Welcome to The Union Lofts! This Building was previously known as The Union Hotel which was first opened in the 1800's which originally was named the Veranda Hotel and was used extensively by old town Sacramento politicians. We have brought it back to life with style and gives guests a great place to stay while touring the Historic District of Old Sacramento. Just a minutes walk through the tunnel into Newly Developed DOCO and Golden 1 Center. You will not be let down with this Boutique Hotel!
The Lofts are located on the third Floor accessible by stairs or elevator which offer a variety of tastefully decorated Suites. The Lofts offer a community Kitchenette equipped with Microwaves, Keurig, Fruit Baskets and a refrigerator. The building itself has an 18 Hole miniature Golf course located in the basement with an Old Town Themed Course, Great for all Ages. The building also has an Irish Pub on the street level and a High End Restaurant Whiskey bar coming in Late 2019. Surrounding the hotel is countless businesses and outdoor sites as it is located in the Heart of Old Sacramento.
You’ll find plenty of things to do in Sacramento. Old Town Sacramento has enough historic attractions to spend the entire day. You’ll view historic old town hotels such as the Union Hotel which originally was named the Veranda Hotel and was used extensively by old town Sacramento politicians. The California State Railroad Museum might be the finest vintage railroad museum in the United States. Among the many large exhibits under roof is a Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe railroad dining car from the Fred Harvey era. They also have a mail car from the Great Northern Railway. All of these exhibits allow you to walk through and see everything close up. Another rare exhibit among the steam locomotives is the Governor Stanford, which was one of the first locomotives purchased by the old Central Pacific Railroad. The Central Pacific Railroad was the western leg of the transcontinental railroad completed in 1869. When you’re strolling around Sacramento old town you’ll also see the unique Tower Bridge. This is a vertical lift bridge that crosses the Sacramento River was dedicated in 1935 and in 1982 was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
  • What a great remodel in a historic location! Modern upgrades, super clean! Loved our stay, would stay here again! Room was small, but there is a great common area to hang out with nice amenities. Fantastic hosts!

  • Just the get away we needed. Beautiful room, amazing shower, quiet rooms. Cant wait to stay again. This will be our go to location when in Sacramento! Can’t wait to see what else they do with the building.

  • Phanamonal place!! I would stay here again

    Ethan2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Absolutely stunning room and accommodation, located right in the middle of town. Perfect location to see all the quirky aspects of Sacramento. Very stylish accommodation and very very clean, would definitely recommend and would happily stay here again!!

  • The actual room is small but nicely furnished and spotless. It was exactly what we needed for that part of our trip. The host was quick to call me after we left an iPad in the room, which I appreciate. However, Old Sacramento was not what we were expecting and the host was a bit rude to my girlfriend during the check-in. The concierge was wonderful.

    Jotham2019-09-30T00:00:00Z
  • Good: Cute little room with a great location for touring old sac and going to golden1 stadium. Not so good: Was SUPER loud starting at 5am. Lots of banging People on the roof stomping around. Super creepy seeing people in the skylight and pretty frustrating. Called the management and I guess they were redoing the roof before the rain but it should have been disclosed and started later on in the day.

    Jenna2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • This building was very cool. The loft is very modern and clean space. All the amenities needed in the common area. Comfortable bed and not too much noise was heard from the outside which is always a concern in a busy nightlife area.

    Marisa2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic stay! Awesome location, spotless clean, very friendly hosts who responded quickly. My husband and I will definitely choose this Airbnb again when we come to Sacramento

  • Everything was great and the room was sparkling clean as always! My favorite place to stay in Sacramento. These lofts are gorgeous !

  • It was cool, a nice place that was clean. A little pricey for what it was but it worked out well.

    Trevor2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • The place is sparkling clean and well-stocked with all the amenities we needed -- toiletries, coffee, snacks, etc. It is also located in the heart of cute, historic old downtown, Sacramento so there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again!

