway carriage is set in a secluded orchard with stunning panoramic views down the whole length of the Bryn Awr valley to the Brecon Beacons. Beautiful Island Hut near Bath with outdoor bath

This beautiful Shepherds Hut is located on the edge of the River Avon, 10 minutes from Bath. Included in your stay are Kayaks, Paddle Boards & Bikes so you can kayak to the pub or cycle in to Bath and create some great memories and fun photo opportunities. At the end of the day you can relax in the outdoor bath with the fire crackling overlooking the water (Large glass of wine in hand optional) The hut is fully equipped with everything you will need for a perfect stay.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed, and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. Enjoy al fresco meals, cooking over the fire pit in the garden or walks galore in the local countryside.

Located in the Wye Valley's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with views of the River Wye, Symonds Yat gorge, Coppett Hill Nature Reserve and The Doward, with views extending 20miles on a clear day, as far as the Malvern Hills.

The Hut on the Hill - hottub, heating & stable.

The Hut on the Hill is a luxury Shepherds Hut; but it is so much more than just a hut. Fully centrally heated, with King size bed, extensive outside area, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave and fridge. The panoramic views are outstanding from all aspects of the hut. In addition, the adjacent stable, also centrally heated, consists of a utility area, with space to dry wet kit, wet pets and safe place for bikes, canoes etc.

Skylark Hut: cosy, views, meadow, bit of luxury!

This hut is super cosy, but very well equipped and spacious inside (think tardis!). Guests say it is very comfortable, and it is all fully plumbed in. Everything you need. With stunning views of the Welsh Black Mountains, it sits nestled in a calming wildflower meadow with lots of wildlife - you might wake to see deer passing your window. Sadly, not suitable for dogs, young children or infants.
