I am the director of Nuna Raymi restaurant, based on supporting farmers to preserve biodiversity, flavors and our identity. Also activist in Slow food movement at Cusco.
I grow up in a kitchen with criolle flavors ,testing dishes from my grandmothers with andean backrounds, understanding the care and love to feed.
My traveling inside Peru since I was a child, made me visit markets, see my history and culture. My time living close to farms, game the respect to farmers, Pachamama and the knowledge of my ancestors.
For 4 year, i ve leading groups trought Peru, Bolivia and Chile. Also for 8 year I ve been leading the cooking clases at Nuna Raymi.
Here we will taste different ingredients, feel the love behind them, learn more about it and then adventure to créate with you. Ofcourse we Will guide you with the peruvian flavors .
