My wife and I will be delighted to have you learning and making with your hands pizza in our flat.
We have an outdoor space with a portable wooden fire oven.
We will start by discussing about different type of pizzas. Do you like a thinner or ticker crust? Do you know about popular Italian pizza toppings such as Mozzarella di Bufala, Tartufo (truffle), Porcini mushrooms, 'Nduja (spreadable spicy salami)? We have them!
Making the pizza dough is the next step to our very own tasty experience. I will explain the science behind pizza making and I will teach you how to make it. Prepare to get your hands dirty!
We will prepare pizza dough that you can take home, as proper Pizza dough needs to ferment for 24 hours, so I will repeat the same steps the day before.
Each guest will be able to make 3 pizzas! I will also make 2 extra just to show you how to, stretching techniques, how to add toppings and how to bake it. I assume you already know how to eat it!
We will taste them all, trust me, the pizza is very light and delicious! Please feel free to bring food containers if you want to take them home for your family or friends to taste.
