HOUSEKEEPING AND MANAGEMENT BY AIRCNM You couldn't ask for a better location in Southeast Portland. Places such as the world renown Doug Fir Lounge, Ron Toms, Club Trio and Le Pigeon, Five minutes from Voodoo Donuts, Portland City Grill, Roseland Theater, Crystal Ballroom, Pioneer Square Mall, Pearl District, Hawthorne and Moda Center.
As you arrive to the heart of inner southeast Portland near downtown you will most likely pass The Momo a boutique hotel for business and leisure travelers. The location of The Momo is extremely convenient because it is nestled on a point between SE Sandy Blvd and Se 11th Ave both very popular and up and coming locations for amazing food as well as entertainment. The Momo is one of the only locations in the entire SE Portland area with its own free parking lot for guests. The parking lot also conveniently has two entrance/exits to make it even easier to navigate the parking lot. From the parking lot you will see what looks like a gigantic classic Victorian style home and on the left side of the building facing 11th Ave a small set of stairs leading to the front door entrance and a gorgeous concrete porch surrounded by beautiful antique style trim overlooking the bustling bicycle corridor. The front door is fitted with a pin code activated deadbolt with a auto-lock feature. Once inside the building you’ll be invited by a long entrance way and flight of well lit stairs leading to the rooms on the second story. The hallways are updated tile and the entire area has been all updated and renovated and will have surveillance equipment only in the public areas of the hallway stairs and porch. The entrance way and hallway will also feature possibly vending machines. The last room door numbered #203 will have another pin code to enter your room. When you enter your room you will find a huge size room fully furnished with a king size bed, 43 inch tv, microwave, mini fridge, laptop work station, hair dryer, mirror, iron, ironing board, and hangars. The room has high ceilings and a big windows with amazing SE Portland views of the bustling biking corridor. This room also has updated wood tile floor that looks amazing. The entire building is updated and renovated. Outside of your room down the hallway you will find the bathroom that is shared by the three rooms. It is fitted with a public bathroom deadbolt that will show if the restroom is occupied or vacant. Inside the restroom you’ll see the updated shower with all new tile also a new sink and other amenities including a shower mat, disposable toilet seat covers, air purifier, air freshener, public restroom toilet paper dispenser, air hand dryer, and more. The bathroom also has an amazing view of downtown Portland that you can see very well.
The Hotel Momo is located in Portland, Oregon, United States. Again, in a very central location that people are traveling all over the world to visit because of how pretty the area is and its surroundings. If you are interested in visiting Hawthorne, famous for its "Keep Portland Weird" slogan, then you aren't far away. This block has many great restaurants and bars, including Jam, which has been growing more and more over the years as one of the better breakfast spots in the country according to many critics. Well worth the wait on the weekend... And if you're into pizza, heck, who isn't (some could argue I'm sure), they have a great place on Hawthorne as well, called Oasis Café, which is located off of 37th. Plenty of fun shopping on Hawthorne as well. And again right down the street from the Hotel, four blocks to be exact is the Doug Fir Lounge on East 9th and Burnside, famous for its three wooden bars, full menu and romantic restaurant with dim lighting, world famous concert venue downstairs where some of the best of the best in the music business have performed at one point in their career to stardom. Very intimate setting and some of the best acoustics you will experience while at a concert and they pretty much have shows every single night. And if you want to keep the party going, just down the street headed towards the Burnside Bridge, which is in the direction of downtown Portland are bars such as Wurst Bar, B-Side, Sizzle Pie, Ron Tom and etc. Directly across the street from the Doug Fir Lounge is a popular club called Club Trio. Then directly across the Burnside Bridge is getting towards the heart of downtown. You have all of the foot carts down there, blocks of them actually, food from all over the globe and very affordable and quite the diverse experience. You're also close to famous spots such as Powell's Book Store, Crystal Ballroom and other areas in the hip Pearl District, which is full of bars, restaurants and shopping for all ages. In general it's a great place to walk around and get a feel for downtown and what it has to offer. You are also a close walk from Providence Park home of the Portland Timbers MLS team, which has become quite a big deal in Portland to attend games there, where they are famous for the "Timber Arm." Back on the other side of the river on the eastside is the home of the Portland Trail Blazers, the Moda Center. Always a fun spot to catch a game a big time concert or other different events. Everything named above is close to get around to it, plus many other hot spots depending on your thoughts of what a good time is. Portland, especially in this special area of southeast has so much to offer and the sights alone are amazing in and of itself. Be sure to check out the Montage under the Morrison Bridge, which is less then a mile away from the Hotel.
  • The link on the page took us to the wrong location but our host responded quickly and once we found the place it was excellent.

