Qué harás

The tofu/soybean curd and soy milk are magical ingredients that can replace many meat and egg dishes.
They are economical, healthy and much less harming the environment and animals.

In this experience, you can learn one of the following sets

Tofu Teriyaki / Tofu steak, and Green Soybean Pudding.

Vegan Mayonnaise, Vegan Scrambled Egg, and Vegan Egg Sandwich.

Vegan Egg Roll ( sweet version), and Green Soybean Dip

Vegan Unagi / Eel, and Miso Soup

You can refer to the photos in the album to figure out what kind of dishes they are.

If you are the one registered first, you can choose the menu you want to learn, but if you are not, the menu would have been already fixed.

I'll send a list of ingredients and utensils a week before the experience.
Please prepare the items written there if you are going to cook with me. But if you are not, you can watch my demonstration and try making it later at your convenience.
A step by step full recipe will be sent to you after completing the experience.

These dishes are also very useful for vegan sushi making.

I have been practicing Macrobiotics for 24 years .
I started teaching it after coming back to Japan from Singapore 16 years ago and now teach macrobiotic and vegan cooking in Japan.
You might think of me a serious person as "Macrobiotics" and "Vegan" sound unfamiliar or unusual,
but don't worry, I am a very easy going person,
and my experience is carried out in a relaxed mood.

This was our 2nd experience with Nana. The recipes Teriyaki tofu steak and soy bean pudding were easier than the egg roll and edamame dip, but also very tasty. We had a great time with Nana and are looking forward to more classes with her :)

Nana is a fantastic teacher. She is very patient and easy gives easy to follow steps. I really enjoyed my experience and cannot wait to book another class with her. The food tasted delicious. I had a really lovely time.

Nana showed me different ingredients I never thought to use for vegan cooking. Techniques I never learned online or in books. Plus, her knowledge in the environment is astounding. I’ve learned more than just cooking ♥️
