Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

What a lovely hidden gem, after a few days in busy Rome Giovanni places was exactly what we needed for a few days of relaxation. Closer to Pisa and Florence the apartment has everything we needed and the swimming pool was a bonus, so peaceful and clean. Giovanni very helpful and his home made bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. For certain one our favourite places we been this time in Italy.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Casa Bada! It is a true gem and perfect spot to enjoy Tuscany. Suzy and her family are wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the most amazing gourmet four-course meal. It was the best meal we had during our two week stay in Italy. Highly recommend you book a meal while staying here. The view from the Airbnb is more beautiful than a postcard. We loved sitting outside and taking in the breathtaking views, even around Christmas time (the fireplace inside is the perfect spot to warm up). We stayed as four adults and a toddler, they provided a crib, toys and high chair which was so appreciated. It was a good size for all of us. We’re already planning our next visit!

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, il y'a tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. La piscine est très agréable. Luciana est très réactive, toujours disponible et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et reviendrons sans hésiter.

Samodzielny domek, urządzony w stylu toskańskim, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, w kuchni wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, ładne i nowe ,dodatkowo oliwa, ocet, przyprawy. W domku salon z jadalnią, wyjściem na bok do altany, grila, dodatkowy drewniany domek ( z pralką) , kuchnia, dwie sypialnie, dwie ładne łazienki, garderoba. Czyściutko, atmosfera domowa i toskańska. Blisko do basenu położonego nad domkniem. Basen w sumie do samodzielnego korzystania, bo podczas naszej obecności nie korzystali właściciele. Cudowne widoki z basenu, spokój , absolutna prywatność, duży basen , świetny do pływania, domek wspaniałe wpasowany w otoczenie, poziom dachu zrównany ze skarpą pod działką z basenem. Urocze widoki z okien domku altany , basenu- na okoliczne oliwki, wzgórza, z daleka na Florencję. Spokój i prywatność, domek na końcu krótkiej prywatnej drogi, w zależności od pogody niekiedy dobiegają cichutkie pomruki z autostrady, przejazdy samochodów dojeżdżających do posesji, rżenie koni. Sielkość.

La gentilezza,la disponibilità,la cordialità e l'accoglienza riservata da parte di Benedetta e dei suoi genitori sono state veramente apprezzate e gradite, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Sono stati inoltre estremamente disponibili con il check in e il check out e ci hanno fornito ottimi suggerimenti culinari per la cena a Firenze. La pulizia del luogo è stata impeccabile e il paesaggio che circondava la casa ci ha permesso di godere di un ottimo panorama e di rilassarci. Ci siamo inoltre recati a Firenze, che dista circa 40 min, con la nostra macchina percorrendo una bellissima strada di campagna.

Our stay at Villa Le Pergole was amazing. The Villa was the true essence of Tuscany. Though the beauty and history was amazing, the best part was Anna. She is such a kind host going above and beyond to make our experience magical. She helped us navigate the city, provided a cosy, relaxing space, and made us feel completely at home. It is possible to get to Florence by walking to the bus and/or tram. We highly recommend Anna's home!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt bei Raffaella. Die Wohnung war sehr großzügig und der Garten mit Pool einfach herrlich. Es war alles, was wir hätten benötigen können, vorhanden. Der abendliche Ausblick auf das Lichtermeer von Florenz und den umliegenden Hügeln war wunderschön. Es gibt in den umliegenden Dörfern Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Mit diesem haben wir Ausflüge nach Florenz, Viareggio, Lucca, Fiesole und San Gimignano gemacht.

We had the most amazing stay in the most beautiful location. The location is so beautiful it’s hard to believe it’s even real. Marcello was so kind, gave us recommendations on all the best places to go, how to get around, and always quickly answered all of our questions. He even went above and beyond to help us out when we found ourselves in a bind and needed some support. Best host ever! Kitchen is very well stocked with all might you need. I highly recommend Marcello’s place if you want a beautiful and peaceful getaway. Thank you Marcello, we can’t wait to come back!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Bel appartement !! Propre et correspondant à la description! J’ai même demandé une option pour du vin italien et des roses pour ma femme, cela correspondait à ma demande. Bien situé juste attention toutefois si vous venez en voiture, garage pour une nuit à proximité en ZTL à 35 euros !!! Je recommande le parking ( Parcheggio Istituto Salesiani) à 10 minutes à pieds pour 15€ les 24h Très bon week-end à Florence 🥰❤️

Das Haus ist ideal gelegen um die Toscana zu erkunden, es bietet genügend Platz und ist wunderschön in den Olivenhainen gelegen. Der Sonnenuntergang vom Sitzplatz aus ist genial. Die Küche ist ausserordentlich gut ausgestattet und im Dorf befindet sich ein grosser Supermarkt, der keine Wünsche offen lässt.

It was a great stay with family and friends. We appreciated the view and the house in typical tuscan style. Very nice hosts. Good quality time.

Notre séjour chez Nicoletta s'est très bien passé! La maison est splendide, située dans un domaine merveilleux avec une vue à couper le souffle, et d'une taille gigantesque ce qui était parfait pour un grand groupe comme le notre. Nicoletta a été une hôte très à l'écoute, et a su répondre a nos demandes parfaitement bien. Deux points d'amélioration: La piscine n'était pas propre, et malgré nos demandes de nettoyage, elle est restée sale tout le long du séjour. Certains pommeaux de douche un peu vétustes au dernier étage mériteraient d'être changés, car cela n'était pas agréable parfois de se doucher. Sinon tout le reste était très bien. Merci beaucoup!

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

We had a wonderful stay in Prato. The house was clean and had the amenities that we needed. The location is not ideal for walking into the city. However, it had great parking and we were able to do our day trips.

Wir haben ein paar schöne Herbsttage bei Francesca verbracht. Er ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist traumhaft und ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und Francesca war stets kurzfristig zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Giovanna was such a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home, with special touches added such as some food and wine in the apartment on arrival, and even a farewell drink before we left. The cottage is in breathtaking surroundings and in a perfect location to get around and explore different parts of Tuscany (with a car). I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area !
