My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Located in the new East Village. This building is Brand New, and across the street from the Studio Bell Music Centre, 2 blocks from the Saddle dome, and 1 block from the c-train station.
This never lived in suite offers the best walking , biking, and access to both the city core and stampede grounds.
East Village is an award winning master designed community in downtown Calgary. We are just a short walk to the river pathway system, and 1 block from our city hall and free transit ( in the core only). We have recently had a small shopping market added across the street from our New building which also offers free entertainment on Thursday,Friday and Saturday.
  • El lugar de Lisa es maravilloso! Se tiene una gran vista, el lugar es confortable, con un bonito estilo, limpio, con ricos aromas, cómodo para dos personas. Cuenta con muchos detalles y facilidades para quien se hospeda. Acceso muy fácil que permite llegar sin problemas de horario. Recomiendo tomar el transporte de aeropuerto a hoteles y bajar en el hilton, te saldrá más barato y te dejará junto a casa de Lisa sin problemas.   • I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Lisa's place. She was prompt to respond and check-in and out was very smooth and quick. Personally I think the apartment was even nicer in person than in the pictures and it was very clean. In addition, the gym on the top floor was a big bonus for me (had a few cardio machines, squat rack, free weights, and a weight machine).

    Read a good book on the window bench as natural light floods this beaming apartment in a 1913 home. In the evening, repose on a cool blue couch by the soft glow of the TV in a space featuring light wood floors, washed wood columns, and exposed beams.
    Set in the historic Inglewood neighborhood, the house is steps away from the Inglewood Wildlands Park and Bird Sanctuary, which borders the Bow River and its extensive pathway network. Nearby 9th Avenue is home to many shops, restaurants, cafes, and microbreweries. Downtown, the Stampede Grounds, the zoo, Studio Bell (National Music Centre), and the Science Centre are all a 10-minute drive away.

    Work or chill out in this airy urban space boasting all the must-haves and a wall of windows with coveted views of the city and the Rockies from the 21st floor. The building's hot tub, gym, eateries, and outdoor areas are just some of its perks.
    Everyone wants this property with it's coveted downtown and mountain views. Offering the latest in home decor trends with granite counter tops, hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances. The open plan has an amazing expanse of windows framing in the NW view; great flow between the kitchen, dining and living room plus nine foot ceiling height with floor to ceiling windows adding an open airy feeling. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and connects to a walk thru closet that leads to the en-suite bathroom. A second bed (queen sized air mattress) is available, which can be setup in the main living space - all bedding is provided. High speed internet (WIFI) and Netflix are provided.
    Step across the street to reach Stampede Park—Home of the Saddledome, the Calgary Flames, Cowboys Casino, and vibrant nightlife. For quick and convenient bites, MARKETbar, Starbucks, and Sunterra Market are all great spots located in the building.
  • I think the weekend was cursed. Parking ticket was more expensive than the signs said and time was running not as long as we paid for. Finally we got another $50 ticket even though we paid with the App online. Furthermore the toilet was blocked and no plumbers helper around. TV or Netflix as mentioned in the ad didn't work either. Despite of that Annalise was realy friendly and tried to help as good as she could. Moving in and out was simple and the view over the city just amazing.

  • Although the unit shown and described in the images wasn't the one I got my experience wasn't affected. The place (in the same building but different side) was pristine, the view included parts of the mountains and downtown core, the building had all amenities required just outside the doors, it was decorated very well and included all the things one could need while travelling through for a week. Would happily return.

