Cowboy Suite is perfect to anyone who would like to tour around Calgary, many selections of stores around the area. I also appreciate that we are able to get a complimentary SAFE parking.   • Location, location, location - and clean! Emma was great in terms of quick responsiveness and her place was sparkling clean. The guidebook was accurately laid out and a nice touch. We came for 2 nights to attend a Tony Robbins conference at the BMO Centre, so the location was awesome as we basically just had to walk across the street. I'd definitely suggest booking here if you plan on attending Calgary Stampede as well since it's just a minute walk away. The AC was awesome to have on such a hot weekend and we were easily able to control temperature comfortably and the queen mattress was comfortable. This is a stylish place and the balcony outside would be wonderful to relax on after a long day. 5/5 - will definitely book again next time we're back in Calgary. As a Superhost myself, I'm certain Emma will reach Superhost in no time! Thanks again!

    SHARED ACCOMMODATION- my room is on one end of the condo, the room for rent is on the other. Located 100m/yd from the Stampede grounds, train station and the citywide bike path system, walking distance from Mission, Inglewood, the Beltline & the downtown core, all of them expansive shopping, dining and entertainment districts. Enjoy the contained master bedroom with full private bathroom and ample storage space; access to kitchen & living room. DURING STAMPEDE I WILL PAY FOR GUEST PARKING.
    Your host is a native Calgarian who can provide recommendations on sightseeing, booking trips to the mountains, renting a car, all sorts of things. I speak poor French and Chinese.

  • Connell's place exceeded my expectations in every way. It was located extremely conveniently, only a 10-minute walk from downtown and less than 5 to the nearest train station. Every amenity you'd want was provided, and the place was kept clean. I was provided with a quick but thorough guide of local spots to eat and drink, and having access to my own washroom made for an even more comfortable experience. The spacious balcony gives you a view of a barren parking lot which is less than ideal, but it's the only negative I can think to mention. I'd gladly stay here again if and when I return to the city!

  • We stayed here for the stampede, and you would be hard-pressed to find a better base camp. You’re literally across the street from the main entrance! It’s a clean, well-designed and nice building right there! Con was a great communicator and had some helpful hints. You can see the fireworks from his place, and honestly, the only better view you get is from the grounds itself. It’s awesome! We had no trouble sleeping, even with the windows open, but it might be a bit on the noisier side if you’re a very light sleeper. Note that this was only during the stampede times, my guess is that it’s not that loud the rest of the year.

He also provided a book full of suggestions for places to eat and things to do in Calgary. We ended up going to one of those places for breakfast and it was delicious. Would recommend!

    The neighbourhood is in the heart of downtown right off of 17th Ave and beside the Saddledome, BMO centre and most importantly the Stampede Grounds. The area is an upscale area with very modern high rise buildings and lots of lively events going on every night. Although you are high enough to get away from it all and be completely sound proof and secluded from everything if desired.

  • This place is amazing! You are only 2 blocks from the Stampede grounds and the entire place is amazing! The Sunterra market is downstairs and everything is within walking distance. Not to mention Matteo was a great host! There were every variety of charging cord provided, dishes and cleaning supplies. This has been one of the best places I have ever stayed and when I come back to Calgary this will be my first choice. Thank you!

  • Ember’s place is exactly as pictured. Very clean and a great location. Loved relaxing on the balcony and being within an easy walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Appreciated the secure underground parking as well. It does get noisy at night with traffic so light sleepers may need to bring ear plugs. The hot water took a very long time to heat up, so just be aware when taking a shower. It will get hot eventually! Loved all the extra touches (lots of supplies if needed) and ember was quick with communication. Would stay here again when back in Calgary, we paid a lot less here than if we went to a hotel

They also include a snack section and a fully stocked fridge of assorted beverages. The patio was wonderful, with a view. Breakfast every morning on that thing!   • This space is simple, clean, and close to transit and groceries! Was the perfect place to stay while attending a conference at the BMO Centre. The kitchen had all the dishes required to cook and enjoy our meals. The Landry was easy to use. The only thing I’d caution other visitors on is that the blinds are ineffective at providing you with privacy as they are semi-transparent. The windows face another complex, so we were changing in the bathroom. The parking stall/parkade would be too small for a larger vehicle or truck. We would stay again!

  • A stones throw from the Saddledome and Stampede Park, Sthefania’s place is a jewel. I needed a place to stay close to a conference I was attending and this was in the perfect location. The condo was immaculate and the views spectacular! All the conveniences of coffee, tea and even popcorn to snack on while watching a. Netflix movie were in the cupboard. Steps away is the Sunterra grocery store with a wide assortment of instantly ready meals - a la Whole Foods. I would highly recommend this condo and will stay there again if I get the chance.

  • We stayed at Sthefania’s place Sept 2019. The location of the condo is great! Close to restaurants , shops and much more. Check in was easy as Sthefania was very fast at replying back. Parking was so easy and convenient being right in the parking garage below the building. As soon as we walked into the condo we were so impressed with how clean and beautiful it was. We couldn’t get over the spectacular view. The place is stocked with all the basics and a bit more. We really felt welcomed and comfortable. There is a great market (grocery store / hot food) at the base of the building and also a Starbucks. The scooters and bikes around Calgary are a must. It made it very easy to get around in an affordable way. The only down side to such an awesome location in the heart of the city is there was a lot of noise and construction going on outside. It didn’t seem to bother us too much. We would definitely stay again !

