  • The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! It is only a 20 minute walk to the CBD or you can get the free transit bus which stops just around the corner. The only very minor issue was that the tv didn’t spin round far enough, so you couldn’t watch it from bed.

    Our apartment is very well located in a quiet part of the bussiness area, not to crowded, we love to go for a walk or picnic to Langley Park and see the sunset by the river. The food is pretty good arround here, just downstairs is a very nice Cafe shop whith a friendly staff and nice food, affordable for any pocket. Nearby there is also a grocery store with all you may need if you feel like cooking. (Rise supermarket)

  • What a wonderful experience! Couldn't have chosen better to start off my trip in Perth! A beautiful, filled with sunlight spacious flat with a clean room and bathroom all to myself. Nadia and Tom are discrete and welcoming hosts while Nadia fills the flat with her amazing Mexican energy. Nonetheless, it was super-easy getting around the city even while located in a quiet area. I would definitely stay there again :)))

Modern and clean apartment in the city, with plenty to do nearby (CBD, harbour, and King's Park walkable distance away). Very quiet. Nadia kindly woke up at 2am to let me into the apartment after I had two long flights to get to Perth (over 20 hours in the air).

  • The stay was very good. The Location ist excellent to explore the City. There are many supermarkets and Restaurants downstairs, the langley Park is just 200m from the place. We also used the Pool As well As the Gym. The room and bathroom were Perfect. Breakfast and Dinner in the balcony were also possible. Tom is a very good Host. He explained how to use everything As well As je answered all questions very quick.

  • Elyse was a great host, giving detailed instructions of the access to the apartment. She was very accommodating. Her apartment makes you feel like home, cosy yet secured. Lying down on the bed was the best feeling i've ever had! I'm so on cloud 9! Sometimes even better then the hotel beds. Although the neighbour upstairs can be quite noisy at certain times, but nonetheless, it's a minor issue for light sleepers like me. Accessible to city areas and places of interest. Running and chilling alongside the foreshore, just the Perfect location! Suitable for couples and solo travellers.

My only complaint is that the apartment is directly on a busy freeway, which was quite loud at night, and not exactly as quaint as the neighborhood seemed from the "street view" option on the ad. Also, several of the neighbors were rowdy and loud until close to midnight, keeping us awake. This might have been because it was a holiday weekend.

It's well positioned for public transport with three routes into the city, or the ferry into Elizabeth Quay. We also used to take the 30 minute walk into the city over the Narrows Bridge. A place to relax and feel at home. Our apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Netflix, unlimited internet, a selection of cereal, tea & coffee for breakfast. A short 15 minute drive to the airport which is super convenient. You will be sharing the apartment with my partner Josh & I :)

  • The apartment is spacious and just as wonderful as described with BBQ and pool area, a small fitness studio and excellent positioning in Perth. We were warmly welcomed by Carol and Kevin, they are such wonderful hosts. We even found some necessities including fresh fruit for the start in the fridge. We were travelling with a baby and had perfect circumstances with a cot and high chair as well as even a baby bath tub Carol and Kevin provided. We got useful tipps about what to see and where to go to for shopping. We would definitely stay there again and can only highly recommend staying at Carol and Kevin's place.

    On a quiet, tucked away lane in the heritage heart of West Leederville, is a light-filled and airy studio apartment overlooking a green and flower-filled private courtyard. From sleepy first-light chirping, there's a constant chatter of birdlife especially in the big Liquid Amber tree which gives the treehouse treasure its unique character.
    With polished wooden flooring, private bathroom, Scandinavian furniture, double bed (solid fold out couch) and great cooking facilities (scanpan, microwave, rice cooker, fridge) this is a very comfortable space.
    This area is the heritage part of West Leederville where many of the houses were built around 1920. The big, graceful street trees which create such a cool, shady environment were planted many years ago.

  • Felicity’s place exceeded our expectations the area has plenty of space and everything you need as well as 2 beautiful dogs downstairs if your a dog lover like myself! The amount of thoughtful touches put in was like no other Airbnb I’ve stayed in the fridge was full of everything you could need such as bread milk butter and the cupboards had every condiment you could possibly want. The location is great only a few minutes walk into the heart of Leederville which is full of cafes and restaurants felicity was always on hand if we required any tips and she even let us check in early! I will def be staying there again.

