Bedroom in a fresh inner city apartment. The apartment is very central - walking distance ( 5 minute bus ride) to the city centre and very close to Watertown (Direct Factory Outlet). The closest train station is City West on the Fremantle line. You will have your own room and bathroom and access to our living spaces. You can use the kitchen for breakfast and lunch however we would prefer our own space to cook dinner. The apartment complex has a large pool and spa. We do not have guest parking.
The room has a queen bed, a desk and a clear cupboard space. There is a direct door from the room to our outdoor courtyard. You will also have your own bathroom - however this is also our laundry so we will need to use it every now and then. We will provide basic amenities in the bathroom as well as towels. You are also welcome to use basic supplies in the kitchen (i.e oil, salt and pepper, condiments and tea and coffee).
Our place is an ideal area for travellers. We are extremely central, close to the CBD, Watertown, Northbridge, Leederville, Kings Park and Subiaco. We are also closely situated to the train line that will take you directly to Fremantle. Our favourite local cafes include Gordan Street Garage, La Veen and Hylin. We are also very close to the Boas Gardens which is a beautiful park for a picnic!

    The apartment is very close to the Kings Park, and also very close to the city. The Kings Park has lots to offer for its guests. It is rich in Aboriginal and European history, contemporary culture and offers innovative design, displays and services. Kings Park also has an international reputation for scientific research and conservation. You will be able to spot over 3000 different species of the State's unique flora! The apartment is also only a street away from the Jacob's Ladder which will lead you out to the Mounts Bay road. You will spot lots of locals exercising on the series of stairs, as it has a beautiful view not many other stairs can offer. Once you make it down the stairs, then you can go for a stroll along Mounts Bay Rd with the Swan river to your side, and watch baby ducklings marching together (or perhaps running away from you) with their mum. You can usually spot black swans there too, a large waterbird that is also Western Australia's official bird emblem. Lastly, the Perth city is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Once you pass the foot bridge that is right next to the entrance to the apartment, you will be led onto St George's Terrace and Milligan Street. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants on those streets (especially St George's Terrace) and most of them are locally owned with their own unique styles and vibes. If you would like to explore the heart of the Perth CBD then it is only a couple of blocks away from St George's terrace as well.
  • We had come up after a few days south. And needed a night to regroup. Great little spot for this, but parking is chancy, and local eats are thin. Double bed... this needs to turn around ninety degrees, and pulled away from the wall on both sides, as I had to climb over my wife to get into or out of bed. Good spot!

  • Emma and her partner were great hosts- very responsive and accommodating. They greeted us in person even though we arrived close to midnight with tired children and a tonne if luggage! Location of the apartment is fantastic but it does get very noisy at night thanks to the club/bar next door. Very convenient to explore from otherwise. We should hve read about the fact that there are no lifts in the building. ..manageable for the average traveller, just tricky with babies and strollers. Overall, a great place to stay for exploring Perth. Thx, Emma!

  • Nous avons passé plus d'une semaine dans l'appartement d'Emma en famille. L'appartement est grand et confortable pour 7. La communication avec Emma est rapide et facile. Nous avons pu arriver dans L'appartement dès le matin à l'arrivée de notre vol. Il est très facile de se rendre un peu partout dans Perth depuis cet appartement tant les transports sont proches. Le quartier immediat est très animé en raison de la proximité de restaurants mais aussi de bars et boîtes de nuit. Le bruit dans l'appartement peut donc être un souci pour ceux qui ont besoin de calme pour dormir. Mais Emma nous a gentillement laissé des bouchons d'oreilles dans toutes les chambres.

  • The apartment was clean, tidy and an accurate reflection of the listing. I was staying here as part of a larger group and was able to negotiate an additional night after our group's stay for which I am most grateful. We were performing in Fringe World and the apartment was a 5-10 minute walk to our venue and the main Fringe hub. It was close to supermarkets, bottle shops, restaurants and the CBD so very convenient and easy. We met our host briefly at the beginning of our stay. He was courteous and didn't mind when we were running a tad late. He assured us he was only a phone call away but we did not require further assistance nor have any problems to necessitate further contact. It felt more like a hotel than someone's home so highly recommended for people who want a clean, tidy and modern environment over character and a lot of interaction with a Perth local.

  • What an awesome little apartment. An amazing location, super clean, very practical for what we needed. Very central to all shopping on hay street and Murray st just a short walk and super close to Watertown outlet shopping centre. Nice morning sun on the balcony and great view. Stacey was amazing to deal with super quick to reply and easy to communicate with. This was my first air bnb experience and what a nice one to start with. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Perth. Especially a fantastic location when your attending an event at the perth RAC arena.

