  • Emma is a super host. She created these videos to help guests find their way, such as the parking garage and the gym. Her check-in instruction was very detailed which made checking in a breeze. She gave so many local tips including restaurant recommendations. She gave me a recommendation when I asked her last minute when we decided to walk to Chinatown. The restaurant was authentic and food was delicious. We were so happy. The suite is spotless, modern, and tastefully decorated. Emma provided all the essentials guests would need, plus coffee and tea. The view was very open and the space was very relaxing. If we go back to Calgary, we definitely want to stay with Emma again.

Located 100m/yd from the Stampede grounds, train station and the citywide bike path system, walking distance from Mission, Inglewood, the Beltline & the downtown core, all of them expansive shopping, dining and entertainment districts. Enjoy the contained master bedroom with full private bathroom and ample storage space; access to kitchen & living room. DURING STAMPEDE I WILL PAY FOR GUEST PARKING.
    Your host is a native Calgarian who can provide recommendations on sightseeing, booking trips to the mountains, renting a car, all sorts of things. I speak poor French and Chinese.

  • Connell hosts a spacious place in the heart of downtown. I highly doubt if there is a better private room than the one Connell hosts. Connell is a very friendly and accommodating host. We were late by 3 hours for the check in but he welcomed us without any fuss whatsoever. Highly recommend this place for folks looking for a stay in Calgary Downtown .

  • Connell accommodated my earliness and allowed me to leave my duffel bag in his place while go out for lunch and stroll. He also provided tips around the area. It was just an overnight stay, everything was fine. Just a couple of feedback about the bathroom. The light switch was broken - still functional but needs fixing though je was forthright about it. The toilet was not so clean - you can see the grime and the (under) toilet seat was also pretty dirty.

The sheets were dirty and there was a used condom packet in plain sight by the bed which would have been spotted if even a basic room clean had been done. While Connell was really accompanying with our late checkin time, he did not respond to our message regarding the cleanliness of the room which was disappointing. Not sure if we would stay again

    If you're looking for a Beautiful place to stay in the heart of the downtown action, without all the noise, then this is the place for you. The street will remind you of peaceful neighborhood living but still only 2 blocks from the best dining and entertainment that Calgary has to offer. Only a short walk to the BMO center, telus convention centre, Stephen Avenue, 17th ave, repsol centre and government offices. Or enjoy a walk down the bow river. Complete modern renovation June 2019!
    This is a well kept space and very comfortable. I keep a fan for guests rooms if they get hot in the summer and I am always up for suggestion to what I can add to make the place better. ALL the necessities should be in the apartment but since I just moved in, it may need some little things. Feel free to let me know.
    Within a 10 minute walk in any direction you can get to THE SADDLEDOME, BMO CENTRE, COWBOYS CASINO, STAMPEDE GROUNDS, 17TH AVENUE ( Calgary's top street for dining, drinks and shopping), 4TH STREET DINING, STEPHEN AVENUE, THE CALGARY TOWER AND SOOOO MUCH MORE.

  • Staying @ Joel and Bre’s air bnb was great! They are very convenient when it comes to reaching them. Flexible on the time as far as check in/out. It’s the Perfect location in the downtown core and what a view! The air bnb was Immaculately clean inside, a shower head comparable to the commando 450, easy instructions and access to the condominium! Definitely recommend staying here and would stay again myself.

Although you are high enough to get away from it all and be completely sound proof and secluded from everything if desired.

  • Ember’s place is exactly as pictured. Very clean and a great location. Loved relaxing on the balcony and being within an easy walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Appreciated the secure underground parking as well. It does get noisy at night with traffic so light sleepers may need to bring ear plugs. The hot water took a very long time to heat up, so just be aware when taking a shower. It will get hot eventually! Loved all the extra touches (lots of supplies if needed) and ember was quick with communication. Would stay here again when back in Calgary, we paid a lot less here than if we went to a hotel

    Situated right downtown, only a five minute walk from stampede grounds & BMO centre this condo is what you’ve been looking for. Our unit boasts large windows with amazing views of downtown. We have two master bedrooms with walk thru closets into the generous ensuites. The kitchen is fully equipped for any cooking you need to do. We are also only minutes away from many amazing restaurants and pubs, tons within walking distance. If you’re here for stampede this is the perfect condo for you!
    Our space is up on the 22nd floor, with fantastic views of the city. There are two large master bedroom with a king size bed and queen size bed in the other that sleeps 4 and then a couch in the living room for an additional person to sleep. Both bathrooms connect to the master bedrooms and the shared bathroom connects to the living room making it perfect for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for anyone that wants to do any cooking while they’re here. If cooking isn’t your thing than be sure to check out all the amazing restaurants in the area.
    Our place is located right downtown only a 5 minute walk from stampede grounds, BMO center and cowboys casino! We are also only a short walk from plenty of amazing restaurants and 17th avenue. There is no better location than this when you’re travelling to Calgary!

My only issue is that I parked in the assigned space in the parkade as the host instructed me to but when I went to check out in the morningI had received a parking ticket. I attempted to contact the host about this and they did not reply or make any effort to remedy or even acknowledge the situation. So be careful if you park, you might get a ticket.

    Recently renovated with all new open concept kitchen complete with new cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher. Look through photos to see all new items provided (free coffee!). 55" Samsung Smart TV. Bathroom is all new and spacious complete with soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair blower and plenty of fresh towels. Bedroom has plenty of storage and extra sheets and pillows. The backyard is a hidden relaxing area in the heart of the city. Plenty of room in the courtyard to walk around and get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. If you require anything, please let me know and I do my best to accommodate.
    Conveniently located in Victoria Park, we are on the edge of 17th Ave's hustle and bustle and noise, but still within walking distance to the shopping, restaurants and bars they have to offer. Just on the edge of the Stampede and Saddledome arena, make it perfect for visiting the grounds at your convenience. Located within the building is a convenience store to purchase any quick snacks or forgotten household items. Around the corner, is delicious Bernard's Callebaut Chocolate Factory, and Manuel Latruwe Patisserie for amazing cakes and breakfast pastries. Around the other corner is Shopper's Drug Mart to stock up on fresh produce to cook at home. Or just relax in the condo and order UberEats / Just-Eat / SkipTheDishes and have almost any restaurant delivered to you within minutes. Within 2 blocks is a 24 hour fitness, Hot Yoga studio, Wine store, Starbucks, manicure services plus many food options.