  • Great stay! This was exactly as described and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Even with a shared bathroom no issues with the other guests staying, always open when we needed it.

    Alix2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Easy to checkin and out... located conveniently next to buses and public transportation. A little loud in the evening (Saturday - so bring ear plugs)... great to have Netflix and other viewing options. There was a mini fridge as well. Be prepared to share the bathroom with the floor. King sized bed was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!

    Makeda2019-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great room very clean and neat. In a great part of town

    Taylor2019-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Super convenient location, really easy to get downtown and tons of great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend La Luna or Jam Cafe for breakfast!!! Free parking was a huge bonus. Shared bathroom was never an issue. Would definitely stay here again.

  • Room was equipped with almost everything you would need to travel. It is located close to bars and restaurants.

    Jen2019-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Amazing location, clean facilities, super comfy beds/pillows. Would definitely recommend wholeheartedly

    Michael2019-08-23T00:00:00Z
  • Clean, easy access, and super comfy bed

    Carly2019-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • Clean space, next to a busy road but it didn't bother us. We didn't have any problems with the shared bathroom which I kind of expected. The other guests were polite and quiet. The king size bed was so comfy!

    Mariah2019-04-21T00:00:00Z
  • The location was amazing and we loved the room! We were a little hesitant about whether the shared bathroom would work out, but it turned out fine. Would stay here again!

    Brittany2019-07-02T00:00:00Z
  • Good location, clean room, good for a short stay.

    Ashley2019-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • It's a nice little room. The bed is very comfy, and the room has a fair amount of seating/space. I didn't have many problems with the share bathroom-- it was very clean and easily accessible, though just as is the case in a private home, you sometimes have to wait for the shower! The road it's on is relatively busy, even through the night-- I'm a very light sleeper and I ended up using a white noise app to sleep during the nights. I liked the location-- easy walk to the convention center and plenty of fantastic food.

  • Great place.

    Lydia2019-07-03T00:00:00Z
  • Pretty cool spot centrally located in a fun area. Will definitely stay here again!

    Ileana2019-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • This place was pretty nice overall. Great location, good sized room, decent value, etc. The only negative was the preference for cool design over functionality... For instance, the bathroom walls were frosted glass (including the shower) and could be slightly see-through depending on which lights were on. The shower “wall” was shared with the bedroom, making it a little awkward and exposed. Due to this, I would caution users to consider their comfort level with that, especially if you’re traveling with other people.

This clean and comfortable, spacious two bedroom is well appointed and perfectly located in the Buckman neighborhood of SE Portland. The kitchen is large and great for cooking. Anyone, including families, are welcome to make themselves at home here.
Guests can feel free to use the front porch for breakfast or evening drinks. It's a great way to sit and relax while enjoying the neighborhood. There is Wifi in the apartment as well as a kitchen fully stocked for cooking I expect that most guests will want their privacy. I will have minimal interaction but of course am always available to answer questions or help out should anything come up. My apartment is within walking distance to some of the best that Portland has to offer. Voodoo Donuts, great bars, restaurants, breweries, food carts and music venues are all a part of this lively inner SE neighborhood. We are located on bus lines 70, 20, 19 and 12 as well as very close to the Portland Street Car and Max Light rail. Transportation should never be a problem from this location. There is free street parking as well for those traveling with a car. Guests will enjoy a private two bedroom with a large living and dining room area and big kitchen. The bathroom has a spacious claw-foot bathtub and bedrooms each have a queen bed. There is a front deck that is great for hanging out, eating, drinking and people watching on sunny days. Guests will check-in at their convenience (after 3pm) with the digital locks, location communicated in the house manual after booking. I am always available by text, airbnb message or phone call during a visit but will not be around unless I am asked. For any questions or requests, I’m available! This neighborhood is packed with tons to do, eat and drink. We are walking distance from downtown, the convention center and very convenient to many other neighborhoods. I recommend staying without a car but if you do bring one there is plenty of free parking all around. I am one block off of several bus lines and a few more blocks to the Portland Street car. The Max light rail is a short bus ride away and can be transferred to via the line 70. **Located above a legal operating Marijuana dispensary. There is no smoking on the property.

