Japanese have a spirit called "omotenashi". It's about providing heartwarming treatment and service. The culture of making buckwheat noodles in my own home and offering it to customers with sincerity is a representation of the true spirit of hospitality. A valuable experience which can not be enjoyed in the restaurant is possible in this workshop.
I hope you enjoy making soba and try to make it at home.
I also teach Japanese calligraphy and green tea ceremony so if you would like to learn, let me know. (option)
