Qué harás

You will enjoy a calm, relax and fun experience of truly self-care, in other words, the Kalyaan Method. What is the Kalyaan Method method? its a self-care oriented experience designed to involve body, mind and emotions with the best professionals and a wonderful group of people. You will enjoy different activities self-care oriented. Specifically: - 09-10am Yoga class to increase body awareness Break (30minutes)* - 10.30-11.30am Mindfulness, to enjoy the moment and be present - 11.30am-12.30 Healthy and Tasty Smoothie and Veggie Brunch. All products are organic and eco. Additionally, our health coach will offer a wonderful talk to let you know how you can prepare, on your own, energetic, healthy and tasty smoothies and brunch. *during breaks you will have available tea, infusions and healthy drinks, and a set a healthy snacks

¡Hi! I´am Myriam. I am a Psychologist, Life Coach Certified by the Synthesis Center San Francisco, I hold a Ph.D. in Cognitive Neuroscience, and I am an editor member for the EC Psychology and Psychiatry journal. For a long time, I was very rational, objetive and work-oriented person. In that period, sadly, my heal, fun and health was not a primary matter. Until I found myself very unhappy and lost. By "chance", I dived in the therapies world: coaching, physical therapy, mindfulness, meditation etc. And I discover a new world of healing and happiness. I want to share that with you, by offering a calm, relax and fun experience, just to connect with yourself. ¡Looking forward to meet you!

The activities are going to take place in our wonderful designed and comfort studio near the city center. So, you will be able to enjoy your day of tourism with a relax and connecting day. You will also enjoy a break time to enjoy the view with coffee, tea and a variety of healthy snacks.
