It’s easy access to Cleveland’s shops 1km, North Stradbroke Island ferry, walking distances to beautiful bays where you can swim or stand up paddle board. Marina is only 20 minute walk or 3 minute drive with access to lovely restaurants and cafes. Cleveland Point and Lighthouse are only minutes away. Plenty of parks for little ones and a bike and walking track only across the road for an early morning walk or run covering 10km plus. Kitchenette supplies all your basic cooking utensils, tea and coffee making facilities available. Seperate entry/access to the accommodation for added privacy from main residence and extremely safe location. Fenced Pool (shared with main residence) TV with Netflix and Foxtel Cleveland is a cute town located just outside of Brisbane. It’s the gateway to Queensland’s beautiful North Stradbroke Island and has all the amenities required for a lovely weekend away or a more quiet space to home while visiting places like Brisbane city, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. Cleveland offers plenty of cafes, restaurants and outdoor spaces. With access to public transport. Bus out the front door or the train line is 1.2km and is direct to the city. Getting from the airport is 35mins away and Uber or renting a car is best. Cleveland is a quiet town but Friday nights are fun and easy going with live music down at some great restaurant/bars at Raby Bay Marina. Sunday markets are a real treat too with plenty to look at, shop, eat and fun for the kids. Hospitals are 3 minute drive and easy access to grocery shops too. Car hire place is 600m from residence. 45 minutes to the Gold Coast which hosts the big theme parks, Movie World, SeaWorld Wet n Wild, Paradise Country don’t forget the new Top Golf. Surfers Paradise and beautiful beaches. While there is a set check-in and out time we are open and flexible if it is possible. **If you require early check-in or late check-out please inquire or request when booking. We will try to help with this if availability allows** ** please note: the accommodation is compact but very comfortable, read our reviews. Just so we are transparent some guest may find the en-suite or the accommodation area small and should note this place is budget friendly with all the convenient amenities so of course if you require large spaces or bathrooms this is not suited to you. In comparison to motel rooms this would be slightly smaller but more modern, private, secure and cheaper and still has everything required to be self contained.

Hospitals only 2km Restaurants, cafes and the bay are all within easy reach (4 minute drive) or 20/25 minute walk Main Street holds the markets every Sunday showing off great fresh local produce and crafts 35 minutes drive to the city 40 Minutes to the airport 15 minutes to main highway 2 hours to Noosa and Byron Bay 45 minutes to Gold Coast Redlands public and private hospital only 1.8km

  • Sarah’s place was so relaxing and just a really beautiful place to stay. The flat was lovely and stylish with everything you could need and the hosts were lovely and always respected our privacy, while instilling we had everything we needed. I personally loved the backyard. The flat having its own outdoor area and bbq was a hit, then to add chickens tree swing and a hammock and I was in heaven. We even extended our stay a few extra days and would definitely return again.

    Peaceful house in garden setting with pool. 35 minutes from Brisbane airport and CBD. North Stradbroke Island ferry on Moreton Bay is five minutes drive. Guest suite on ground floor with separate entry, double bed and bathroom, Guest lounge and deck, kitchenette with microwave, fridge, coffee, tea & toast provided. One double bed upstairs if required. We live in the house. Small pets welcome. Share BBQ, pool, kitchen, laundry. Bus and train nearby.
    Our home is in a quiet garden setting, with a guest lounge and private covered deck area. A fire pit is available in the back garden, with fruit and vegetable gardens producing throughout the year.
    Cleveland is a suburb of Brisbane on Moreton Bay. Ferry to beautiful North Stradbroke Island from here, or a 15 minute drive to Redland Bay ferries to other islands. The Sirromet Winery has fine dining in two restaurants, and hosts outdoor events such as A Day on the Green.

  • Helen and Norm were warm and welcoming. They allowed for early check in and showed me around their beautiful home and garden. The space designated for guests had great ways to politely close doors but honestly I didn’t feel I had to make any official boundary because of the layout. They opened their house, kitchen and space and we seamlessly fit right into their flow, using some kitchen stuff and fridge space. I’m glad I could compost and recycle. Helen was so gracious to give me a ride into town with a little tour of the lovely bay on the way. Norm even gave me a ride to the airport as we were heading out at the same time. Close to ferry for Stradbroke Island, & close Sirromet winery Mt Cotton. Own entrance. Sometimes share bathroom & wc with other guests.
    Bedroom at opposite end of the house to owners with private bathroom & toilet. We list 2 rooms - this is the first room. Please book this one first. If other room booked will need to share bathroom & wc with them. Lovely pool! Own entrance.
    Our street in in a cul-de-sac so it's very quiet with no passing traffic.

Location is great quiet part of Cleveland and close to Toondah Harbour, Raby Bay, shops and eatery’s The furnishings were lovely, brand new appliances, so fresh and extremely clean. A fantastic size TV with Stan and internet access. Honestly Deidre is such a wonderful host. I had a fantastic experience and found it easy to relax at the end of the day in this gorgeous space. The house itself is at the end of a quiet court and is quite large and fairly new. The room was as described and it was very convenient to have our own bathroom right next door. It was also nice to have our own TV in the room so we could watch the Football. Our breakfast of cereal, fruit and yoghurt, was a great start to the day. We would highly recommend staying here, and certainly would stay here again ourselves.