  • I’m coming from the Bay Area so it’s a bit of a drive. I wanted to stop by in Sacramento to sight see then go to Tahoe. I got here around 10. The room was supposed to be #9 but I was offered #8 because the TV was broken. I obliged. Upon check in my code for 8 wasn’t working so I tried 9 without issue. No biggie but off to a bad start. The room was great. Private space right in old sac. But there weren’t towels & as I noted the TV didn’t work. (Watched Netflix on my phone with my wife instead lol) I requested a late checkout which was denied, they weren’t busy or booked but it’s a business and they have that right. Around 2 when bars close it got really loud and woke me up. I also heard another guest being intimate. Sound proofing should be done. It’s ok for the location. Would I book again? No. Do I regret it? No. It was acceptable for what I paid.

  • If your looking for something in the heart of oldtown Sac this is the place for you. Its a 10 minute walk to the Golden 1 center. So much to do! I was skeptical about the shared kitchenette but it was amazing. Everything was clean and what was advertised. And the bed was amazingly comfy!

This amazingly stunning brick loft apartment has everything you desire just in the midst of downtown Sacramento. You will be delighted to know that you are steps away from the Golden 1 Center, Downtown Commons mall, Old Sacramento, the CA Capitol Center Museum, and many restaurants that are in walking distance such as Sauced BBQ, Backbone Cafe, Echo & Rig, Punch Bowl Social, and Morton’s Steakhouse just to name a few. If you are a donut lover, check out Danny’s mini donuts!
Our chic loft is located in its own building amongst multiple businesses where you will see numerous people checking out the block’s infamous street art. This unit is newly renovated with wood floors, brick walls, washer/dryer, multi-head shower, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, large closet space, and a patio to relax and drink wine plus more. On the patio, there is a ladder that takes you to the rooftop to visualize art or for peace of mind. This spacious one bedroom loft apartment has a queen sized bed, but also a SUPER queen-sized couch with a pull out twin sized bed in the living room that can accommodate multiple guests. You will get to enjoy the luxury of (2) large TV’s (one in the bedroom and the other in the living room) with cable, WiFi, Bluetooth speaker, Netflix, Hulu and many more streamable channels. There is a security touchpad that allows you to let up guests or any deliveries made to you. We have a dining table for three, two bar stools, and two accent chairs for extra seating. We also provide tons of kitchenware including, pots, pans, silverware, bowls, glasses, and cooking utensils if you love to cook. In the bedroom we also have a desk if you need to work from home or just want to relax and read a book with a glass of wine. We have meter street parking and a parking lot next door that charges $10-20 per day. Downtown Sacramento is a very safe and busy city. You are bound to see homeless people, but they are no bother to anyone, and also, in this location, since it is busy, you are bound to hear potential noise.
You are in the heart of downtown where everything is literally in walking distance. If you’re a person(s) that loves to walk and explore, shop, and/or eat, you are definitely in the right place.
  • Great host and a beautiful place. Highly recommend

    Denise2019-08-28T00:00:00Z
  • Short version of review: The best place I have ever stayed and will be back often. (I travel to Sacramento for business.) The longer version: Passion and Courtney's loft is magnificent, modern, has lots of room and every amenity you could want. The location is ideal for downtown activities (and I also walked to mid-town easily). The perfect complement is having Passion and Courtney as hosts. Check-in was easy, little treats were throughout the loft, and you literally don't even need to bring a toothbrush (available in the bathroom). If you force me to mention a minor downside...the bar next door can be heard Friday and weekends. It didn't bother me ..and there is even a jar of ear plugs if you need. Thanks for a great stay!

    Steve2019-07-20T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, awesome space. There was a minor noise issue at night since it is located in a busy area and music was kind of loud around midnight. The host mitigated this by leaving noise plugs readily available. Also, we shared this with another couple, the bathroom is in the master bedroom which made it uncomfortable when having to use it. Would definitely stay here again despite small details and would have given 5/5 if the bathroom was in the shared space and less noise at night. Host were very communicative, easy to access and walk ability to different bars and restaurants.