  • Easy to say: this apartment is amazing. Its so well decorated and full of love with great details that you immediately feel like home. Calumn did a great job with this apartment and all you can ask for is there, even a washing machine and dryer. We so much enjoyed the time in Perth and the location is more than perfect. Its only like a 7 minutes walk to Elizabeth Quay where all the ferries start and also only 15 minutes to Kings Garden. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping possibilities around. Check in was easy and Calumn is always available and replies very fast. It was the best accomendation we had during our 3 weeks vacation in Australia (also the best airbnb that I even had) and we even stayed at a 4.5 stars resort at the Whitsunday Islands. So ...yes, I would recommend it. Thanks Cal.

Also well fitted out with all you could need for your stay and really nice and clean. Emma is so welcoming and a great communicator. There is some wonderful information available in the apartment also regarding local restaurants etc. We were there for a conference at the Convention centre which was a nice 25 minute walk away. The free buses are also really handy and there are lots of local food shops and restaurants and bars nearby. The only downside to this fantastic place is the noise from local bars at night time - bring some earplugs! Great place to stay though.

Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in Tourist attractions on the doorstep (the Perth Mint), stroll around the historic heart of Perth or enjoy a coffee in a local café Early check in / late checkout $50 each
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room
    East Perth and the apartment block are mulitcultural with an array of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train. Also there is a small supermarket

The location was central and serviced by the local free CAT busses making movement around the city easy and comfortable, the apartment is also quite close to the railway station (only a few stops by CAT bus). The apartment was as described, clean, comfortable and easy to live in and take care of, with a very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, kitchen and living area and great for a couple. Melanie was readily contactable through the app and offered good advice and suggestions to us as visitors including a great place to breakfast by the river. We cannot recommend Melanie's apartment highly enough and would happily stay there again should we be coming to Perth. Thanks heaps for helping to make our stay I Perth so pleasant.

    The apartment is very close to the Kings Park, and also very close to the city. The Kings Park has lots to offer for its guests. It is rich in Aboriginal and European history, contemporary culture and offers innovative design, displays and services. Kings Park also has an international reputation for scientific research and conservation. You will be able to spot over 3000 different species of the State's unique flora! The apartment is also only a street away from the Jacob's Ladder which will lead you out to the Mounts Bay road. You will spot lots of locals exercising on the series of stairs, as it has a beautiful view not many other stairs can offer. Once you make it down the stairs, then you can go for a stroll along Mounts Bay Rd with the Swan river to your side, and watch baby ducklings marching together (or perhaps running away from you) with their mum. You can usually spot black swans there too, a large waterbird that is also Western Australia's official bird emblem. Lastly, the Perth city is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Once you pass the foot bridge that is right next to the entrance to the apartment, you will be led onto St George's Terrace and Milligan Street. It is a short walk to most things, North Bridge and Elizabeth Quay is a few minutes walk but still close, you can't get more central than this. Stephanie and property manager were helpful with check-in and check-out and were always just a message away. Would highly recommend a stay here and I will certainly return when I visit again.

  • It was my first time booking through AirBnB. And Stephanie was prompt and patient to all my queries. Eventually I booked a 3 days 2 nights with her. Stephanie was accommodative, allowing us to check in earlier and checking out later as our departing flight was at 630pm. On the early check in, we must again apologize as we were late by 2 hours (as we had to stop along the way to settle our little boy with a bad tummy ache and to get some medication). Despite that, John the property manager waited for us. For that, we are really appreciative of his kind gesture. Upon our check-in, we have absolutely no complaints about the apartment. The entire apartment was clean, nice, fully furnished. The bed was really comfy. Wifi access was fast too. Another plus was the location.. Close to all the shopping, restaurants, train station etc. Stephanie even message to ask if we are happily settled in. Perhaps the only issue was the heater system. Still a bit chilly especially at night. Overall, a superb experience staying in Stephanie's apartment.     Incredibly close to public transport, the CBD, Leederville, Northbridge, freeways, cafes, bars and restaurants. Very secure 3 bedroom house on a centrally located cul de sac. Old house with wooden floorboards and high ceilings, recently renovated with nice garden, two small chickens (Gertrude and Keith), two cats (Apollo and Hermes) and two housemates (Chloe and Nathan). Feel free to play PlayStation on the projector, hang out in the yard with a wine, lounge in the lounge with some records.
    Shared lounge and kitchen area, shared outdoor area. Sharing the bath and bathroom with one other housemate. Your room is first on the left with double doors
    Leederville is an easy 5 minute stroll so there are plenty of cafes and bars and small shops. The free bus route into the city is just around the corner (although it’s a 15 min walk into northbridge), the freeway entry is near us, as are a few different train stations. It’s a quiet tucked away little area very close to a lot of action.

