You will be lead to a sequence of traditional Hatha yoga practise in front of the beach. The class will start with the sequence of sitting and standing warm up and it begins with some preparatory poses such as Parsvothanasana, Utthita Trikonasana, Veerabhadrasana and Verasana I & II. Follow by series of Asanas and Surya Namaskara. These sequence of Asanas were specially designed to make you experienced and gain the benefits of Yoga. The entire session will end with Savasana pose which is the final relaxation pose. During Savasana, You will be able to experience the full relaxation of your body and mind as you will be lying down on the mat enjoying the sun while listening to the wave. Beginner and regular yoga practitioner are welcome to join. You can learn the technique on how to come up from headstand, tripod, and four arm balance. These are poses that allowed you to see the world from a different angle as you are upside down-ing I am a vegetarian and I enjoy food. I will bring you to the local neighbourhood food court for breakfast after the session. This is your time to ask questions about yoga, local food and culture, or any other curiosities.
I am a founder of Zoyoga. I was a trained teacher in special school. I practising Yoga when I was in college. Since then Yoga has become a passion of mine. I decided to leave my job in 2017 to embark on this exciting yoga journey. I love to share my knowledge and experience in yoga to as many people as I can. I found solace in yoga practise, which has helped me greatly in overcoming emotional struggles and obstacles in life. This is the reason why I believe that Yoga is not just about the physical poses, but also about the healing benefits of the mental and spiritual practise.

Pasir Ris Park is a beach park located in the eastern part of Singapore that opened in 1989. It occupies 71 hectares of land. This coastal park is among the largest in Singapore. Local people enjoy doing exercise, cycling, fishing, bbq, camping, flying kite and gathering at the park. In the evening, you can see a stunning sunset at the beach here if the weather is good. This place is a hidden gem and a highly recommended place to visit.