    Vanessa2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • This place is absolutely stunning and incredibly comfortable. It was super easy to find with Passion and Kourtney's directions. They are amazing hosts and when I walked in the loft was unbelievably spotless and smelled so clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed to cook, which is so helpful. Every time I travel for work I end up having to eat out but I loved being able to cook for myself and avoid eating unhealthy options. Passion and Kourtney were super helpful whenever I needed them. I am definitely going to look into rebooking this loft.

    Jessica2019-06-26T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed our stay very much. Very nice space that was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

  • It was great.

    Robert2019-06-28T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was awesome! This place is the cutest spot and had everything we needed. We had 5 people and the place fit us all very comfortably. The couch in the living room is the same size as a queen bed so that was a huge plus. I appreciated how they thought of all the little things we needed to make our stay enjoyable. They are very communicative and would respond within minutes of me sending a message. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Best location in the heart of the city. Truly, a first-class condominium. Four blocks from CA Capitol, 2 blocks from the Golden1 Center - home of NBA's Sacramento Kings. Close to great eateries, shopping, entertainment and more. Walk or bike! Look west after RiverCats games (SF Giants AAA) to see fireworks from your 8th floor private balcony! Newly remodeled with beautiful furniture, fixtures, and fine amenities. Gym, pool, sauna, hot tub. Very secure high-rise building. Private parking.
In addition to the 1 bedroom King bed, fold out the top quality sofa bed to add comfortable queen-plus sleeping accommodation. Enjoy the views afforded by full-width windows and balcony. All windows are equipped with powered, remote controlled shades for day and night privacy and comfort. See great television with two top of the line HD TVs powered by Xfinity plus, plus. Cruise the city using our world-class folding Dahon D7 bike. Play the vintage acoustic guitar. Hi-speed wifi, laptop and printer are provided.
This is truly the best location for visiting downtown Sacramento. Park the car and leave it! So much is accessible by walking or grabbing a JUMP bike! There are very few privately-owned condominiums available in downtown and our guests tell us ours are among the finest.
  • The "Crows Nest" is an exceptional find, in the heart of the city, beautifully designed and decorated. Loved the balcony and the view, sparkling clean with lots of amenities. We would definitely come here again.

  • You will not be disappointed with this condo! Everything is so perfectly appointed, it has top-of-the-line everything!! Easy walk to restaurants, the capital, such beautiful views from the patio! I recommend this for anyone staying in the Sacramento downtown area. Perfect for my business trip!

    Cindy2018-05-05T00:00:00Z
  • The absolute best downtown location in Sacramento. If one could create the perfect apartment to stay in it would be The Crow's Nest! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    Steven2018-11-14T00:00:00Z
  • The Crows Nest is a beautifully remodeled condo that is clean, stylish, completely stocked with everything you might need and I say this with all seriousness - possibly the best towels in Sacramento. I mean this. Check them out for yourself. You won't be disappointed with your stay here. Mike and Beth have a great place here and are super hosts.

    Fred2019-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • Simply the best in downtown Sacramento. Highly recommended!

    Steven2018-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic communication with owners. Everything is as fun as the pictures present them - decor is fresh and whimsical and classy - yes, all that. It had all the basics plus little extra touches that made our stay comfortable. Quiet street for downtown. Great neighborhood for walking in the city and around the Capitol!

    Kim2018-12-12T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic condo with great finishes. Host was amazing and friendly providing quick responses and very considerate. Great location as I could not have asked for a better stay. This condo is by far the best one bedroom condo you will find in Sacramento!

    Waleed2019-08-24T00:00:00Z
  • Where do I start... this Condo should DEFINITELY be your place to stay if you ever visit Sacramento. The hosts Mike and Beth were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from our very first contact until our final check-out; fast and detailed communication, helpful tips, kind and attentive with their advice and guidance (we stayed during the fires which were making the air in Sacramento hazy). The apartment is really spacious, comfy, sparkling clean, and had every facility one needs (and much more!) for an amazing stay. The location is great, 5-10 min walk from the capital district, and its right opposite a convenience store, and just a few mins walk from many restaurants and bars. Thank you Mike and Beth, you were amazing hosts and we would be delighted to come back and stay at your amazing apartment in the future.

  • You won't find a better place to stay in Sacramento. Location, location, location.... Not to mention the view and amenities are second to none.

