This class will be focused on Asian cuisine, with a gourmet – and often western – twist. By the end of the class you will be equipped with the knowledge of making my signature dishes (.
We will be learning these two dishes:
1) Baked pork chop spaghetti, the dish that got me into the masterchef auditions.
2) Oyako don, a quintessential Japanese dish.
3) Balsamic soy glazed mushrooms
It is important to note that my cooking classes are limited in capacity as they are hands-on, whereby everyone will get their own workstation (after all, this is the best way to learn cooking). I do not believe in the power of demonstration alone when it comes to picking up or honing in on culinary skills.
As the class is highly interactive, students are free to mingle and make new friends during and after class. Everything will be provided (ingredients and aprons). Recipe will follow (via email) after class attendance.
