  • A cosy, stylish little studio with everything you could want. Secluded enough that your privacy feels complete but connected enough that the train, shops and cafes are all a scenic walk away. Wendy was super hospitable and friendly, waiting for us at our chosen check-in time and had left lots of info and guidance regarding the area and the apartment. Would recommend to anyone.

  • It was everything as described and the apartment is really close to the city centre. We also had a late flight to catch and Wendy allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartement until we had to leave for the airport in the evening. A great host!

    Our apartment is very well located in a quiet part of the bussiness area, not to crowded, we love to go for a walk or picnic to Langley Park and see the sunset by the river. The food is pretty good arround here, just downstairs is a very nice Cafe shop whith a friendly staff and nice food, affordable for any pocket. Nearby there is also a grocery store with all you may need if you feel like cooking. (Rise supermarket)
  • Nadia and Tom were very accommodating as our flight was delayed and only arrived after midnight. Instructions of checking in were clear, location was very convenient and both Nadia and Tom were really nice and friendly people. Baywaters car rental is just opposite the apartment which was a plus point for us.

  • This was a perfect apartment for the two of us, conveniently located for easy access to Perth city, northern suburbs, as well as the beaches. Everything was in good working order, clean and ready to use. Access to freeway is just 60 seconds away but there was no problem with noise, in fact the unit is far quieter than other busier areas in the city. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within 7-8 minutes walk from the unit. Gaining access to the keys and security gates of the unit was easy.

    Modern room in an apartment that’s close to Perth city. East Perth train station is only a 3 minute walk or catch the bus as the bus stop is right out the front. A place to relax and feel at home. Our apartment has everything you will need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Netflix, unlimited internet, a selection of cereal, tea & coffee for breakfast. A short 15 minute drive to the airport which is super convenient. You will be sharing the apartment with my partner Josh & I :)
    Your room comes with its own ensuite with premium linen, towels, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Dental care kit available upon request. The bed comes with a very comfortable mattress that’s fitted with electric blankets for the cooler nights and a fan for the warmer nights. You’ll have access to your own private balcony where you can enjoy Perth’s beautiful weather.
    Highgate and East Perth are ideal locations as it’s only a 5 minute drive to the Perth CBD. HBF Park (NIB Stadium) is across the road.

  • Wow. What to say. Cyril and Joshua were absolute legends. We booked to stay as we were due to catch the Indian Pacific to Sydney and their place is ridiculously close. However.. the train got cancelled (derailment apparently) yet Cyril was super accommodating and allowed us to pop back, re-pack, use their Wi-fi etc to book flights and accommodation (as well as giving us a little tour of the city). Insanely generous and extremely kind. They both put us at ease and allowed us to feel at home. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows were all encompassing and the little touches were very well thought out. If we ever find ourselves in Perth again we will 10000% look Cyril up!

    On a quiet, tucked away lane in the heritage heart of West Leederville, is a light-filled and airy studio apartment overlooking a green and flower-filled private courtyard. From sleepy first-light chirping, there's a constant chatter of birdlife especially in the big Liquid Amber tree which gives the treehouse treasure its unique character.
    With polished wooden flooring, private bathroom, Scandinavian furniture, double bed (solid fold out couch) and great cooking facilities (scanpan, microwave, rice cooker, fridge) this is a very comfortable space.
    This area is the heritage part of West Leederville where many of the houses were built around 1920. The big, graceful street trees which create such a cool, shady environment were planted many years ago.

  • Quite simply perfect. The loft is a completely self contained unit and Felicity is a friendly and extremely generous host, always willing to offer handy local tips, and stocking the cupboards and fridge with an assortment of goods and produce. The bed was very comfortable with high quality pillows and bedding. The shower has a good pressure and is nice and hot. The location is perfect, far enough out of the CBD to be quiet yet close enough to walk into the city should you wish (about 5-6km along the railway path). If walking is not your thing, the West Leederville train station is a 5min easy walk, and the free CAT bus stops are very close by. Lots of walking, cycling and running options from the doorstep: Kings Park, Lake Monger and The Herdsman are all a feasible distance. I will definitely use Felicity's place again whenever I am in Perth.