  • Jonathan & Faith were excellent hosts! The house was clean, extremely spacious, and very comfortable. It's a neat old home with all kinds of character in every room. All amenities were supplied. Location was terrific, we never needed a car except when we headed to the coast. I would recommend Jonathan's place every time!

    Chuck2018-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great place, location, and Jonathan is very friendly and communicative. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

    Shanley2017-01-15T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely recommend staying here! Great location for walking to restaurants and bars. The place is very spacious and clean. Also the style of the air bnb is adorable!

    Hailey2019-04-15T00:00:00Z
  • Beautifully crafted space in a building with lots of character. Great touches throughout and basic amenities were there! Bigger space than I imagined and extremely pleased with location. We were traveling with two little ones and it was easy to get around without a car thanks to lightrail, walking and the electric scooter rentals. Nice bar and coffee shop just across the street. Highly recommend!

    Tara2018-09-26T00:00:00Z
  • It's a good place to stay. Huge apartment size. One critique is you can hear people walking upstairs.

    Yepeng2017-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. HUGE apartment, awesome bar across the street. Jonathan was nice and attentive during our stay.

    Jim2016-11-28T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was adorable and super close to everything. There was more than enough space for four people. Beds were comfortable. The host left everything for us that we needed. Would definitely book this again if traveling with friends.

    Dani2016-01-17T00:00:00Z
  • Great neighbourhood, nice space, very private. Unfortunately a lot of the area was under construction when we were there, so it was quite hard to find parking nearby and we didn't really get to enjoy the nice patio during the day because of the noise. The place was quiet at night, we didn't find the upstairs neighbours noisy as some other reviewers did. The place could use a deep clean, some stuff like the fridge, windowsills, cabinet doors and stuff were pretty grubby, but all the most important stuff was very clean; sheets, towels, toilet, tub, etc. Beds were comfortable. Would be great for a longer stay as the spaciousness and big kitchen make it quite home-y.

This studio unit has hardwood floors, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and granite counter tops. Bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The built in standard FULL SIZE wall-bed provides for a comfortable living space. Walking distance to the Convention Center. Great hotel alternative.
  • The space was stylish and very clean. Easily accessible to major roads and highways. It made getting around Portland a breeze. Despite having no designated parking the free street parking was easy to find.

  • Eric was a great host and the place is just as described. Very nicely appointed and close to lots of things. The bed is comfy and the kitchen spacious. Easy to make yourself at home and a perfect start for adventuring. 😁 Great bang for your buck - I would absolutely come back! Thanks, Eric!! 👏🏼

    Chris2017-12-11T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely fantastic place to stay! So cute, so convenient, and impeccably clean. Eric was extremely accommodating of my inconvenient check-out times and was a pleasure to meet. Next time I am in Portland I will be staying with him again. Thanks so much Eric!!!!

    Briea2017-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • Eric's place was even better than expected. We found the condo perfect for the two of us. The place was clean, inviting, and relaxing. Just what we wanted. I would highly recommend Eric's place for a single or couple to enjoy Portland.

    Shane2019-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Eric met me in the evening because my plane arrived late. He's personable. The location is excellent - central and accessible to most of the city by mass transit. The condo was clean and well set-up. Great value.

    David2016-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great location! Exceptionally clean! Eric was a great host with communicating prior to the stay and during check-in! The place had a 1920’s quirks, but a modern update! I would 100% stay here again next time I go to Portland.

    Julianne2018-04-07T00:00:00Z
  • Really great place to stay. Like having a really nice hotel room for half the price. Everything is as the ad says it would be. Eric was great and accommodating. Highly recommend!

    Jessica2016-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Exactly as we hoped! The studio is clean and in perfect condition. I stayed at Eric's place with my husband for four days in August 2016. This was our first visit to Portland and we recommend Eric's place to everyone. This studio has a perfect location, a walk distance to Lloyd Center (a shopping mall), Safeway market, Walgreens and lot of restaurants. It is also a walk distance to MAX Light Rail Service (Red, Blue and Green lines) and Bus lines. The location is close to downtown and easy to get the highways. He gives recommendations for restaurants, markets around and closest free parking. We made a misunderstood with our check-out date, and we checked-out late than expected. Eric had a new guest to arrive and nevertheless it was great to understand our fault. We are very sad and embarrassed for causing this inconvenience to him. We appreciated and loved our stay! Eric's place is a perfect place to stay as a home base while visiting Portland!

