Qué harás

We'll meet up at beautiful Zilker Park where I will have blankets and mats set up for our session. We will go through a fun and relaxing yoga session that is suitable for people of all skill levels. After we’ve gone through our flows we’ll end with meditation and pranayama exercises to close out the yoga session. The session will be stress relieving and fun, and of course, we will get some great yoga in!

I am a certified yoga instructor and I have a bachelor of science degree in pre-physical therapy, so learning about movement is what I love to do. I started doing yoga about 5 years ago, I fell in love with the culture and purpose behind yoga, and ever since I have been cultivating my own practice. I grew up in Austin and I absolutely love my city, one of my favorite spots to go hang out and do yoga is Zilker Park, so I am very excited to share that with people visiting Austin.

Zilker Park is a large and beautiful park that sits right in the middle of Austin. The view of the Austin skyline is amazing, and it is just steps away from Barton Springs (which if you are visiting Austin you must go see). While at Zilker Park you will get to be in the company of all different kinds of Austinites, as it is a super popular spot for locals to come and hang out.

We recently had a private lesson with Elizabeth for a bachelorette party and everyone loved it! Elizabeth has a calming presence to her and was an amazing instructor. Absolutely loved her class!

The experience was perfect, the sun was shining and even when it was hot I still enjoyed and had fun. Elizabeth is a great teacher, her tone is nice and soft, her instructions have great rhythm and this allowed me to connect to the practice. She could easily adjust to diferente levels so I think this practice is for everyone. I am booking again for tomorrow .. :) Gracias!

100% would recommend having a yoga session with Elizabeth!! She was absolutely amazing and even though we were late she was very patient and worked with us on the time. We were a group of 5 and all of us enjoyed it, even the younger ones in the group. Really hope to book her again on our next Austin trip.

We really enjoyed this activity with Elizabeth! She tailored the yoga to fit some not so experienced people. Overall excellent session! 10/10 would recommend booking this experience!