    Newly renovated, light, one bedroom unit in ideal location close to the city. Undercover secure parking, internet, fully equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar (but no breakfast). Close to ferries, buses, trains, river and shops. In a quiet location, well shielded from the freeway. It does not have a bath.
    Mill Point Road, South Perth, is a very leafy and picturesque location. The area is flat and great for walking, running and even cycling around the river. There are some fabulous cafes and yummy food stores in the Mends Street strip. The ferry is only six minutes walk.

Lots of restaurants and shops nearby (walking distance). The best part was the most comfortable bed we've slept on. There was a super thick memory foam, it was like sleeping on clouds.     Everything about this large Penthouse gushes with luxury and comfort. There has been no expense spared to make this property stand out against all others. It is located near the Swan River and only a 10 minute walk to the city or you can choose to catch the free City Cat buses from the corner. Wander down and pat the kangaroos or watch the dolphins playing in the river. There are many cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket that sells everything.

    Prime location in the Perth CBD. Apartment situated directly behind Louis Vuitton on the luxury shopping strip. Two entrances to the building, one on Munster Lane off King Street and one on Hay Street. The perfect location for shopping and nightlife.

We appreciated the wide sofa and the cooking supplies in the cupboards. Communication with Olivia and her parents was good. Saturday night was a bit noisy in the alleyway with revellers after a major football match so if you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs. We would stay here again.

    Cute room in a character house with city views. You are staying on a peaceful street only a couple of blocks from all the attractions that the city has to offer with countless bars, cafes, restaurants and cultural attractions. The house is yours to enjoy with sunny and peaceful living spaces and a fully appointed kitchen if you feel like eating in. Your easy going respectful host lives and works in the area and is happy to point out the best places to eat and drink and things to do!
    - Perfectly located to all the action of the city but set back on a quiet street. - Hard wood floors, tall ceilings and air con. - Perth's best park just down the road, grab a coffee and take a stroll. - Train and bus station an easy walk of 10-15 away.
    Its amazing... seriously. On the edge of Norhbridge/China town and the City there is nowhere else with so many dinning and nightlife options that can be simply walked to. Not to mention Hyde Park just around the corner my favorite Perth park where you can do as a the locals do and try and walk off the ill effects from the night before :)
  • It is a very cozy and beautiful room! The host allowed me early check-in so I could rest very comfortable after long flight. It might be little hard to open the door first time but you can handle that. Good locations, beautiful Hyde Park nearby, quiet at night!

    This renovated one bedroom apartment with city glimpses is centrally located on the border of Highgate & Perth and close to all amenities, a few minutes walk to Perth CBD, TAFE, Northbridge restaurants, Beaufort St cafe strip and public transport.
    Good size open plan design with spacious bedroom with built in robes and an ensuite bathroom. Private balcony. Communal laundry facilities are located on the first floor level with washer & dryer. A single allocated open air car bay is located in the rear common parking area for convenience.
    Lincolns 102 coffee shop has to be the best around town and is just metres away from the apartment.
  • Great location easy walk into town and a few different local areas for food etc. Good coffee around the corner at Lincoln’s and great massage around another corner at Tara massage for those travel weary leggies! Overall super great value, comfy and clean apartment, and easy comms with friendly Nils and one of the most straightforward and pleasant Airbnb experiences ever.

    This is a fantastic apartment, ideal for those that want to be in the centre of Perth, just two minutes walk to the underground train station. The apartment is located on the famous Hay Street, opposite the Apple Store and Prada, right in the heart of the shopping district, with many with cafes and restaurants. The apartment building has a lift and stair access to the 1st floor apartment, which is very spacious with modern design, air conditioning, flatscreen TV and DVD player. There is also a very large sunny private outdoor courtyard for the apartment. The apartment has one double bed, one single bed and a double sofa bed. We can also provide super comfy Aerobeds with linen for additional guests. The bedroom areas are part of an open plan studio style layout, reflected in the photos. The apartment has everything and more you could need during your stay in Perth: Free high speed wifi Washing machine Dryer Stove Oven Microwave Kettle Toaster Iron and ironing board Fridge freezer Free, unlimited, high speed internet is provided. There is no parking in the apartment building, but there is free street parking 6pm-8am. Jemma kindly prepared the sofa bed and air bed for us to use and had the apartment ready within a short period of time. The apartment is situated right in the city centre and so moving around was relatively easy. The car park is just also a short distance nearby and so it was really very convenient. Everything was perfect and really made our stay in Perth even more delightful. Finally, Jemma was really very helpful especially in giving us the necessary information and directions around Perth. To anyone who is still looking around, look no further than this apartment!