  • Nuestra Visita fue la Segunda vez usando un Airbnb, en la primera ciudad que visitamos que fue Edmonton, tuvimos una excelente experiencia y la recomendaríamos al 100 % en esta en Calgary, la ubicación es buena, tienes fáciles accesos a las líneas de comunicación (tren) si rentas auto, no tiene estacionamiento el edificio, te podrás estacionar enfrente del edificio, hay un estacionamiento público, son 10 niveles, siempre pregunta, si funcione el elevador, pues a nosotros nos tocó que no funcionaba en ese momento y subimos por las escaleras con 6 maletas 10 niveles, la vista es muy buena en el último Nivel donde tienes un Grill y un Gym, en lo que respecta al departamento, cuando nosotros lo recibimos, estaba sucio y solo se hizo el aseo básico pero nada agradable, por las tardes es caliente y solo cuenta con una ventilador de piso y le faltan más detalles que hagan el lugar sea más agradable, lo recomiendo por la ubicación y si solo vas por pocos días y te gusta desayunar en el Tim Horton que esta debajo del edificio !!

  • It was a really nice place to stay in Calgary. The only thing we didn’t like was, that the bathroom smelled smoky even that the building is a non smoking building. We told zee right away and he was nice and tried to help. Parking garage was supposed to be there but there where some issues so we had to park in front of the building. Take care- you can easily get tickets if you park at wrong times or in wrong spots. The apartment was clean and in a good area. Perfect for a short stay for a good price!

    Beautiful brand new flooring and appliances with in a loft-feeling space. It is not on an apartment block. This space is in a comercial building top floor lots of privacy & lots to offer to travellers all around, there are lots of restaurants, a gym, River & a park. The suite have a Murphy bed allows for more space during the day. This suite also features a large sauna for you to detox and relax . Microwave, fridge and kitchen area included but no stove . Space is air conditioned and classy .
    The suite is locate on the top floor of a comercial building. In the building there are 3 businesses, a Latin dance studio, a shawarma rest and a massage space. The building is very well Located with access to everything. Lots to offer for sure. The room is cleaned every day and is always ready to go. The suite it is not in an apartment block, it has lots of privacy for your get away and a large sauna to relax and detox after a long drive or a long day. The owner Marcos study hotel and management so for him it is all about great service and hospitality. We have air conditioning and heat, a Murphy bed, a tv with HDMI cable to connect your Computer, a fridge. A kitchen but no stove. The wifi password is on the fridge.
    The building has an amazing location close to more than 20 restaurants, gas stations, the world Heath gym, Licour stores, car rentals, massage places, a latin dance studio, Chinook mall, easy access to the Calgary transit any direction by train or buss, Close to downtown, to the stampede grounds, to the beautiful Stanley Park with access to the the elbow river and out door pool. This place has it all location wise it can’t no be better. Even easy access to our main high ways.

  • This a lovely, styling space in an unexpected location. It’s on the second floor adjacent to a salsa studio, and is well appointed with a very comfortable bed, ChromeCast for the TV, and a sauna (!) right in your room. No need to mess with the settings, just turn it on and let it warm up. s It is a full suite with your own entrance, kitchenette and dining nook. Wish we could have stayed here for a couple days more! Highly recommended. Do be aware that this is an active salsa studio next door, and they do have music in the evening. It doesn’t run too late, at least not when we were there. (About 9:30) s If you’re still reading, book this now!

Also the best central location near the stampede grounds, Stephen avenue shopping, trendy 17th avenue, transit, sightseeing, airport shuttle and much more. I used to be a travel agent and have all the tips for you. I now work as a Firefighter/Medic and can be gone a lot but am always available to help. This is a downtown location so it is noisy. -I have ear plugs provided for your stay if needed. This is a shared apartment with either myself or another guest staying in the other room. Please make yourself at home though. If you have ANY concerns please ask and I will be glad to help make your stay the best possible.

    Large open apartment with relaxing, clean atmosphere. All the cookware needed to dish up a gourmet meal. Bar style kitchen table in front of a picture-esk mountain view from the 28th floor. Large balcony with chairs to relax on with a beautiful view next to the Calgary tower. Or watch the fireworks during stampede! 10 foot by 13 foot bedroom with Queen bed. Fresh linens and lots of closet space for your clothes. Fresh salt water pool, gym and sauna for you to enjoy until 11pm. This is a downtown location so it is noisy. I have provided ear plugs if you need them. Make yourself at home. This is a shared apartment with possible other guests in the other room.
    We are within 2 blocks of dozens of the hottest places in Calgary to eat or go for a drink. Only a few blocks from the stampede grounds. 2 blocks from great food and shopping on the trendy stephen avenue. Anything you need is within walking distance or just hop on the train. This place is as central as it gets. Oh and of course SAFE!