We had a complicated arrangement as my husband and I were relocating to Perth and the loft was a temporary stay until we found a permanent residence. They accommodated us (and our cat!) and were so generous with us cutting our stay much shorter than initially anticipated. The loft itself was in a great location, safe and the amenities were excellent. The pantry and fridge were generously stocked and we were able to cook most meals there. The icing on the cake was checkout day where they went right out of their way to help me out of quite a predicament. I’ll never forget their generosity and kindness.   • Excellent space, in an ideal location. The space was as advertised, and everything I needed was provided. The bed was very comfy. The welcome sign and gift were appreciated. Callums communication is exceptional. I had to remove one star for the neighbor issues: loud neighbors above who sang and danced 2 of the nights, and had arguments and sang at 0320 a 3rd night. While this is beyond the owners control, 3 nights poor sleep while attending a conference impacted negatively on my experience. Unless these neighbors move or change their behaviors it may also impact on future guests. As I always try to review in a subjective, rather than objective manner, I felt compelled to comment on this. If the neighbor issue resolved I would rebook in a heartbeat, and wish Callum the best for the future.

    Fresh one bedroom comfy sunshine filled inner city apartment. Great base to stroll around the city during the day or for a night on the town. the apartment had keyless entry and self check in Tourist attractions on the doorstep (the Perth Mint), stroll around the historic heart of Perth or enjoy a coffee in a local café Early check in / late checkout $50 each
    The building is of an older style ( it used to be the nurses quarters for the hospital. As there is no smoking in the building people go out the main entrance to smoke. 50m2 one bedroom apartment is new. Fully renovated throughout including new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped along with coffee machine and includes a washer/ dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed a single day bed and a single trundle bed, tv, with plenty of hanging space for clothes. The lounge has a queen sofa bed, tv, table and chairs, The bathroom has shower, toilet and twin marble vanities. The apartment is secure with keyless entry. but has a back up set of keys in a lockbox - codes given prior to arrival For infants and toddlers there is no bathtub, I have a plastic baby bath, travel cot and a highchair. Please note - ONLY THE QUEEN BED IS MADE UP all linen is in the cupboard to make the other beds, it is your choice which beds you would like to use as you might like to keep the lounge room as the lounge room
    East Perth and the apartment block are mulitcultural with an array of restaurants and bars all in walking distance. There is a service station just around the corner for milk, snacks, fuel etc. The Perth Mint is across the road, The WACA is just down the road. Also close to Royal Perth hospital A short walk will get you to Murry and Hay street malls for shopping, Northbridge and the Cultural centre for dining and entertainment Or head down to the waterfront for a coffee or pint at the Royal or Toast. The free cat busses will get you to Kings Park and all place inner Perth A block over on Hays streets you will find the Grosvenor hotel (does a good chicken parmigiana). Jaws has the sushi train. Also there is a small supermarket

Great place for muslims travelers like us to stay at Melanie’s place since there’s a lot of accessible halal market nearby. The house itself is quite private. It was at 2nd floor, less hassle to wait for elevator with the 2 small kids. Melanie provided amenities just like what’s said in the adds, even more. The kitchen utilities all provided makes it easier for us to prepare our own food. There are even complimentary milk and coffee provided. It’s such a nice gestures from Melanie. You can wash and dry your clothes as there are washer and detergent provided. Everything else is superb. Really great hospitality and very nice place to stay for our small family of four. We surely recommend this place to our friends and family.

Just a brief run through of the apartment saw us ready to start our holiday. Claudio sent us a message the very next day checking all was well. The apartment is immaculately maintained. The quiet balcony overlooking the city is beautiful. Although the apartment is not central the centre was walkable in about 20 mins or 5 minutes. $2.20 2 section ticket by train which is just a 5 minute walk away. This train is also directly linked to the freemantle line $4.50 2 zone ticket which is accessible in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend this flat.