The Keynote building offers a prime location, with tons of amenities including fitness centre and hot tub. It sits on top of Sunterra Grocery store, offering ready-made food to go, a cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a fully-licensed bar. Also in the building are Starbucks, Royal Bank, a Liquor Store, and other restaurants.
    You will love this bright space with floor to ceiling windows. Quality furniture, decor and mattresses make this a great place to stay in Calgary. If you’re lucky enough to have this place at Stampede, you’ll have the best view of the action in Calgary. Please note that reservations during the Calgary Stampede are non-refundable 60 day prior to check-in (as opposed to the 5 day moderate policy which applies for the rest of the year).

Like the other reviews said, the sunshine in the morning made it a bit harder to sleep in, so be sure to bring an eye mask. As well, there is some noise from outside traffic that can be heard. The Stampede party tent was directly across the road from the unit & it played music until 2 am. This wasn't a huge concern as able to sleep with the external doors closed. The spa was shut down the entire stay & did, unfortunately, detract from the wonderful experience.

  • We enjoyed our stay at MJ's. The views were excellent and the location was great. We only stayed one night, so we did not use the kitchen but it would also be a great place for an extended stay due to the grocery store across the street. Our only issue was checking in, but it wasn't anything MJ could do differently. If you are driving, you have to find parking on the street or in the parking lot to the store (if available) because the garage is accessed by a remote that is with the apartment key. So it's just a little chaotic if you can't find a spot that is close. But if you are not driving a car, it wouldn't be a problem. Other than that, everything was great! Clean and bed was comfortable.

Very quick to respond and went beyond my expectations. The place was extremely clean, bed was super comfortable, Breathtaking VIEW !! Everything was in brand new condition, she had all the little things any hotel would, towels were super soft and clean and endless amounts of Starbucks coffee inside the unit, lots of condiments and cookware, Internet was quick and location was incredible, you can literally walk anywhere you need to in ten min. With all that the place was inexpensive, I would highly recommend Sierra’s place to anyone and will likely book for any future Clients needing a place to stay. Thanks Sierra !!!!

The Keynote building offers a prime location, with tons of amenities including fitness centre and hot tub. It sits on top of Sunterra Grocery store, offering ready-made food to go, a cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a fully-licensed bar. Also in the building are Starbucks, Royal Bank, a Liquor Store, and other restaurants.
    You will love this bright space with floor to ceiling windows. Quality furniture, decor and mattresses make this a great place to stay in Calgary. You can BBQ your dinner with a great view from the 19th floor balcony! If you’re lucky enough to have this place at Stampede, you’ll have the best view of the action and fireworks in Calgary.
    Across from Stampede grounds/Saddledome, the BMO Convention Centre, Cowboys Nightclub and Casino. Five dollar taxi/Uber to 17th Ave bars and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to Stephen Avenue. Trendy Inglewood is really close to the east, but it’s a long walk, so I would suggest an Uber.
  • Phil was a gracious, kind and responsive host. The property exceeded my expectations with thoughtful touches such as a personable welcome note with instructions and outlining expectations as a renter, accompanied by a few little treats when we walked in the door. The keyless entry made life so simple, and the location was phenomenal! Directly above Sunterra Market, in the heart of downtown made for a convenient and enjoyable trip. The parking space was an added and appreciated bonus to this property. The space was perfect to “live life”, which is exactly what we needed! Two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pull out couch, a fully stocked little laundry room, including all of the items needed to wash clothes and linens, made the stay that much better. We went home with luggage full of clean clothes (that’ll make a difference tomorrow!). The unit was spotless and well decorated and had furniture on the sunny deck - which was a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee in the early day sunrise. Want to grill? Feel free! Phil provides a BBQ and propane tank too. The gym and cardio rooms were incredibly well equipped and exceeded my every expectation, allowing me to train at full tilt (aside from deadlifting - but come on, it’s a condo. No one wants to hear 300lbs being dropped! ;)) Both areas were very clean, as were the restrooms on the same floor. The value for the price paid was definitely worth it. During our next trip to town, Phil will be the first person we look up when it comes to finding our AirBnB!

  • The lock box didnt have a clear and distinct marking. When it was found, it didn't open. It was apparent it had not been checked since the last guests were there. The intercom didn't work and he couldn't buzz me in. I was highly irritated with the situation and Phil provoked stoked the fire that was already lit from unmet expectations. It might be a nice building in a redeveloping location, and 5 star service is easy when things go smooth; However, the real test is when things go bad and customers are upset. Phil lost my business that week.

  • My family and I loved this place! It was very clean and had a lot of really nice little touches, which go a long way. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. There were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Very nice having in suite laundry. The entire building was very clean itself and full of friendly people, and we took advantage of the gym, hot tub and amazing market downstairs. There were no issues at all and Phil was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely love to stay again so we can walk to the saddledome and watch a game!

Sunterra Market and Starbucks on main floor, restaurant/bar and concourse garden located on 2nd floor.
    Great for business trips, events, couples and singles. Convenient location with a fully equipped gym facility, cardio room and hot tub. Important to note: Please be respectful to the building, condo, and neighbours. Absolutely no smoking on the premises, no noise/parties and extra guests after 10 PM.
  • We had a great stay! This place was great value. Communication with Trang was fast and easy, the location is great (close to transit and 17th ave and Village Ice Cream), and the space is big enough for a couple to stay. The added amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, secure entry) were added plusses. Would stay here again!

  • I am so happy with my decision to book this place! It is located in a quieter area of Calgary, but nearby to everything you need. The restaurant on the main level is excellent, I went for breakfast every day. There is also an amazing Italian place nearby and one of Calgary’s best ice cream spots just a block over. The building is quiet and the unit is spotless with a luxury feel. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Calgary, especially for conference/business travel.

Their place was spotless and comfortable & a great intro to Calgary as we head out to Banff & Jasper for 2 weeks. Because we arrived so late, our super hosts were just that: super!