Jupiter Hotel is a locally owned and operated renovated 1970's style motor lodge. Doug Fir Lounge is on site, with great food and beverage options and a music venue with performances most nights. Night owl? Early riser? You’ll feel at home here. Request the bar side for a lively environment with the Doug Fir patio just outside. Or chill side rooms are a quieter retreat away from the action.
Rooms feature: unique local art, mid-century modern style furnishings, free wifi, flat screen tv, complimentary coffee in the lobby and chalkboard doors to unleash your inner genius.
In the heart of the inner east side cultural district, Jupiter is surrounded by great places to eat, drink, shop and explore. We are a few blocks from the Burnside Bridge which can take you in to downtown or the waterfront with the Saturday Market. On site, in addition to Doug Fir Lounge, we also have Hey Love, which is an all-encompassing bar/restaurant/lounge/indoor jungle/neighborhood escape/all day hangout spot with hours from 7am-2am. Our neighborhood has locally owned boutiques, great food and beverage, as well as multiple theaters for live performances. We are also a short jaunt form the Moda Center and the Convention center.

  • This is a great place to stay in Portland. Al's room is in the Jupiter hotel, so it's a really easy check-in process and it offers all of the typical hotel amenities. The bar next door, Doug Fir, is a blast. The area is great with lots of good food and nightlife. I'd highly recommend this spot for a Portland getaway.

    Kevin2017-04-23T00:00:00Z
  • Jupiter is in a great location, with a music venue onsite. Rooms can be a bit loud, but overall it's a cool hotel.

    Michael2019-05-23T00:00:00Z
  • The Jupiter is a funky cool hotel & perfect when attending an event at the Doug Fir Lounge - I've stayed there often for that reason alone. Many great restaurants nearby as well.

    Lisa2017-05-24T00:00:00Z
  • Jupiter is great to stay at as long as you plan to be out late, as the loud music goes on until early AM. Other than that, you cannot really beat the location, comfort, people, friendly reception, and value. Thanks for everything Jupiter!

Broadway is a bustling street in the heart of Portland. This cozy unit, referred to as the Painted Hills Suite, in a fourplex is located on the Eastside near the Moda Center, restaurants, etc. Downtown Portland is a 7-minute drive across the bridge. 3 blocks from BIKETOWN rental location!
Each one of our three vacation units are custom themed and fully furnished with large living room, formal dining room, full size kitchen, large bedrooms and large sun rooms. You won't find a better nightly rental deal in the Central City. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 twins. There are 2 sofa beds, one in the living room, one in the sun room. For large groups, there is also a full sized hidden bed in the dining room. There is a large table in the dining room, so you can cook, share a meal together, and then go out on the town or stay in and watch a movie on one of the 2 Roku TV's with Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Hulu subscriptions. We have custom blinds, the upper units have great views of the city and the building has all of the charm and character you would expect from a custom built turn of the century Old Pdx fourplex.
Portland has a growing reputation for local breweries, excellent restaurants, and exquisite coffee shops. Other local attractions nearby include the Moda Center, Lan Su Chinese Garden, the Grotto, the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry, and more.
  • The place was in a prime location and the communication was A1! Was overall the perfect stay for 6 people.

    Jacquizz2019-07-13T00:00:00Z
  • This place is really quaint! It is very spacious. Remember to pull out the bed under the buffet. Our daughter used it and it was really great. All the beds were comfortable. The place is really clean. You can leave your car out front after 7 and leave till 8 am then you need to move it. Parking it one block north for free worked out great. Safeway is 2 blocks away. The kitchen has all of the basic necessities. No dishwasher or microwave, however, the positives way out way those only two negatives. We would come again. We stayed 5 nights.

    Darlene2017-12-29T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean place, with lots of space and in a great location. Host is vey acclimating. Would do business again!

  • This house is awesome, much bigger than we expected. We had six women staying there for a bachelorette party and we each had our own bed! The house itself has beautiful furniture and was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for a quick 6 minute uber downtown or to the Pearl. Highly recommend for groups.

  • The Painted Hills Suite was definitely spacious enough for our group of 5. This location cannot be beat because it is centrally located to everything we wanted to do (never more than a 10 minute drive), there was a grocery store a couple blocks down, and it was in a fairly quiet neighborhood. The host provided an extensive list of places to eat, grab a drink, and to check out. I would definitely book the Painted Hills Suite again if I'm in the area again.