    Ryker2019-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • This is an awesome place to stay. Great location. It has everything you could need. A supermarket near by, lots of restaurants and shops are connected to the building. You can even get room service delivered from the hotel. I was in Sacramento for work, and this was a great home base (wifi, a place to sit and work on the computer, etc.) but also nice to sit and relax after a long (Email hidden by Airbnb) fortable couch, chair, nice TV, etc. There is a rooftop bar and pool and also a bar and restaurant attached to the building. There is coffee in the morning and wine at night in the lobby and occasional live music. The host was very responsive.

    Ellie2019-01-09T00:00:00Z
  • Hands down - BEST place I've ever stayed. Worth every penny. Val's beautiful penthouse sits 15 stories above beautiful downtown Sacramento. The sunset and sunrise we saw over the city skyline was AMAZING! Besides the view, the apartment is incredible. Stylish modern decor, huge TV, and new appliances. Also, the building is fantastic. There is a rooftop bar, just an elevator ride away which overlooks the Golden 1 center. There is a pool, a gym, and even valet parking. In the morning, free complimentary coffee in the lobby. Not only did I live and feel like a celebrity, but I actually saw celebrities; the Indiana Pacers were the lobby, checking in before their NBA game against the Kings. The bellhop told me other singers/musicians stay there when they perform at Golden 1. You can easily walk to great restaurants and attractions. The State Capitol, old town Sacramento, and plenty of bars are right within walking distance. Also, Val is such an amazing host. He made himself available by phone to answer questions, and was quick to help us get checked in. If we needed anything, he was there. We had no problems at all. It was by far one of the best AirBnB experiences I ever had. Val was even understanding when we had to cut our trip a couple days short. He was kind enough to have a flexible cancellation policy and refund the nights we didn't stay. I can't wait to stay there again. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

    Chris2018-12-02T00:00:00Z

  • This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location - walking distance to everything - with lots of lovely and welcoming touches throughout. Saied was a wonderful host, he even picked me up at the bus station! This apartment had everything I needed for my week in Sacramento, and I hope to stay here again soon.

    Molly2017-03-22T00:00:00Z
  • Saied place was really really awesome. It was very clean and convenient as the pictures don't really do it justice. He even had flowers available in multiple rooms which was a wonderful finishing touch he also had a fruit basket waiting for us although there is a nice deli right across the street that the location is fantastic. Just remember to keep the light switch "on" to keep the cable and Internet working. Thanks Saied and his mom for being wonderful hosts!!

    Steven2016-10-13T00:00:00Z
  • Saied was extremely welcoming us and the place was wonderful! It was very clean, neat, and cozy. And right next to the condo, there is small park with fountain which is perfect place to go for walk. We absolutely had great time! If we ever go to Sacramento again, we would love to stay here again!

    Emily2016-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Great place. Great owners.

    Maud2016-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • Saied is a great host. Communication with him was always prompt, very caring and friendly. The place was exceptionally clean and neat. I felt very well taken care of and there is literally nothing I could tell him to do better. Straight A. Thank you very much!

    Stephan2016-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • The unit is tastefully decorated And well equipped. We had trouble with the internet (entirely our fault!) and Said came after work to make it right. We will stay here again in Sacramento.

    YuTing2018-09-07T00:00:00Z
  • good location, nice room and bathroom. Lauren was great. I definitely recommend.

    Kent2018-10-15T00:00:00Z
  • Lauren’s place was warm and comfortable. You do have to walk up three flights of stairs which wasn’t a problem for me, but I travel relatively light. Lauren met me when I arrived and she is quite a remarkable woman. You can’t help but like her. My bed was comfy, the shower was nice, and I had plenty of towels and blankets. Everything you need is thoughtfully provided.

    Jen2018-12-13T00:00:00Z
  • We loved staying at Laurens place was very clean, quiet ,and she was an excellent hostess, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her place to others or stay there again.