We live in Calgary but had to vacate our home for 24 hours. We enjoyed being tourists in the city where we live. Jessie's place is central to lots of interesting things to do in Calgary - the River Walk, St. Patrick's Island, the zoo, events in Stampede Park, excellent restaurants (Deane House has a delicious weekend brunch and, if you're celebrating something special, Rouge is great), exploring the shops in Inglewood, etc. Take a few steps outside of Jessie's place and you have a spectacular view from Scotsman's Hill.   • Tina's place was awesome and just as pictured. Very clean and the location was great and easy to find. Check in was a breeze, and was nice to have an underground parking spot! Also the beds were super comfy, we had an amazing sleep! My only complaint was there wasn't enough lighting, but that's not a big deal. Would recommend Tina's place to anyone visiting Calgary or needing a stylish place to stay for a weekend.

  • MJ's 22nd floor, 1-bedroom unit is a clean and comfortable place with modern furnishings, and a BEAUTIFUL view of downtown Calgary and Stampede Park. We booked very last minute and MJ was very accommodating and was easy to communicate with via the AirBnb app and email. The check-in/check-out process was detailed and easy to follow and made our experience that much more enjoyable. We were able to stroll downtown to get dinner and take in some of the city's unique spots. Just an overall awesome experience. We will be back.

  • We enjoyed staying here. Matt was responsive and quick to reply to us. We stayed on the guest bed on main floor that folds out and thought it was a very comfortable, firm mattress. There are various amenities in the kitchen that were quite useful. We were able to cook several full meals with no trouble or lack of supplies. Its a great place to kick back overall and enjoy the cable and cushy couch. The internet is fast. There is also good water pressure and big shower head so really liked that as well!

    A beautiful top-floor studio loft located in Inglewood, one of Calgary's oldest neighbourhoods. The unit features a brick wall, lots of natural light, a queen Casper mattress, linen sheets, an espresso machine, and is only a short walk to both rivers, amazing restaurants, cafés, and local breweries. As an added bonus, within the building at street level, there's an excellent wine shop!
    Two large south-facing windows highlight the loft space with sunlight throughout the entire day. At night, sleep on a very comfortable queen-sized Casper mattress covered with linen sheets. Of course, there's Wifi — high speed 150 mbps. And though there is no television, a full bookcase and small selection of board games are here for you to enjoy. If you want to continue reading something beyond your stay, find a copy across the street at Fair's Fair. Your parking stall is the one closest to the front entrance.
    The building is right at the confluence of the Bow and Elbow Rivers and you can follow river pathways down both for a very nice walk. There's a vibrant coffee culture here in Calgary. A few blocks east is Rosso, a café that's home to the twice awarded top barista in Canada. To the west along the river path, there's another good choice in Phil & Sebastian. See below for more things to do.

  • Wow! Jason’s place is amazing, it’s absolutely stunning, much bigger than photos suggest! It is in a great location too, felt completely safe around here. Jason has great communication and we really appreciated that we could do our laundry here, after a long trip around Canada. If you are up for walking, zoo and other parts of Calgary are walkable, there is public transportation too, and taxis are really reasonable to and from the airport is needed. Would recommend the music museum nearby too, great fun! Thanks.

The Keynote building offers a prime location, with tons of amenities including fitness centre and hot tub. It sits on top of Sunterra Grocery store, offering ready-made food to go, a cafe serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, and a fully-licensed bar. Also in the building are Starbucks, Royal Bank, a Liquor Store, and other restaurants.
    You will love this bright space with floor to ceiling windows. Quality furniture, decor and mattresses make this a great place to stay in Calgary. You can BBQ your dinner with a great view from the 19th floor balcony! If you’re lucky enough to have this place at Stampede, you’ll have the best view of the action and fireworks in Calgary.
    Across from Stampede grounds/Saddledome, the BMO Convention Centre, Cowboys Nightclub and Casino. Five dollar taxi/Uber to 17th Ave bars and restaurants, and a 5 minute walk to Stephen Avenue. Trendy Inglewood is really close to the east, but it’s a long walk, so I would suggest an Uber.