  • The apartment is perfectly appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay -- from the kitchen equipment (way more than is usual) to the toiletries to the guide books. Excellent value for sophisticated accommodation.

Renovated 1898 Neo-Classical Victorian 800 sq ft. large view loft studio apartment. Restaurant row featuring award winning LePigeon is five minute walk away. Near Convention Center, Lloyd Center shopping mall, movie theater. Streetcar 3 blocks away, Max Train 10 minute walk, buses to downtown 2 blocks, or walk across Burnside Bridge. Easy access to I-84, route to airport. Located in urban Central Industrial area, neighbors are businesses in smaller buildings. Urban noises. City and tree views.
Built in 1898, this house was a Sears and Roebuck catalog house that came by train in a "kit", and then by horse drawn wagon to the building site. It has been renovated by owners and has had recent updating.
This 1898 home is one of the few remaining houses in what used to be a residential neighborhood. We have lovingly restored her to more modern living but many details remain true to the period. Home is located in an urban area with the attendant urban noises associated with adjacent businesses that occur throughout the day and night including trains, car and truck and traffic noises. A nearby bakery sometimes has the smell of baking bread. Many restaurants within walking distance. Recent apartment construction nearby has brought in more coffee shops and restaurants to explore. House is located in area with light foot and car traffic during the day. After business hours the traffic and parked cars are greatly reduced.
  • Place was cute! Came to town for a convention at the convention center. Planned to walk to and from the confrence center, but with 2 hr parking limit during week days infront of the bnb we ended up paying to park at the convention center rather then risk a ticket during the weekend day part of the stay. I am an early riser so it didn't bother me too much but it is pretty noisy in the morning. It started around 5 am while I was there. The walk to the convention center was really quick on the weekend days (10minutes)! I was thankful I wasn't walking alone because the walk leads you past several homeless tents/people. I will definatly stay there again if I am even in need to stay in the area again! Never met the host due to an 8pm arrival time the first night but she was quick to respond to a message when needed! Thanks Paulla!

  • Paulla's place is great. Really comfortable and close to restaurants and shops.

    Julie2017-08-17T00:00:00Z
  • Unique loft with stylish decor. Great organization and instructions. Had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had a great time and would stay there again.

    Daniel2019-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Paulla’s loft apartment is wonderful. Close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Lots of space in the apartment itself. I’d love to come back! Definitely recommended!

    Erin2018-06-16T00:00:00Z
  • It feel like it is in an industrial area, but totally walk-able to coffee, dinner, shopping and train. The loft is cute and cosy space in the middle of the city. Paulla was prompt with replies and flexible with arrangements.

    Hannah2018-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Well decorated and equipped. A little bit of a walk from everything, but not arduous, and it's fairly central to a lot of different parts of Portland. Paulla was easy to work with and helped enable an early check-in for us, which made our arrival in Portland a lot easier. This was a great place to stay for a couple of days while wandering through the city.

    Chelsea2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Great place and convenient to the convention center.

    Kristen2019-06-25T00:00:00Z
  • Great space in a convenient location near the Oregon Convention Center. We stayed here and loved being on a 5-7 min walk to the convention center. Also walking distance to downtown, the river, & many restaurants and coffee shops.

Whatever your reason may be for visiting Portland, my place is in an ideal geographical location and in close proximity to many of Portland's top destination spots. The apartment has great views of the city and overlooks the Burnside Bridge and Willamitte River. I like to keep my place clean with all the modern essentials of an apartment such as a Chemex, All-Clad cookware, linen sheets, and a fridge full of all sorts of hot sauces to name a few.
This studio apartment has exposed concrete in which a wall separates the living and bedroom space. There is a queen bed in the bedroom area and a futon couch in the living room area, which is surrounded by plants and terrariums. The kitchen is equipped with All-Clad cookware, Bodum french press, Bodum tea press, Chemex, Hario manual coffee grinder, cookbooks, and other items for your culinary needs. I have a water filter and drinks in the fridge that you are welcome to as well as a free range use of everything in the kitchen, including teas and Yerba Mate in the drawers. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment that you have access to. In the bathroom, I have available Kiehl's shampoo and face wash as well as local favorite from Portland's very own Maak Lab multi-use wet soap, which can be used on body, hand, face, and hair.
The apartment has great views of the city and overlooks the Burnside Bridge and Willamitte River. It is blocks away from Portland favorites like Olympia Provisions (best eggs benedicts), Ristretto Roasters, Water Avenue Coffee, Sizzle Pie, Le Pigeon, and Nong’s Khao Man Gai and Voodoo Donuts and Stumptown Coffee are just across the bridge.
  • V's apartment was stylishly decorated, clean and comfortable. Being located near the bridge, it has an amazing view of Portland and the Williamette River. V gave us wonderful recommendations of restaurants and cafes in the area. Check-in and check-out were easy. I'd love to be able to stay with V again the next time we are in Portland!