    Laura2018-08-10T00:00:00Z
  • What a gem in Sacramento for business travel. Lauren’s communication was quick and accurate. The condo was clean and inviting. Lauren was a great host all the way around. She had loca knowledge and the location was primo-especially if you had business at the Capitol like I did. I will definitely book again the next time I’m in Sacramento.

    David2018-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great host!

    Malcolm2018-12-17T00:00:00Z

  • Robyn made it quick and painless when trying to book her cute little condo! I had a last minute work trip and literally booked her place 10pm the night before. She responded quickly and with all the necessary info needed to check in - even early without an issue. The condo itself is in a prime location if you are catching a game, or have business to do downtown. There were towels, shower essentials, a hair dryer (thankfully). Thank you Robyn!

    Chelsea2019-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful home and an amazing host! Robyn was very attentive and quick to respond! Her home is spacious and located right downtown so it is perfect for a relaxing night in while enjoying the city lights on the patio or a night on the town!!

    Abi2018-10-14T00:00:00Z
  • Awesome condo! Very upscale, comfy home in downtown. Great host great place would def stay here again. Would suggest everyone to stay there if they find it available .

    Ankur2017-05-14T00:00:00Z
  • The apartment was perfect - and then some! Three of us were in town to run a marathon, and this space was exactly what we needed. Lots of room, multiple bathrooms, a great balcony, and large kitchen and living areas. Robyn was extremely helpful as well with logistics and local advice. Next time I plan to come to Sacramento, the first thing I'll do is try and book this place for my trip!

    Ryan2017-12-03T00:00:00Z
  • Staying at Britt's place was great!! Communication was easy, the balcony view was beautiful, and the apartment was flawless and spacious! Thanks Britt!

    Matt2017-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Robyn was very welcoming and accommodated an early check in for us. The apartment was great for an 8 week business trip.

    Bill2016-10-01T00:00:00Z
  • Robyn was a great host. The condo is clean and very comfortable. The king bed mattress is very soft, not ideal for my back, but mattresses are subjective. The twin mattress was supportive though. Overall great stay.

  • Nice place just paper thin walls so very noisy and tons of noise from the streets of old sac motorcycles and loud music. A lot of steps to get checked in which was a little annoying. Otherwise nice room with comfy bed. The concierge was very helpful me friendly.

    Chavez2019-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great little gem in Old Town Sacramento. Good location and room was really nice. Bed was super comfy.

    Victor2019-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • Room was as described and pictures are exactly what you can expect. The room was extremely clean. Not much natural light in the room, which allowed us to sleep in later in the morning. Be aware that the walls are paper thin and there is no parking. Ended up paying ~$22 for parking under the overpass... not sure if there was a better parking option. The location is great for walking around Old Sac and an easy Uber ride away to anything downtown.

    August2019-09-01T00:00:00Z
  • Nice and local

    Hafasa2019-09-19T00:00:00Z
  • Akash & James were great hosts. Easy communication, great location, cozy and decorated nicely. Recommend the Union Lofts if you are looking for a great, safe place in OldTown Sacramento.

    Salt & Summit -Jillian2019-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is a touristy area but fun for something different, and it felt safe. The location was great for getting downtown and to the capital. There are many places to eat and drink nearby, and it is near the river. The room was clean and newly done. The bed was pretty comfortable and bathroom adequate. There are no windows, but there’s a skylight. This was ok for us for one night in the city, just a bit different. The concierge was helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was that we were told we could get a discount on the nearby parking garage with hotel validation, but then the garage attendant said they don’t give that on the weekend. So expect to pay at least $20 for parking, if you get up early and move your car. Otherwise it was a good place for us for one night on the town.

  • Great location in Old Sac and super easy to get to downtown and the Doco center (about an 8min walk). The room was nice and clean and the check-in was really easy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank You!

  • Great location

    Gera2019-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • I was disappointed with a few things. The first of which, is that the instructions could have been clearer. In terms of the communication, it was just not good. More specifically, the response was non-existent. The pillows need to be much larger and more comfortable. Lastly, the water in the shower takes approximately ten minutes to reach lukewarm and the water faucet does not provide cold water at any reasonable pressure. There were some good points. The room was immaculate and the common area was just as nice. Providing snakes and coffee was also a nice touch. However, after a long day a nice hot shower and a good night sleep is paramount. That was not the case last night.

