You will be welcomed into Atalie's kitchen and will learn Anchida's Thai recipes. Start off with refreshing Thai ice tea while Atalie and Anchida give you a quick tour of the kitchen with lake views. Next, they will show you how to prepare a full Thai menu along with sharing stories about their culture. You will get hands-on experience cooking alongside Chef Anchida and Assistant Chef Atalie. Occasionally in a large group, you may need to cook in pairs and share the kitchen supplies. The current menu includes Chicken Satay as Appetizer, Pad See Ew (Stir-Fried Noodle with Beef) as the Entree, and Mango Sticky Rice as Dessert. We will try to rotate menus so you can come back again and try different foods. Don't forget you get to eat all the food you made at the end in our large dining area with lake views. In addition, we can take photos for you to document your experience. If there are leftover foods, you are welcome to take home.