The property exceeded my expectations with thoughtful touches such as a personable welcome note with instructions and outlining expectations as a renter, accompanied by a few little treats when we walked in the door. The keyless entry made life so simple, and the location was phenomenal! Directly above Sunterra Market, in the heart of downtown made for a convenient and enjoyable trip. The parking space was an added and appreciated bonus to this property. The space was perfect to “live life”, which is exactly what we needed! Two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pull out couch, a fully stocked little laundry room, including all of the items needed to wash clothes and linens, made the stay that much better. We went home with luggage full of clean clothes (that’ll make a difference tomorrow!). The unit was spotless and well decorated and had furniture on the sunny deck - which was a beautiful place to enjoy morning coffee in the early day sunrise. Want to grill? Feel free! Phil provides a BBQ and propane tank too. The gym and cardio rooms were incredibly well equipped and exceeded my every expectation, allowing me to train at full tilt (aside from deadlifting - but come on, it’s a condo. No one wants to hear 300lbs being dropped! ;)) Both areas were very clean, as were the restrooms on the same floor. The value for the price paid was definitely worth it. During our next trip to town, Phil will be the first person we look up when it comes to finding our AirBnB!

We had little issue checking in and out using the detailed guide. A note is that although the listing describes two separate bedrooms, the second bedroom is actually a den with a double/queen sized bed and no door/closet/window. No, the best part was the bottle of wine and chocolates that were waiting for me. Or maybe the best part were the two specialty bottles of beer? There were 3 of us, so one person stayed on the couch in the living room instead of blowing up the air mattress and it was super comfy. We loved the super soft bed! The new Public Library, on Architectural Digest's 2018 Most Anticipated Buildings list, is just around the corner. Grab a coffee and walk to the zoo or tour the National Music Centre located just across the street. The Calgary Stampede Grounds offer events all year long and are a short walk away.

Views from the apartment was nice and the river walk provided a great view of the Calgary skyline! Top floor gym had great views as well and Liz was always prompt in responding to any questions. She also provide restaurant and transportation recommendations which was very useful. I would highly recommend Liz's place to anyone! 😊

  • We had such a great stay here for our first time in Calgary! Liz and Nadine made the check-in and check-out process simple and easy to follow. Parking was plentiful, as there was a huge paid parking lot just across the street. As you enter into the building, we saw a security guard by the front at night, which made us feel more secure. The apartment itself was immaculately clean, cozy, and felt like home. It had all of the amenities that we needed, including a washer. Having Netflix on the tv was also a nice plus! We also enjoyed the balcony, as it provided a nice view. The apartment is in the downtown area, so it was close to several restaurants. We felt safe walking around the area, as there’s a nice park and public library within walking distance. We would definitely want to stay here again!

  • You want to stay here! Beautiful, clean condo with amazing views in a great downtown location! Modern building with super access to Sunterra Market (great food), 5 Vines (delicious wine) and Starbucks just outside the building entrance. Easy to walk or Lime Bike anywhere around downtown. C-train access close by. Lots of other great restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Sthephania and Dennis offered many thoughtful touches throughout the condo to make for a perfect stay. They responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful hosts. The bed was very comfortable, good sound proofing in the building, and the neighbours were friendly. I felt safe staying here alone as a single female traveler. Everything here is clean and modern. The condo is quite spacious. Far better than a hotel! I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels and AirBnB’s in Calgary and this is my favourite so far. Even the parking is better! Underground during your stay and you can leave your vehicle in the Sunterra parking area for check-in and check-out so no worries about finding street parking. I highly recommend staying here!