    Betty2018-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • V's place was right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. It was super clean and had a great view of one of the bridges--perfect for a night in.

    Kerwin2018-04-16T00:00:00Z
  • My husband and I enjoyed staying at V’s place. The location was great, close enough to downtown and quick walk to burnside. The space was very clean and the view was awesome. Key hand off was a bit delayed, but overall pretty easy. Would recommend this place!

    Jenny2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Great view and great location. Everything was there that you would need. A+.

    Nate2019-01-05T00:00:00Z
  • V was great! Apartment was so nice with a beautiful view! Free parking was a bit hard to find, since there was hour restrictions, but we were able to find some free parking without time restrictions, just have to hunt.

    Deirdre2019-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful location and is close enough to Uber to Downtown Portland or to visit tourist sites like the Gratto. Their place overlooks the iconic Portland sign and is incredibly styled. If you’re a photographer you’ll love staying in their beautiful home.

    Rosalie2018-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • V was great at communicating and providing options for picking up the apartment key. This place is close enough to enjoy all downtown Portland has to offer, while still getting to be an observer of the city at night. If you want a great view of downtown Portland, this is the place to stay. Plan on revisiting!

The second room door numbered #202 will have another pin code to enter your room. When you enter your room you will find a large size room fully furnished with a king size bed, 43 inch tv, microwave, mini fridge, laptop work station, hair dryer, mirror, iron, ironing board, and hangars. The room has high ceilings and a huge bay window wall with great city views. This room also has its own walk in closet for storage and updated wood tile floor that looks amazing. The entire building is updated and renovated. Outside of your room to the right in the hallway you will find the bathroom that is shared by the three rooms.

  • Stylish hotel with great views from our 6th floor room. The bed was luxuriously large and comfy. Great location, within walking distance of many of Portland’s best restaurants off Burnside. There was ample street parking and we had no issues there. Would definitely stay again!

  • Stayed here for a night to avoid extensive driving after a wedding. We were on the top floor with a great view of the city, and it was surprisingly quiet, despite the noise in the lobby and for being across from the elevator. There is a bar downstairs, so the lobby can be a bit crazy on a Saturday night. Had a less-than-fun experience with a drunk party in the elevator, but that's the risk you take with a hotel in the city.

The Parlor Unit is located on the main floor of an 1898 Neo-Classical Victorian. Enter through your own entrance. The original bay-windowed parlor consist of one large room encompassing the living area with couch, coffee table, chairs and desk and a sleeping area highlighted with queen bed. A separate kitchen has frig, gas range, microwave, sink, table and 2 chairs plus all items for preparing a meal. New vintage style bathroom has claw foot tub shower combo.

  • If you're in Portland for a convention at the Oregon Convention Center, this cozy and quaint (and spacious) first floor of a late-1800s Victorian home is only a 10-minute walk away, and is a great landing pad after a long day at a convention. Comfy bed, vintage clawfoot tub, good kitchen. My only quibbles were that unfortunately for our stay, the parlor hadn't been properly restocked with coffee or toilet paper. The hosts told us how to open the supply closet for the toilet paper, but unfortunately, there was no coffee, which -- for anyone who has to be at a convention early in the morning knows -- is practically a deal breaker! The hosts were also a little lax to communicate with, as we didn't get the entry code until 30 minutes before arrival, which was stressful (they said they were having issues with the Airbnb app). But other than these minor hosting issues, the actual space itself is quite lovely. And you're only a short walk away from a few legendary Portland places to eat: Voodoo Doughnuts, Le Pidgeon, and Doug Fir.

  • This is a very spacious apartment in a great location - very close to the convention center (an easy 10 minute walk) and streetcar. There are a ton or restaurants near it as well - everything from killer food trucks to Beard-award winners. Your choice of great coffee shops nearby as well. I was there during the heat-waves in August'17 and the place was nice and comfortable. Paulla was a great host and has a wonderful house on her hands here.