It’s clean apart from a really gross bathroom floor with lots of black hairs. It only got cleaned the day I left. Communication was a breeze, with prompt, helpful responses from Stephanie and check in was facilitated with the help of John, who gave me a quick overview of the property. If you're travelling with a car, you might have a little trouble working out the logistics of on street parking and parking stations, but it certainly doesn't detract from a great value apartment which is an ideal base for visiting Perth.     Cute room in a character house with city views. You are staying on a peaceful street only a couple of blocks from all the attractions that the city has to offer with countless bars, cafes, restaurants and cultural attractions. The house is yours to enjoy with sunny and peaceful living spaces and a fully appointed kitchen if you feel like eating in. Your easy going respectful host lives and works in the area and is happy to point out the best places to eat and drink and things to do!
    - Perfectly located to all the action of the city but set back on a quiet street. - Hard wood floors, tall ceilings and air con. - Perth's best park just down the road, grab a coffee and take a stroll. - Train and bus station an easy walk of 10-15 away.
    Its amazing... seriously. On the edge of Norhbridge/China town and the City there is nowhere else with so many dinning and nightlife options that can be simply walked to. Not to mention Hyde Park just around the corner my favorite Perth park where you can do as a the locals do and try and walk off the ill effects from the night before :)

    The apartment is very close to the Kings Park, and also very close to the city. The Kings Park has lots to offer for its guests. It is rich in Aboriginal and European history, contemporary culture and offers innovative design, displays and services. Kings Park also has an international reputation for scientific research and conservation. You will be able to spot over 3000 different species of the State's unique flora! The apartment is also only a street away from the Jacob's Ladder which will lead you out to the Mounts Bay road. You will spot lots of locals exercising on the series of stairs, as it has a beautiful view not many other stairs can offer. Once you make it down the stairs, then you can go for a stroll along Mounts Bay Rd with the Swan river to your side, and watch baby ducklings marching together (or perhaps running away from you) with their mum. You can usually spot black swans there too, a large waterbird that is also Western Australia's official bird emblem. Lastly, the Perth city is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment. Once you pass the foot bridge that is right next to the entrance to the apartment, you will be led onto St George's Terrace and Milligan Street. There are lots of bars, cafes and restaurants on those streets (especially St George's Terrace) and most of them are locally owned with their own unique styles and vibes. If you would like to explore the heart of the Perth CBD then it is only a couple of blocks away from St George's terrace as well.

    Newly renovated, light, one bedroom unit in ideal location close to the city. Undercover secure parking, internet, fully equipped kitchen. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar (but no breakfast). Close to ferries, buses, trains, river and shops. In a quiet location, well shielded from the freeway. It does not have a bath.
    Mill Point Road, South Perth, is a very leafy and picturesque location. The area is flat and great for walking, running and even cycling around the river. There are some fabulous cafes and yummy food stores in the Mends Street strip. The ferry is only six minutes walk.

    Incredibly close to public transport, the CBD, Leederville, Northbridge, freeways, cafes, bars and restaurants. Very secure 3 bedroom house on a centrally located cul de sac. Old house with wooden floorboards and high ceilings, recently renovated with nice garden, two small chickens (Gertrude and Keith), two cats (Apollo and Hermes) and two housemates (Chloe and Nathan). Feel free to play PlayStation on the projector, hang out in the yard with a wine, lounge in the lounge with some records.
    Shared lounge and kitchen area, shared outdoor area. Sharing the bath and bathroom with one other housemate. Your room is first on the left with double doors
    Leederville is an easy 5 minute stroll so there are plenty of cafes and bars and small shops. The free bus route into the city is just around the corner (although it’s a 15 min walk into northbridge), the freeway entry is near us, as are a few different train stations. It’s a quiet tucked away little area very close to a lot of action.

    Everything about this large Penthouse gushes with luxury and comfort. There has been no expense spared to make this property stand out against all others. It is located near the Swan River and only a 10 minute walk to the city or you can choose to catch the free City Cat buses from the corner. Wander down and pat the kangaroos or watch the dolphins playing in the river. There are many cafes and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and a supermarket that sells everything.
    Very exclusive area. Close to Optus Stadium. Plenty of Dining options and a selection of food types.