She also contacted ahead of time to ask how we would prefer our sleeping arrangements, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The apartment is fantastically located and has all the appliances that you would require for a city stay. This apartment is perfectly suited to a family that does not mind sharing a studio space and are looking for a cheaper alternative to fancy hotels. I would definitely recommend this place and cannot thank Jemma enough for the hospitality.

    Beautiful heritage house set in a peaceful location with parks and a vibrant international restaurant strip a 2 minute walk away. Public transport every 5 minutes into the city and Northbridge. Easy on-street parking available. 20 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to NIB stadium and a 20 minute walk to Optus Stadium.
    Federation house dating back to 1908. Original floorboards, high ceilings and leaded glass. Three seperate outside areas to enjoy some privacy - sit out on the verandah and watch the world go by, on the deck - with or without the umbrella, or under cover in the shade.

  • Hilary is definitely the best host i met since i used Airbnb, she is very passionate, fabulous and humorous! I stayed with her for a week. We had a fantastic time with each other! We chatted a lot and Her positive and upbeat attitude towards life inspires me. Her doll's house is so chic and lovely. You can have your dinner both indoor and outdoor. It will be really romantic when you dine by candlelight . The room is very spacious, clean and safe.   • It was really great!! : D It was my first time using Airbnb as a host, but it was much better than I expected. The house was more spacious and comfortable than expected, and was so very clean! Hilary provided us with places and kitchen utensils so we could cook and relax, and we were willing to lend everything we needed to the place we wanted to travel. It is 4 minutes walk from the bus stop and the mart is not too far away, so traffic was convenient! We were not fluent in English, so it was hard to talk to Hillary so much, so I was sorry and sad ;( It was so nice to meet a host of really humorous and good characters, and I am sure the cost-effectiveness is also the best! Hilary We must see you agine! I'll go get there with a better English I hope so ~~:-)

    Our place is close to art and culture, great views,, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities , the city. You’ll love this place because of the location as you can walk down through china town all the way to the city and through the museum and art gallery, also there is the free bus close by if you would rarther. The new Elisabeth quay is also close In the opposite direction you have beaufort street cafes and boutique shops as well as Inglewood night markets and NIB stadium.
    The apartment is cosy clean and new. Situated on Beaufort street one of the most vibrant streets around Perth with shops, cafes and nightlife in both directions and NIB stadium 300 metres away for soccer and sports fans which also hosts some great musical acts. One of our favourite spots is the Ellington Jazz Club, and being only 200 metres away makes for a great night. Crown Metropol and Casino is also a short drive away.
  • We had a great stay at Karl’s place. It is close enough to walk to Perth and had everything we needed (comfortable beds, stylish decor, nice kitchen, clean and outfitted bathrooms, tv, a/c, close to a grocery store, and a large deck with a nice evening breeze). If we make it back to Perth, we would definitely stay here again.

The two bathrooms, pantry and laundry facilities were also great. Perfectly positioned between entertainment and shopping precincts, my house offers all the conveniences a guest would need for a stay in Perth. Mount Lawley and Perth's City Centre are easily accessed via Beaufort Street. On your way into the city, experience the vibrancy of China town while taking in the sights of Perth's Cultural Centre. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay, ideal for short or long term stays.
    HBF Stadium which is our Soccer teams home ground (Perth Glory), regularly hosts concerts and is a 5 min walk from the townhouse. Beaufort St is well known in Perth for its bars and cafes, the Queens Tavern is a favourite of mine which has a lovely open beer garden for warm summer days, and fire places throughout for the cosy winter nights. The recently renovated townhouse is fully "self catered" - once you arrive and settle in we won't interrupt you with cleaning and servicing as the house has everything you need, but if there are any extras you are looking for, just contact me and I will be happy to help where I can.
    Highgate is one of Perth's historic inner city suburbs which has recently had a massive resurgence in popularity. The Beaufort Street precinct is now a thriving, exciting, hip and happening location for shopping, dining and getting out and about. Just minutes away you will find beautiful Parisian style flower shops, patisseries & cafes, fabulous fashion and gift shops plus some amazing cutting edge restaurants and bars. Perth's iconic and historic Astor Theatre is also in this precinct. Highgate is THE place to be seen! You also have your very own local cafe only a couple of doors away - Lincolns is a great spot to enjoy your morning tea or coffee and to read the paper in the sunshine. Hyde Park is also only a few minutes walk away and is a lovely relaxing space to wander in amongst the beautiful parklands, gardens and the lake area there.

Allan is a great host and his home is cosy with everything you need for a stay either short or longer. We stayed 6 weeks as we were visiting family and cooked most days as we would have at home.