You’ll love the flat because of the location, total privacy, and has everything you need for your stay. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.     We have a two-story townhouse. We live in the upper story. The entire private ground-floor flat will be available for our guest with separate entrance door. It comprises : 1) a comfortable living and TV room with an electronic reclining Media Chairs, 55" 3D Plasma TV, Blue-Ray DVD Player. Please note : reclining sofa is not to be used as bed. There is a folding bed you can request if needed. 2) nicely furnished queen bedroom with an alarm-clock, radio/cd player, table lamp, laptop desk, fan or heater. There is also a 2-door build-in wardrobe with hangers and shelves. Towels and linen are provided. 3) bathroom with shower, toilet and hand basin. Body wash, shampoo/conditioner are provided. Hair dryer and iron upon request 4) kitchenette with induction hot-plate and two saucepans, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric jug, cutlery and crockery. Optional washing machine and dryer are available (small fee applicable.) 5) ground-floor patio with table, chairs and a 3-piece cane outdoor setting. Public Transport: There are buses with bus stops right outside our front door connecting to shopping precints in either direction Victoria Pt. (3 min) or Cleveland (2 min.) The train from Cleveland station to the city takes 55 mins. Location: We are south east of Brisbane, overlooking Stradbrooke Island with bay views and refreshing bay breezes. There are many cafes & restaurants in the Raby Bay Marina/Cleveland and Lakeside in Victoria Pt. Within 5 minutes you can find Medical/Dental clinic, Mater (private) and Redland (public) Hospitals, Movie theatre, Performing Art Centre, Library, Shopping centre and supermarkets nearby. Ferries to the Islands are close by. The Gold Coast could be reach less than an hour offering some of the best beaches in Australia and theme parks (Dreamworld, Wet & Wild, Seaworld, Movie World) and to Sunshine Coast in approx. 1h 1/2.
    There are several parks where you can ride bicycles, run, walk. Boardwalk is 10 min. walk from here. There is also a small beach where you can swim.- 3 min. drive. Ferries to islands are close by.

    Brand new granny flat. A perfect home base while visiting the family or the local attractions. Stradbroke Island with deserted crystal clear surfing beaches and beautiful white sand. Plenty of parks and play areas for the children. Natural environmental reserves. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping centres. 30min- Brisbane airport 10 min - Cleveland Hospital. 20 min- Sirromet winery. 10 min - Stradbroke ferry. 15 min - Sleeman Sports
    My aim has been to provide the best comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with plenty of hanging space. The bathroom is larger than normal. Fresh towels and linen is suppĺied. The food preparation area is in a real kitchen. Fully fitted out with pots, pans, glasses, cups, plates and a gas stove for cooking. A decent size fridge and front load washing machine is included. Fully air conditioned.
    Directly across the road are large gum trees where Koala's can be seen occasionally during mating season. There is a large park 5 min down the road where you can fish, have a bbq and a play gym for the kids. The neighbourhood is very quite and relaxing.

The guest bedroom, lounge and bathroom are on the first floor and provide privacy and comfort away from home.     This apartment is 128 sq.m. It boasts a secluded balcony, complete with outdoor furniture to seat at least 8-10. It has (Premium) Foxtel, (high-speed) internet, luxurious furniture and everything else you might need. It is directly across the road from the train station/buses. It is directly across the road from the marina (restaurants and bars) and is a 3 minute walk to the town centre. The closest pub - take your pick. There are a few. All within 3 minutes walk.
    The apartment boats a large living room with separate areas for dining and entertaining. It has a large one bedroom with access to a huge walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom offers a spa and separate shower. Carpets are new and the furniture is luxurious - nothing cheap or nasty. There is another toilet and a separate laundry also. The property is fully furnished and is complete with whatever you could possibly need - including Foxtel and high-speed internet. There is also an outdoor area comprising 28 sq.m.   • Stay was great. Was in Brisbane for a wedding and stayed 5 nights. Place was perfectly located to go to Cleveland and Victoria Pt. Rooms were spacious and clean. Off street parking was convenient as well as the multiple entrances. TV and lounge were very comfortable and was a great place to watch the Olympics during my downtime And best of all Susanna and Lionel were both very friendly and helpful but also gave you enough space as not to feel overwhelmed.

  • It is such a lovely little place! Susanna and Lionel were such great hosts. They were helpful and friendly but left me to have my privacy too. The downstairs of their townhouse is screened off from the upstairs and has all the creature comforts of nice living area with TV and leather reclining sofas, bedroom with a desk, kitchenette area with a microwave, kettle and hotplate There is a fridge/freezer in the garage which is connected to the downstairs area. To be honest I was only looking for a comfortable bed for a couple of nights as I was working just up the road in Cleveland. Comfortable bed and convenient location for me. I would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in this area.