Cary gave very clear instructions to get in, had public transport cards ready to use at the door, and was great with communication.   • Location was great for getting around. Located just 5mins from the famous vietnam pho beef noodles store (Viet Hoa), good food was just round the corner while in late at night. Bathroom was brightly lit and clean, with heater for the cold winter. The bad side, on the first day of our arrival, we couldn't find the entrance to the house. It is not located on the main street, rather, has to be entered via a non-lit back alleyway which i felt abit unsafe for females at night. It took us 15mins to survey the address only to find out, where the house entrance access was. The surrounding of the house was messy; untrimmed weeds stems even at the front gate, making entering a tad uncomfortable. Over looking the house is an ill-maintained barren land-hold. Owner's car with baggage tow was parked right at front gate barely made space for moving our luggage in. Getting the key was easy, managed to figure the key hold on the gate. The interior of the house is messy. Boxes and loose articles were randomly stacked in the corner of the living room which rendered only half the living room usable. Last ditch attempt to make one side of the house looked good but in fact, the other half was poorly stacked with clutter. The clutter was also evident in the backyard. Rusted bicycles and loose tools were left to rot under the sun with tall weeds intertwined. Washing machine was unusable. Laundry was left soaking in it overnight. Utility room was cluttered with work tools. General untidiness. Pleased to use the pots and pans which were clean. However, shocked to find the dishwater machine ladened with a full load of stain-hardened food plates and cutlery which seemed like it has been left for a couple of days in it. Room was neat and clean when we arrived. Bedsheet and quilt were stained.

  • Olivia'a apartment was exactly what we needed - in a great location in Perth close to shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was a cool apartment in a heritage building so lots of character and really well kept - the air conditioning was a welcome addition!! Olivia's mum Penny was fantastic to deal with on check in, especially as we were arriving on a late flight mid-week. She also kept in contact to make sure we were enjoying our trip and to see if we needed anything which was super sweet. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

When the time we were in Perth, Olivia was in the U.S. However, her friendly parents took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. Thanks Penny (Olivia's mum), she recommended several places to dine. Also thanks Tony (Olivia's dad), he was there to greet my partner and I on the first day. Location of the apartment is perfect, right in the heart of Perth CBD. Close to cafés, pubs & great places to eat. Most tourist attractions are within walking distance.     This renovated one bedroom apartment with city glimpses is centrally located on the border of Highgate & Perth and close to all amenities, a few minutes walk to Perth CBD, TAFE, Northbridge restaurants, Beaufort St cafe strip and public transport.
    Good size open plan design with spacious bedroom with built in robes and an ensuite bathroom. Private balcony. Communal laundry facilities are located on the first floor level with washer & dryer. A single allocated open air car bay is located in the rear common parking area for convenience.
    Lincolns 102 coffee shop has to be the best around town and is just metres away from the apartment.
  • Nils’ house was located in an area close to the center of the city. It’s just a 5min ride on the bus or car, or if it’s daytime it’d be okay to walk for about 20 minutes to get done exercise. The directions and rules for the accommodation was clear and it was nice that Nils replied to me really quickly. The kitchen had enough plates, pots, pans, cutlery, and all the other stuff you need for cooking. I had to do the laundries twice this time but the the directions for using the machines were clear so it was easy once you figured it out. It’s nice that a there was a rack for drying clothes.

    My comfy apt. no. 808 is in a great location in the heart of the city and close to everything Perth has to offer. Across the road from Perth Concert Hall, walking distance to Elizabeth Quay, Bell Tower, shops, Royal Perth Hosp. & more. Within the free bus zone with buses and cafes on the doorstep. BEST VALUE with SEPARATE LIVING & BALCONY! A great space for singles, couples, families - sleeping up to 4 adults and one infant. It has free WIFI, a/c, laundry. There are pay car parks very close by.
    The apartment has free wifi, is stylishly furnished and has reverse cycle air conditioning to make your stay comfortable. It is located within an apartment hotel that is well lit, making it a safe option for solo travellers. It has a separate bedroom, combined fully-equipped kitchen and living (with a queen size sofabed), laundry and bathroom. A small balcony means that you can enjoy a little fresh air and watching the sun set over the city. It has a cot and high chair for a little one. It is in a very convenient location in the heart of the city, making exploration of the city very easy. If you want to travel further afield, it is a 10 minute walk to the train station. Buses are plentiful with bus stops just around the corner including the free Red Cat bus. At the end of a day of sightseeing, enjoy relaxing on the balcony or have dinner in the ground floor restaurant or at one of the many restaurants nearby.
    The apartment is in the heart of the city and is bustling with life during the day. However, at night all the traffic and noise is gone and it is pleasantly peaceful. From here, you are within walking distance of most of the city sights and the river foreshore. Royal Perth Hospital is only 0.5 km away and so this is a convenient place to stay if you are visiting loved ones at the hospital.