    Mitchell2017-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • This place is beautiful! Great location, too. We were able to walk to a number of bars and restaurants and everything else was a quick Uber ride away. We were very happy with our stay.

    Katarzyna2019-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • Location is a lot less desirable than expected. There are homeless people living out right in front of the home. You can hear them talking at night. Our car got broken into (window smashed) with a trash bag of beer cans. Host apologized but made it sound like it’s happened before. The instructions for home specifically said do not leave blinds up during the day. There’s a security camera on the porch. The area is industrial with no amenities or restaurants within 2 blocks. Street parking is free on weekends but limited to 2 hours on weekdays. The home was clean, but the shower is small and difficult to use if you are tall.

    Dean2018-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed here for a few days during a conference and it was really fabulous! It’s just a couple short blocks from the convention center and the area around the house has some great places for coffee and food. The space has been very well designed, with a an eye towards design. I’ll stay again next time I’m at a conference in pdx!

    Alex2019-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Great location and very safe. I read in some previous reviews about homeless being an issue but I didn’t once see anyone homeless anywhere near the home. It’s a very industrial area and is very well kept.

  • Un sitio bonito y bien acondicionado, limpio y en un buen barrio. Le falta máquina lavaplatos o por lo menos descontar parte del dinero que se destina a la limpieza. La calefacción hace ruido. Fue muy agradable la estancia

  • I really like the interior design of this house. It is close to Portland downtown and took us about $8 to take Uber from the downtown to the house. The only thing that I think can make the house better is to add another bathroom. One bathroom is really not enough for 6 people.

  • The description was very accurate. Great location, walking distance to everything you need. The decor was so cute and all the guests were so impressed with ease of staying at Silver Falls.

  • This place was perfect for our group. Plenty of space and the location made it easy to get all over the city.

  • Super spacious and cozy suite. Spent the weekend in Portland with friends and enjoyed our stay in the air bnb. Some noise from the guests above us but overall a wonderful stay.

  • House was in a great location and had plenty of space for our large group. Lots of seating and sleeping areas and well furnished. The cleaner was not finished with the house by our check in time, which wasn't a huge deal, but we also only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay and 8 guests and no trash bags. Only one small trash can, so going back and forth to the trash room was sort of tiresome. We ran out of TP on the last night but were told that they could not bring us more, so we had to go buy our own. For the price we paid, we expected more accommodating service, but overall a pleasant experience.

  • This flat was exactly what our family needed to explore Portland. We had a lower flat and the description of noise traveling is accurate, but the neighbors did totally respect the quiet hours. We felt close to everything, the place is well furnished, and the beds are really comfortable.

  • My 6 friends and I had a great stay in Portland this weekend for my birthday! Tiffany was great with communication and gave us some great tips. The unit was definitely enough room for the 7 of us and while we were somewhat concerned about only 1 bathroom, it proved to not be an issue. There was plenty of sleeping space and there were plenty of towels and storage space for everyone. Having the electronic code to get into the unit was a great touch because it allowed us to not have to worry about coordinating key hand-offs. Also, the building is close to a Safeway and a variety of great restaurants and bars! We also were only a short (~7-10 minutes) Uber away from downtown. The building is on a somewhat busy street and the walls are on the thinner end so I would like to point out that there can be some extra noise at times. However, it is not significant and did not affect our stay much at all. More something to be aware of if you have friends who are light sleepers. Thank you for a lovely space to come back to during an amazing weekend exploring Portland! I would definitely stay here again if I returned with a larger group.

  • This place is great for groups as it is very spacious and comfy. The decor is quite trendy and it is walkable distance to Safeway for your grocery needs. This location is on a buzzing street along with a wall that is shared with another rental space, so if outside noise bothers you, it might be not for you. Other than that, it is great place!

  • Very inviting and comfortable space for a group.

  • I came here with a friend and my dog. It was a very nice stay - everything worked as it should, and the place definitely excels in style. The restaurant/bar downstairs was amazing, too. Valet was really convenient and nice. My only complaint is that the bathroom situation in the room did not allow for much privacy. I wish there was a little more separation from the bathing area and the sleeping area. I also wish that there were doggy relief areas on the property - maybe I missed them?

  • Lovely room with lots of options and helpful, twenty-four hour front-desk staff.

  • Jupiter NEXT provided a great jumping off point to downtown Portland. Check in was straightforward, the room had a fantastic view of the city, and amenities were above average. Overall, I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Portland.