We were attending an annual music festival in Cleveland at the nearby showgrounds. Anne and Bill very easy going, happy to offer local advice and suggestions, and also very interesting to chat with! They provided everything I could need to cool my food as well as towels and extra blankets for the cold night. It is a stones throw from the shopping centre and Raby Bay marina which we found very handy. Lyn was a really good host and pointed out lots of local places of interest to us. The Cleveland museum is excellent and well worth a visit. The Stradbroke Island ferry is at the end of the street so that was very handy too. We enjoyed cooking on the bbq and sitting at the outdoor area in the evenings. Thank you Lyn, we will return!

The Raby Bay marina and Cleveland Point is in the vicinity. It is a short walk to Cleveland railway station which connects to the Brisbane Metro network.
    You have full access to this 2 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, stove and tea / coffee facilities. The queen bed was comfortable but the double bed squeaks every time the occupant moves. Bed linen and towels are basic. It’s quiet unless it rains and then the downpipes are noisy.

    I have listed the whole top level of our spacious home. There are 2 or 3 bedrooms , spacious lounge room with TV and kitchenette plus there is a private courtyard at the front downstairs , with table and chairs under a large umbrella to relax in the sun. Once upstairs it can be screened off for added privacy. Bedroom one - comfy king bed with private ensuite with shower n toilet. Bedroom 2 - comfy king bed with use of full bathroom with separate shower and bath and separate toilet. (OPTION to use the 3rd Bedroom[2 single beds OR put together for king bed]and will be an extra cost) NOTE: PLEASE PUT IN 5 or 6 GUESTS WHEN BOOKING 3rd BEDROOM (so extra costs are calculated for you when booking). The upstairs is fully self contained but is NOT lockable but I can assure you we will not access your space unless requested by you. We always try to give you as much privacy or as much "chat" time as you want. The lounge-room has wooden floorboards with a leather lounge and 2 tub chairs with 55inch TV and playstation II and DVD player with many movies to choose from and small dining table and chairs. Kitchenette - bar fridge,toaster, tea coffee making facilities and microwave ( tea,coffee, sugar and milk provided). NOTE: This is dual living and The upstairs is accessed by internal stairs inside the main entry foyer but your comings and goings do not invade our space and you will NOT disturb us. The upstairs is not lockable but I can assure you we will not go upstairs unless you ask us too. So it’s very safe and secure.
    It's a very quiet area and choice of many different restaurants within an easy walk from our home.....Thai, Chinese, Indian, Turkish, Japanese, Seafood, Mediterranean, Pub food, RSL food, and numerous cafes. Free bus to the ferry terminal for North Stradbroke Island and Coles n Woolworths at the end of our street. Flat and easy 15min walk to the water for a swim. Here u can hire paddle boards or laze under the shade of the trees. Our house is perfect location if u dont have a car. Markets every Sunday and twilight markets every 3rd Saturday. Its just a great place to live !!

    Our house is luxurious and is only 1 year old. It has its own apartment on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The room available suits two adults, has a queen size bed and has its own on-suite, desk and chair for any work away from home requirements if needed. There is plenty of room to store extra luggage as the room has a walk in robe with hangers and hanger space, there is also a hairdryer available. The apartment has its own kitchen, lounge, dining area, and laundry facility, Patio doors open up onto a lovely patio and garden area with its own BBQ. We have lovely bay breezes. There is also free WiFi. We have 2 small dogs which are not permitted into the apartment, patio or garden space to ensure cleanliness. We have our own entertainment deck on the front of the house. Our Location is in a sleepy neighbourhood just tucked away from the city on the bayside of Brisbane in a town called Cleveland. The town has a holiday feel about it. We are within 10-15 minutes walk of Moreton Bay, the harbour, train station and town centre with shops and restaurants in the town and around the harbour. You can also walk to North Stradbroke Island ferry and water taxi terminal (Approximately 15 mins). Brisbane City is approximately 35-40 minutes drive and 45 to 50 minutes via train or bus. We are also close to Victoria Point and Capalaba shopping centres shopping centres which have cinemas in both locations. If you have any questions we will be available at any time, we are very friendly and hope to make you feel at home. We know the area well if you would like some information. We both work full time but at home in the evenings and most weekends. We can see each other as little or as often as you like.

Beautiful restaurants and bars at the marina for a beautiful relaxing evening are about a 10 min walk . Would Defo recommend this to anyone.   • A gem of Airbnb! BellaVista was heaven by the bay. Firstly, Arnaliese was the best Airbnb host I've ever come across. She went above and beyond our expectations about what a host should be like. Info about food, entertainment, anything about the area, she knows best! Really couldn't be happier. 2nd the house; Brilliant location and quality better than a 5 star hotel. Spotless and impeccably furnished. Every part of this house has a perfect home feel to it, complete with a pool to finish off your Airbnb experience. I'll never have to get a different Airbnb again near the area, and will definitely be going back again! Don't hesitate to book this place!