    Gilbert2019-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Great location. Near downtown Sacramento. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The space is clean and modern as described. I would definitely stay here again

  • It’s a pretty cool place very close to the river in old Sacramento. You can do everything within walking distance. The room/ kitchen space have a modern feel and is brand new remodeled. Bedding was very comfortable and the place was spotless clean . Raquel (concierge) helped us with any question we had. It shows in the amenities that breakfast is included but they just had coffee, tea and apple. The room had a full size bed what was fine for me and my husband - we are compact size hahaha- but if your are tall I would consider other room with a bigger bed.

    Mariana2019-09-24T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay was outstanding. The building is beautiful and the decor and specials touches are great. We will definitely be returning for our next stay!

• Cute and great location!

    April2019-09-22T00:00:00Z
  • This location is great if you're staying a night or two in old Sac. The view from the room is great. The location is great. We took an evening train ride followed by dinner at the Firehouse. The location couldn't have been any more convenient. We parked overnight at the garage near the railroad museum. The concierge at the lofts gave us a 5 dollar validation. Combined with our paid all day (until 6am) ticket, our overnight parking cost 12.50 from 4pm Saturday to 8am Sunday. I would caution that the street noise may be distracting to some because of the room's location across from Fanny Ann's and almost directly over the Irish pub. Our experience w noise was not bad, but there was still a bit of noise until late. We didn't notice enough to prevent us from sleeping though. That could have been because it rained on the Saturday night that we were there, and I imagine there was a lot less pedestrian and vehicle traffic than normal. Getting in and out the main doors is easy, just remember to enter your code when you leave and throw the bolt closed. We found the main door unlocked twice during our comings and goings and locked it. The room was very clean and so was the bathroom. They have shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the shower but curiously no hand soap at the sink. We just used the shower gel to wash our hands, but that was just a minor inconvenience. The sink drained very slowly but it did drain, so that was good. GF did not like the bed though. There was a hump in the middle that meant she had to be on her side and me on mine-no sleeping diagonal in this bed! The sheets, comforter and pillows were all good and looked, smelled and felt clean. Overall it was a very good place to spend the night.

The apartment is large and light with a balcony that runs the length of the living room and both bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed with luxurious bedding. The smaller bedroom has a desk. The apartment has a small washer/dryer, a fully furnished kitchen, TV, and WiFi. The property includes covered, secure parking, a swimming pool, spa, a fitness room with sauna, and laundry room.
There are sliding glass doors in both bedrooms and the living room that open to the balcony. The apartment is on the 10th floor, and the view is over tree tops toward the south. It is very private and the balcony is furnished with two chairs and a small table.
The property is an easy walk to the Crocker Art Museum (.3 mile), Old Sacramento and the Railroad Museum (.6 mile), the Sacramento and American Rivers, the bike trail, Raley Field and the River Cats (.7 mile), the Federal and County Courthouses, restaurants, and shopping. Also near by car or public transportation are Sutter's Fort, California State Fairgrounds, and numerous farmer's markets.
  • I work for a general contractor and had two of my guys out there for a few weeks on a job. It was such an easy process and they had nothing but positive reviews to report to me at the end of the stay. Cecilia was incredibly accommodating and attentive through the entire stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Sacramento!

    Kelsi2016-05-04T00:00:00Z
  • I needed a place to stay for one month before moving to another state and Cecilia's apartment was perfect. The condo is very secure and is in a safe area near the Capitol grounds (which are a great place to run/walk). It was really clean and comfortable and had everything you might need for your stay. The other residents in the building are friendly and the gym on the first floor of the building is nice. I didn't have any problems during my stay but Cecilia was very responsive if I had a question. I would highly recommend her place to anyone that is coming to Sacramento!