    This is a cosy one bedroom apartment located centrally in Northbridge. The apartment comes with its very own free and secure underground car bay. Having access to a tropical themed pool and pool area makes the apartment perfect for a summer vacation.
  • Reasonable value considering location and size but quite beige inside, no charm, (outdated yet not enough to be ‘vintage’) but great for our quick trip, central and comfortable. Upon arrival it became very difficult to find the address so we asked the attached hotel’s manager to allow us into the parking area which is not clearly marked (had to ask hotel manager again) then help us to find the apartment in the complex. It was an inconvenience for the hotel staff. Our card to use lift service and underground parking was hidden on a white shelf above eye level, glad we found it because hotel staff didn’t know. Not the worst but certainly wasn’t easy at the beginning.

    Right at the door step of King’s Park botanical garden and within 5 minute walking distance to the Perth city. Free bus to and from city with buses to Cottesloe beach and Fremantle also available. Driving from airport is around 15min. Taxi and Uber the same time around $30-$40 or $19-$$25. Bus 935 is 44 min. and just a few dollars. It is in a building constructed in 1940’s so no lift but perfect for those who enjoy going up and down a short flight of stairs (around 35 steps) for exercise.
    A north facing cosy studio just a few steps from the centre. Warm in winter, cool in summer. Double glazing window to cut down noise and acts as insulation. Ceiling fan for those preferring natural breeze to air-conditioning. Reverse cycle is at the push of a button.
    King’s Park is a wonderful place for a walk or jog any time of the day, particularly when the wild flowers are blooming. You can enjoy sweeping views of the city and beyond while relaxing underneath the lemon scented gums towering above you. Restaurants and cafes are within easy walking distance either at King’s Park or head towards the city.

It turned out this house was literally in the center, just a few steps from all famous bar and luxury brand shops. The apartment itself was pretty spacious, clean, tidy, exactly as same as picture no more or less.     Walking distance to Northbridge & Leederville, great location for visiting or working in the city. The room to let is the Master Bedroom with own ensuite. You will be sharing the apartment with myself and my housemate Amy. The complex has a lap pool and gym and there is secure parking available.
    Its a good sized apartment with a balcony however with 3 or more people in the space we do need to be considerate of each other and the noise level. So we have basically set rules that 930pm-530am is quiet time so everyone can sleep, this means not using the kitchen during these hours. Also, we have agreed on no more than 2 guests in the apartment at a time.
    Take your pick, cafes, pubs, restaurants, its all here! :)

Generally clean with ample space for 3 pax and comfortable sofa bed. The host Heidi had slow replies although she was readily available at the reception. Limited toiletries in the bathroom and some stains noted on the blankets. Loud noises from neighbouring room on the first night until ~1am. A good value for money but with room for improvement.

  • Stay was a little disappointing because the internet didn't work for the whole time I was there. Messaged the host a couple of times but host only replies a day after, and with no solution to fix it. He did offer a discount but I haven't received anything yet... The number provided to contact host is never reachable... And no toilet paper was given. Gets really cold inside and the heater provided was probably a bit too small that doesn't hear up the place enough. Other than that the apartment is nice and comfortable! Close to the city and short walk to Kings Park which was such a beautiful place for a sunrise walk!!

The hosts are really considerate- various shampoos and body wash, some candies, all kinds of cooking equipments. Everything was so clean and nice and Ali greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The apartment is close to the main part of Perth and the train and bus stations make it easy to get everywhere. The location is very close to city centre, and there are a lot of eateries nearby. Her place is well touched, tidy and clean. It is also so well equiped that we cooked a very delicious brunch in her convenient kitchen. I especially love the attar scent, the sunny relaxing yard and two cute friendly puppies.   • The apartment is a great value and has all the amenities you need for a long or short stay. The apartment was exactly as described on Airbnb. Being above a small hotel was a bonus as there were taxis, a restaurant/bar and people you could talk to. The location was great-easy walking to coffee shops, fast food, stores, convention center. We discovered great information and free walking tours at the Visitor Center located right in the middle of the Murray Street closed off section on Sundays there are street markets and stalls set up.

  • Sharon is a fantastic host and her place is a wonderful place to stay. The location is fantastic, right near trains and busses and supermarkets and other amenities. And despite being in the middle of the city it is pretty quiet. The place was clean and welcoming and felt very safe. The bed and couch was comfy and the kitchen very equipped for any cooking needs. Sharon was also wondering in making sure everything went smoothly with my check in, and also reaching out periodically to see if I needed anything. She even sent me a message to let me know that Raine Square had just opened up right opposite which has a Coles, chemist, newsagency, bottle show, cinema and food court.