    Our place is close to art and culture, great views,, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities , the city. You’ll love this place because of the location as you can walk down through china town all the way to the city and through the museum and art gallery, also there is the free bus close by if you would rarther. The new Elisabeth quay is also close In the opposite direction you have beaufort street cafes and boutique shops as well as Inglewood night markets and NIB stadium.
    The apartment is cosy clean and new. Situated on Beaufort street one of the most vibrant streets around Perth with shops, cafes and nightlife in both directions and NIB stadium 300 metres away for soccer and sports fans which also hosts some great musical acts. One of our favourite spots is the Ellington Jazz Club, and being only 200 metres away makes for a great night. Crown Metropol and Casino is also a short drive away.

  • Karl's apartment provides a safe and secure environment. At night you can have relaxing moment at the balcony and see sunset and stars. Apartment is super clean with fresh air. Walking distance to cafe, restaurant and bus stop. Strategy location. For guest who want to cook meal, they also full set of kitchen utensil to the guest with some ingredients. Numerous cafes and coffee shops, supermarkets (including Coles and Woolworths), delis, fashion boutiques , renowned restaurants, bars, pubs and public transport mean that you have everything you need within 300m of my home. The Saturday morning Farmers Market is known as the best in Perth and I would certainly recommend it.
  • Julia´s place is just as advertised, spacious, comfortable and with a lovely balcony. You have your own room, bathroom and WC. Julia is a perfect airbnb host - friendly, helpful and relaxed. An ideal place to explore Perth - close to King´s Park and the botanic garden, within easily walkable distance of the free CAT bus to downtown Perth and not far from UWA.

  • Hi, I stayed at Julia's at the tail-end of my trip in Perth. It was perfect for my purposes - to explore King's Park and yet be central to restaurants, shops and the train station. Staying at Julia's is a little like climbing up the tower to a pristine white bedroom. I love that she's setup the bedroom like a hotel room, with a hot water kettle and two mugs. Only suggestion is to move the kettle near the plugpoint near the window (it makes sense and frees up space to move in front of the wardrobe) and add a teaspoon to one of the mugs. Heaps of storage space in the bathroom too. Fresh towels, extra blankets...what else can you ask for? Good value.

Everything is exactly as shown here, the bed is a dream, a very central but quiet area! Shops and grocery stores not even a 5 mins walk far, the station around 10 mins. The wifi works excellent in the whole house and the shared kitchen, bathroom and bedroom - everything was tidy and clean. The dog is a cutie (and not loud) and I had a good conversation with Julia, would consider Booking at her place over and over again! Thank you so much!

    Beautiful heritage house set in a peaceful location with parks and a vibrant international restaurant strip a 2 minute walk away. Public transport every 5 minutes into the city and Northbridge. Easy on-street parking available. 20 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to NIB stadium and a 20 minute walk to Optus Stadium.
    Federation house dating back to 1908. Original floorboards, high ceilings and leaded glass. Three seperate outside areas to enjoy some privacy - sit out on the verandah and watch the world go by, on the deck - with or without the umbrella, or under cover in the shade.
  • Hilary’s stay was perfect! The location is fantastic with so many restaurants, cafes and bars just a few streets away. The house is beautiful with stunning original features and so cosy. The outside area is a sun haven which was so lovely for breakfast. We felt at home straight away. Hilary and kitty are also the loveliest people you will ever meet. You will arrive a guest but leave as a friend. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for our favourite Airbnb stay Hilary and Kitty!!