  • My husband and I stayed in Cecilia’s apartment during our 6 month stay in Sacramento and we couldn’t haven’t asked for better accommodations. Her place was very clean and well cared for. It is spacious and well decorated. There is a large balcony that stretches along the length of the whole apartment and faces west. It is a beautiful spot to watch the sunset. Cecilia and her husband were there to welcome us on our arrival. They made check in very easy and ensured that we felt comfortable in our new temporary home. Whenever we had questions Cecilia was very responsive. We would certainly recommend a stay at Cecilia’s apartment when planning a trip to Sacramento!

    Erica2018-04-28T00:00:00Z
  • We had a lovely stay. Cecilia was most helpful and accommodating. The condo was immaculate, fully appointed, comfortable, and perfectly located. Sunsets from the balcony were beautiful. We look forward to a return visit.

  • I just spent a month at Cecilia's condominium. It was a perfect experience. From reservation to check out, Cecelia was easy to work with, prompt with answers to questions, and friendly. The condominium itself is very comfortable, light, clean, and has all the supplies for an easy stay. The building is super safe and residents friendly and helpful. Even the "neighborhood" is safe and friendly. I never felt a moment's fear if out walking the block at 6 AM or 10 PM. I would highly recommend this "home away from home". I plan to stay here again.

    Cheryl2016-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed there for nearly three months. Cecilia was a great host, always helpful and supportive. The apartment is great .

    Markus2017-09-29T00:00:00Z
  • This is our second stay at Cecilia's place, and once again, we had a great visit. The apartment is larger and nicer than the (very good) photographs would suggest. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed. The beds are very comfortable which helped in combating our jetlag. The convenience of having private laundry facilities is a great plus. An additional bonus is a large balcony with great views over the city. I can unconditionally recommend Cecilia's place to anyone staying in Sacramento.

    Daniel2017-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay at Cecilia's condo was excellent. Cecilia was very kind to accommodate our very late arrival. The description of the condo, the ammenities, and the location were accurate. The photos don't capture how pristine and warm the entire space is. It is even nicer than captured in the photos. We would love to stay here again. The condo has everything one would need or want for a two week stay. The experience couldn't have been better. Every expectation we had was more than met. Thank you Cecilia.

Best location in the heart of the city. Truly, a first-class condominium. Four blocks from CA Capitol, 2 blocks from the Golden1 Center - home of NBA's Sacramento Kings. Close to great eateries, shopping, entertainment and more. Walk or bike! Look west after RiverCats games (SF Giants AAA) to see fireworks from your 9th floor private balcony! Newly remodeled with beautiful furniture, fixtures, and fine amenities. Gym, pool, sauna, hot tub. Very secure high-rise building. Private parking.
This unit, #901, is nearly identical to our condo one floor below. (See listing, "The Crows' Nest #801" and its five-star ratings.) The Lookout is beautiful and comfortable; designed for the executive seeking comfort and convenience (or an elegant getaway!). In addition to the 1 bedroom King bed, fold out the top quality sofa bed to add comfortable queen-plus sleeping accommodation. Enjoy the views afforded by full-width windows and balcony. This is truly the best location for visiting downtown Sacramento. Park the car and leave it! So much is accessible by walking or grabbing a JUMP bike! There are very few privately-owned condominiums available in downtown and our guests tell us ours are among the finest.

Our luxury 12th floor condo is located in the heart of downtown within walking distance of everything the city has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular view of downtown and the capitol building from a wall of windows or the 35 foot long balcony.
30 night minimum stay Best for two people. Can easily accommodate a crib.
Walk to great restaurants, new Kings' arena, the Capitol, Old Sacramento, farmer's markets, and everything the city has to offer.
  • What a great place! I called this condo home for an entire month. Just a single guy, traveling for business, this place was great. The parking garage was able to accommodate a full size F250 pickup. I don't cook much, but when I needed to, the kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. The WiFi is fast and never had an issue. All the other tenants are super quiet. This being a corner unit helps too, so I could play my music louder and not bother anyone. Plus being on the corner you get views of the entire downtown. Talk about a central location. I'll miss getting up and watching the sunrise over the capitol building. That was awesome! I'm sure I could add more here, but I didn't have a single complaint. Kevin, anytime I'm back here, I'll try book your place again, thanks for a great stay!
