On this cooking experience, you will embark with me on a journey into some of the finest regional culinary traditions of Italy, peppered with anecdotes about Italian food and grandma's cooking secrets :) You'll see: making your own pasta is not as daunting as you think! And you can take home my recipe too.
This class includes dinner at the end of the session as well!!
**One-Time Class** Choose from are:
a) Home-made Pasta with different types of sauce
d) Tortino Salato (savory shortcrust pie)
For all the recipes, I have vegetarian options as well.

1) Starters: Either Eggplant Millefeuille layered with Gorgonzola and Basil Cream, or Ham and Cheese/Ricotta and Spinach Shortcrust pie alongside Bacon or Veggie Frittata Mini-Muffins
2) Home-Made Pasta or Risotto
3) Entrees: Meatballs, Rosemary Beef Arrosto, Involtini or Roasted Chicken with Lemon and White Wine Sauce. For Vegetarians: Eggplant Parmigiana or Stuffed Peppers
4) Desserts: Crostata (Shortcrust Pie) with Jam or Cream, Tiramisu' or Italian Style Apple Cake
